เหตุคนร้ายลอบวางเพลิง มุ่งทำลายความเจริญและระบบเศรษฐกิจในชุมชน

เมื่อวันที่ 29 ตุลาคม 2568 เวลา 06.00 น. เจ้าหน้าที่ได้รับแจ้งข้อมูลจากผู้ช่วยผู้ใหญ่บ้าน หมู่ที่ 3 บ้านกือรง ตำบลจวบ อำเภอเจาะไอร้อง จังหวัดนราธิวาส ว่าเวลาประมาณ 02.00 น. เกิดเหตุคนร้ายไม่ทราบจำนวน แต่งกายชุดดำปิดบังใบหน้า ลอบวางเพลิงรถทำถนนของบริษัท เอส.โอ.เอ็น.เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง ที่จอดอยู่บริเวณถนน หมู่ที่ 3 บ้านกือรง ตำบลจวบ อำเภอเจาะไอร้อง จังหวัดนราธิวาส ซึ่งเป็นเส้นทางที่บริษัทดังกล่าวรับงานทำถนนจาก องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลจวบ เส้นทาง หมู่ที่ 9 บ้านปาเระรูโบ๊ะ ตำบลมะรือโบออก เชื่อมต่อกับ บ้านกือรง หมู่ที่ 3 ตำบลจวบ และ หมู่ที่ 14 บ้านดารุลอิซาน ตำบลบูกิต ระยะทาง 1.5 กิโลเมตร โดยจากการลอบวางเพลิงทำให้รถทำถนนเสียหาย จำนวน 4 คัน ดังนี้

1. รถเกลี่ย เสียหายบริเวณห้องพลขับ
2. รถบดล้อยาง เสียหายบริเวณที่นั่งพลขับ
3. รถบดสั่นสะเทือน (ล้อเหล็ก) เสียหายบริเวณ ห้องพลขับ
4. รถน้ำ เสียหายบริเวณ ด้านหน้ารถและห้องเครื่องยนต์

          โดยก่อนก่อเหตุ คนร้ายได้จับกุมเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยของบริษัท จำนวน 3 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้ช่วยผู้ใหญ่บ้าน 1 คน และ ชุดรักษาความปลอดภัยหมู่บ้าน 2 คน และยึดโทรศัพท์มือถือ แล้วจึงก่อเหตุวางเพลิง ก่อนปล่อยตัวเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย ทั้ง 3 คน ในเวลาประมาณ 02.30 น. หากมีความคืบหน้าจะแจ้งให้ทราบต่อไป

          กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า ขอประณามการกระทำของผู้ไม่หวังดี ที่มุ่งสร้างความเสียหายต่อทรัพย์สินของประชาชน และก่อให้เกิดการ ทำลายความเจริญและบ่อนทำลายระบบเศรษฐกิจในชุมชน อันส่งผลกระทบต่อการดำรงชีวิต ความสงบสุข และความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของประชาชนในพื้นที่ พร้อมทั้งขอความร่วมมือจากพี่น้องประชาชนให้ช่วยกัน สอดส่องดูแลพื้นที่ หากพบเห็นสิ่งผิดปกติหรือบุคคลต้องสงสัย สามารถแจ้งเบาะแสได้ที่ สายด่วน กอ.รมน.ภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า โทร. 1341 หรือแจ้งต่อหน่วยเฉพาะกิจจังหวัดใกล้เคียงได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ทั้งนี้ขอเน้นย้ำว่า ผู้ให้การสนับสนุนหรือช่วยเหลือผู้กระทำความผิด ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการนำพา ซ่อนเร้น ให้ที่พักพิง หรือจัดหาเสบียงอาหาร ถือว่ามีความผิดตาม ประมวลกฎหมายอาญา มาตรา 189 ต้องระวางโทษ จำคุกไม่เกิน 2 ปี หรือปรับไม่เกิน 40,000 บาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Kejadian bakar jalan oleh pihak tak bertanggungjawab, tujuannya nak rosakkan kemajuan dan ekonomi kampung.

Pada 29 Oktober 2025, lebih kurang pukul 2.00 pagi, pihak berkuasa terima laporan daripada pembantu ketua kampung Kg. Gerong, Tm. Chuab, Daerah Cho-airong, Narathiwat. Dikatakan ada orang jahat berpakaian hitam dan tutup muka, datang bakar kenderaan buat jalan milik S.O.N. Engineering Company yang letak dekat jalan kampung tu.

Jalan ni ialah projek dari pihak pentadbiran Tm. Chuab, sambung dari Kg. Pare Rubo’ (Tm. Mareubo-ok) ke Kg. Gerong (Tm. Chuab) sampai ke Kg. Darul Ihsan (Tm. Bukit), panjangnya lebih kurang 1.5 kilometer.

Kenderaan yang rosak sebab dibakar:

1️ Sebuah jentolak (grader) – rosak bahagian tempat duduk pemandu.

2️ Road roller tayar getah – rosak di tempat duduk pemandu.

3️ Road roller besi (vibrator) – rosak bahagian kabin pemandu.

4️ Lori air – rosak bahagian depan dan enjin.

Sebelum bakar, orang jahat tu tangkap 3 orang pengawal keselamatan (termasuk pembantu ketua kampung 1 orang dan 2 orang anggota keselamatan kampung). Telefon mereka dirampas, lepas tu baru dibakar. Lebih kurang jam 2.30 pagi, pengawal dilepaskan semula.

Pihak tentera dan keselamatan (ISOC Wilayah 4) kutuk keras perbuatan ni sebab ia nak rosakkan harta orang ramai dan ganggu keamanan kampung. Ia boleh jejaskan kehidupan dan rezeki penduduk.

Mereka minta orang kampung tolong pantau kawasan masing-masing. Kalau nampak orang atau benda mencurigakan, boleh terus lapor ke talian hotline ISOC 1341 atau hubungi pasukan keselamatan terdekat — buka 24 jam.

Ingat, sesiapa yang tolong penjenayah — sembunyikan, bagi makan, tempat tidur, atau tolong lari — akan dikenakan hukuman ikut Seksyen 189 Kanun Keseksaan, boleh penjara tak lebih 2 tahun atau denda tak lebih 40,000 baht, atau kedua-duanya sekali.

Arson Attack Aimed at Undermining Community Development and Economic Stability

On 29 October 2025 at 06:00 a.m., authorities received a report from the Assistant Village Head of Moo 3, Ban Guerong, Chuab Subdistrict, Cho-airong District, Narathiwat Province, stating that at approximately 02:00 a.m., an unknown number of assailants, dressed in black and with their faces covered, set fire to road construction vehicles belonging to S.O.N. Engineering Company.

The vehicles were parked along the road in Moo 3, Ban Guerong, Chuab Subdistrict, which is part of a road construction project contracted by the Chuab Subdistrict Administrative Organization (SAO). The project connects Moo 9, Ban Pa Re Rubo, Maruebo-ok Subdistrict, with Moo 3, Ban Guerong, Chuab Subdistrict, and Moo 14, Ban Darul Ihsan, Bukit Subdistrict, covering a total distance of approximately 1.5 kilometers.

The arson attack caused damage to four construction vehicles as follows:

Grader – damaged in the driver’s cabin area

Rubber-tired roller – damaged in the driver’s seat area

Vibratory steel roller – damaged in the operator’s cabin

Water truck – damaged at the front section and engine compartment

Prior to committing the arson, the perpetrators detained three company security personnel, consisting of one Assistant Village Head and two Village Security Team members. The perpetrators confiscated their mobile phones before setting fire to the vehicles, and subsequently released the three security personnel at approximately 02:30 a.m. Further updates will be provided as the investigation progresses.

The Internal Security Operations Command Region 4, Forward Headquarters (ISOC Region 4 Front) strongly condemns this malicious act intended to destroy public property, hinder local development, and undermine the community’s economic system. Such actions disrupt the livelihood, peace, and safety of the people in the area.

ISOC Region 4 Front urges all residents to remain vigilant and cooperate in monitoring their surroundings. Should anyone observe suspicious activities or individuals, please report immediately via the ISOC Region 4 Front Hotline at 1341, or notify the nearest Provincial Task Force Unit, available 24 hours a day.

Furthermore, it is emphasized that any person providing assistance or support to the perpetrators—including sheltering, concealing, transporting, or supplying food—is subject to punishment under Section 189 of the Thai Penal Code, which carries a maximum penalty of two years’ imprisonment, a fine of up to 40,000 baht, or both.
