            วันที่ 22 มีนาคม 2568 เวลา 10.00 น. ที่ว่าการอำเภอกะพ้อ ตำบลกะรุบี อำเภอกะพ้อ จังหวัดปัตตานี พลตรี วรเดช  เดชรักษา รองแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / รองผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า พร้อมคณะผู้บังคับบัญชา ลงพื้นที่ติดตามสถานการณ์ภาพรวมในพื้นที่ โดยมีผู้บังคับบัญชา พร้อมคณะฝ่ายอำนวยการของ กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า นายอำเภอ / ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ปฏิบัติการอำเภอ ปลัดอำเภอ หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อกำชับเพิ่มมาตราการรักษาความปลอดภัยห้วงเดือนรอมฎอน โดยเฉพาะห้วง 10 วันสุดท้าย ให้รัดกุม รอบคอบและมีประสิทธิภาพมากที่สุด

            โอกาสนี้ พลตรี วรเดช  เดชรักษา รองแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / รองผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า   ย้ำให้ทุกภาคส่วนบูรณาการขับเคลื่อนการแก้ไขปัญหาระดับนโยบายให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ในปัจจุบัน โดยหน่วยเฉพาะกิจในพื้นที่ให้พิทักษ์กำลังพล เสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็ง ในส่วนกำลังของสมาชิกกองอาสารักษาดินแดนจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ให้ดูแลประชาชนในพื้นที่บ้านเกิดให้ปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สินทันท่วงทีในทุกสถานการณ์  กำชับให้ติดตามผู้กระทำผิดอย่างต่อเนื่อง และต้องดำเนินการอย่างถูกต้องตามขั้นตอนไม่ละเมิดสิทธิมนุษยชนเด็ดขาด หลังพบสถานการณ์ภาพรวมว่าผู้ก่อเหตุรุนแรงยังคงสร้างสถานการณ์ก่อเหตุทุกรูปแบบในพื้นที่

            ทั้งนี้ กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า เน้นบูรณาการร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยเฉพาะผู้นำศาสนา ผู้นำท้องที่ ผู้นำท้องถิ่น ผู้นำชุมชน และประชาชนต้องเสริมการปฏิบัติซึ่งกันและกัน เพราะประชาชนคือคนในพื้นที่จะได้ร่วมกันดูแลบ้านเกิดอย่างดียิ่งและแก้ไขปัญหาได้ตรงตามความต้องการของพี่น้องประชาชนเพื่อนำพาสันติสุขสู่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้อย่างยั่งยืน

   Timbalan Panglima Tentera Ke-4 / Timbalan Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4 menekankan agar agensi keselamatan segera menjejaki dan membawa penjenayah ke muka pengadilan dengan segera. Penekanan diberikan untuk menjaga keselamatan kawasan dan memastikan orang ramai selamat sepanjang bulan Ramadan dan semua perayaan, memastikan tiada insiden yang berlaku.

   Pada 22 Mac 2568, jam 10.00 pagi, di Pejabat Daerah Kapho, Kampung Karubi, Daerah Kapho, Negeri Pattani, Brigedier Jeneral Woradet Decharaksa, Timbalan Panglima Tentera Ke-4 / Timbalan Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4, bersama delegasi pegawai kanan, meninjau situasi keseluruhan di kawasan tersebut. Hadir sama pegawai kanan serta delegasi Pengarah Operasi Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4, Pegawai Daerah, Pengarah Pusat Operasi Daerah, Penolong Pegawai Daerah, Ketua Jabatan Kerajaan dan pegawai yang berkaitan untuk meningkatkan langkah keselamatan sepanjang bulan Ramadan, terutamanya dalam 10 hari terakhir, agar lebih ketat, teliti dan berkesan.

    Dalam kesempatan ini, Brigedier Jeneral Woradet Decharaksa menegaskan bahawa semua pihak perlu bekerjasama untuk menangani masalah di peringkat dasar dengan mengambil kira situasi semasa. Unit khas di kawasan tersebut diarahkan untuk memperkukuh kekuatan pasukan dan memperkasakan pasukan Relawan Pertahanan Wilayah Selatan untuk memastikan keselamatan rakyat di kawasan mereka, melindungi nyawa dan harta benda dalam setiap keadaan. Menegaskan bahawa penjenayah perlu dipantau secara berterusan dan tindakan harus dilakukan mengikut prosedur yang sah dan tanpa melanggar hak asasi manusia, memandangkan pihak yang bertanggungjawab untuk keganasan masih mencetuskan insiden di kawasan tersebut.

    Selain itu, Pengarah Operasi Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4 menekankan pentingnya kerjasama dengan agensi yang berkaitan, terutamanya dengan pemimpin agama, pemimpin tempatan, pemimpin masyarakat dan orang ramai. Kerjasama ini penting untuk memastikan masyarakat dapat menjaga keselamatan kawasan mereka dengan baik, serta menyelesaikan masalah mengikut kehendak rakyat demi mencapai keamanan yang berkekalan di wilayah selatan negara.

The focus is on ensuring that the area remains free from incidents and that the public is safe during Ramadan and all festivals, maintaining security at all times.

   On March 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at the Kapho District Office, Karubi Subdistrict, Kapho District, Pattani Province, Major General Woradet Decharaksa, Deputy Commander of the 4th Army Area / Deputy Director of ISOC Area 4, along with senior officers, visited the area to monitor the overall situation. They were accompanied by the commanding officers and management team from the Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC) Area 4, the district chief, director of the district operations center, the district officer, department heads, and relevant personnel to enhance security measures during Ramadan, particularly during the last 10 days, ensuring thorough, meticulous, and efficient operations.

   During this occasion, Major General Woradet Decharaksa emphasized the need for all sectors to integrate efforts to address policy issues in line with the current situation. Special task forces in the area were instructed to protect personnel and strengthen the local defense forces, especially the members of the Border Patrol Volunteers in the Southern Border Provinces, to ensure the safety of the people in their communities. They are tasked with safeguarding life and property in all situations. He also stressed the continuous monitoring of offenders, with strict adherence to legal procedures without violating human rights, as the overall situation shows that violent perpetrators continue to cause disturbances in various forms in the area.
