พิธีบวงสรวง เจริญพระพุทธมนต์สมโภชศาลที่ประทับพระบรมรูปสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสินมหาราช น้อมรำลึกคุณูปการวีรกษัตริย์ที่ทรงเสียสละกล้าหาญและเป็นเครื่องยึดเหนี่ยวจิตใจของชาวไทย

          วันนี้ ( 16 มีนาคม 2568 ) เวลา  10.30  น. ที่วัดเขากง ตำบลลำภู อำเภอเมืองนราธิวาส จังหวัดนราธิวาส  สมเด็จพระมหารัชมงคลมุนี เจ้าคณะใหญ่หนกลาง / กรรมการมหาเถรสมาคม เป็นประธานฝ่ายสงฆ์ และ พลโท  ไพศาล  หนูสังข์ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ร่วมเป็นประธานฝ่ายฆราวาส  ในพิธีบวงสรวงเจริญพระพุทธมนต์สมโภชศาลที่ประทับพระบรมรูปสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสินมหาราช และทอดผ้าป่าสามัคคีสมทบทุนในการก่อสร้างปรับภูมิทัศน์ให้เสร็จสมบูรณ์  โดยมี พลเอก มณี  จันทร์ทิพย์ ที่ปรึกษาผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 / เลขาธิการศูนย์พัฒนาและส่งเสริมพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ / นายกสมาคมเพื่อความมั่นคงพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ พร้อมด้วย คุณ บงกช  กาญจนแก้ว ประธานหลักสูตรพัฒนาสัมพันธ์ระดับผู้บริหาร รุ่นที่ 6 และครอบครัว ญาติมิตร ตลอดจนพุทธศาสนิกชนในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ร่วมจัดสร้างฯ เพื่อรำลึกถึงคุณูปการของสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสินมหาราชที่ทรงกอบกู้อิสระภาพของชาติไทย อีกทั้งระลึกถึงวีรกษัตริย์ที่ทรงเสียสละกล้าหาญ และเป็นเครื่องยึดเหนี่ยวจิตใจของชาวไทย ขณะที่หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ทหาร ตำรวจ หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และพุทธศาสนิกชนร่วมพิธีอย่างเนืองแน่น

          สำหรับการก่อสร้างศาลที่ประทับพระบรมรูปสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสินมหาราช มีกำหนด 3 ห้วง คือ เมื่อวันที่ 7 มีนาคม 2564 ทำพิธีอัญเชิญพระบรมรูปสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสินมหาราช ประทับราชอาสน์  ณ  วัดเขากงฯ และ เมื่อวันที่ 22 มีนาคม 2564 ประกอบพิธีบวงสรวง พระบรมรูปสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสินมหาราช ห้วงที่สามเมื่อวันที่ 3 มีนาคม 2567 พิธีวางศิลาฤกษ์และบวงสรวง เพื่อก่อสร้างศาลที่ประทับพระบรมรูปสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสินมหาราช  ณ  วัดเขากงฯ โดย พระโสภณคุณาธาร เจ้าคณะจังหวัดนราธิวาส เป็นประธานฝ่ายสงฆ์ และ พลตรี ไพศาล หนูสังข์ รองผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า (ยศและตำแหน่งในขณะนั้น) เป็นประธานฝ่ายฆราวาส และขณะนี้ การก่อสร้างศาลที่ประทับฯ เสร็จเรียบร้อย เมื่อวันที่ 12 มีนาคม 2568 และในวันที่ 16 มีนาคมนี้ ได้ประกอบพิธีบวงสรวง และเจริญพระพุทธมนต์สมโภชศาลที่ประทับพระบรมรูปสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสินมหาราช เพื่อรำลึกถึงคุณูปการของสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสินมหาราช ที่ทรงกอบกู้อิสรภาพของชาติไทย เพื่อระลึกถึงวีรกษัตริย์ที่ทรงเสียสละ กล้าหาญ และเป็นเครื่องยึดเหนี่ยวศูนย์รวมจิตใจของชาวไทย

          ทั้งนี้ กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า, ศูนย์ประสานงานโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ, ศูนย์พัฒนาและส่งเสริมพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ / สมาคมเพื่อความมั่นคงพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ สำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดนราธิวาส / วัฒนธรรมจังหวัดนราธิวาส, พุทธสมาคมจังหวัดนราธิวาส สมาพันธ์ไทยพุทธจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมใจจัดกิจกรรมดังกล่าวขึ้น เพื่อให้พุทธศาสนิกชนได้ทำหน้าที่ของชาวพุทธ ระลึกถึงความสำคัญของพระพุทธศาสนา ธำรงไว้ซึ่งวิถีพุทธ วิถีธรรมในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ตลอดจนเพื่อความมั่นคงของพุทธศาสนาในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ “วิถีแห่งพุทธธรรม นำสันติสุข สู่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้”

          Majlis Pemujaan, Doa Suci dan Perayaan di Dewan Patung Raja Taksin Maharaja, sebagai penghormatan kepada jasa-jasa raja pahlawan yang berani dan sanggup berkorban untuk kemerdekaan bangsa Thailand serta menjadi penyatuan jiwa rakyat Thailand.

          Hari ini (16 Mac 2568), jam 10.30 pagi, di Wat Khao Kong, Kampung Lampu, Daerah Muang Narathiwat, Wilayah Narathiwat, Samdech Phra Maha Ratchamongkhon Munee, Ketua Kumpulan Agama / Ahli Majlis Agama Sangha, adalah pengerusi bagi pihak agama, manakala Lt. Gen. Phisarn Noosang, Panglima Tentera Ke-4 / Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4, turut menjadi pengerusi bagi pihak awam dalam upacara pemujaan dan doa suci serta perayaan di Dewan Patung Raja Taksin Maharaja, diikuti dengan upacara derma untuk pembinaan dan penambahbaikan landskap tempat tersebut. Penyertaan turut melibatkan Jeneral Manee Chantip, Penasihat Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4 / Setiausaha Pusat Pembangunan dan Promosi Agama Buddha di Wilayah Selatan Thai / Presiden Persatuan Keselamatan Agama Buddha Wilayah Selatan Thai, bersama dengan Encik Bongkot Kanjankaew, Presiden Kursus Pembangunan Hubungan Tahap Eksekutif ke-6 dan keluarga, rakan-rakan serta masyarakat Buddha di Wilayah Selatan Thailand. Acara ini diadakan untuk mengenang jasa-jasa Raja Taksin Maharaja yang telah berjuang demi kebebasan negara Thailand dan mengingatkan tentang pengorbanan dan keberanian beliau, yang menjadi pemersatu jiwa rakyat Thailand. Dalam acara ini juga, pemimpin-pemimpin kerajaan, tentera, polis, serta masyarakat Buddha turut hadir dengan penuh kehadiran.

          Pembinaan Dewan Patung Raja Taksin Maharaja terbahagi kepada 3 peringkat: Pada 7 Mac 2564, majlis membawa patung Raja Taksin Maharaja ke tempat istirahat di Wat Khao Kong; pada 22 Mac 2564, acara pemujaan patung Raja Taksin Maharaja; dan pada 3 Mac 2567, majlis peletakan batu asas dan pemujaan untuk pembinaan Dewan Patung Raja Taksin Maharaja di Wat Khao Kong. Pada waktu itu, Phra Sopan Kunatharn, Ketua Agama Narathiwat, menjadi pengerusi bagi pihak agama, manakala Brigadier-General Phisarn Noosang, Timbalan Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4 (pada masa itu) menjadi pengerusi bagi pihak awam. Kini, pembinaan Dewan Patung Raja Taksin Maharaja telah selesai pada 12 Mac 2568, dan pada 16 Mac ini, upacara pemujaan dan doa suci diadakan sebagai penghormatan kepada jasa Raja Taksin Maharaja dalam memperjuangkan kemerdekaan negara Thailand serta untuk mengenang pengorbanan dan keberanian beliau sebagai pemersatu jiwa rakyat Thailand.

          Juga terlibat dalam penyelenggaraan acara ini adalah Pusat Operasi Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4, Pusat Penyelarasan Projek yang Berkaitan dengan Perintah Diraja, Pusat Pembangunan dan Promosi Agama Buddha Wilayah Selatan Thailand / Persatuan Keselamatan Agama Buddha Wilayah Selatan Thailand, Pejabat Agama Narathiwat / Pejabat Kebudayaan Narathiwat, Persatuan Buddha Narathiwat, Persekutuan Buddha Thailand Wilayah Selatan dan agensi-agensi berkaitan. Semua bekerjasama untuk menganjurkan acara ini, memberi peluang kepada penganut agama Buddha untuk menyedari kepentingan agama Buddha dan untuk memastikan kelangsungan ajaran Buddha serta kesejahteraan di Wilayah Selatan Thailand demi keselamatan agama Buddha di wilayah tersebut. “Jalan Agama Buddha Membawa Keamanan dan Kesejahteraan ke Wilayah Selatan Thailand.”

          The ritual of worship and Buddhist prayers was held to commemorate the dedication of the pavilion housing the statue of King Taksin the Great. This event is a remembrance of the great king’s sacrifice, courage, and his role as a spiritual anchor for the Thai people.

          Today (March 16, 2025), at 10:30 AM, at Wat Khao Kong, Tambon Lamphu, Mueang Narathiwat District, Narathiwat Province, Somdej Phra Maharatchamongkhon Munee, the Senior Monk of the Central Region / Member of the Supreme Sangha Council, presided over the religious ceremony, while Major General Phisarn Noosang, Commander of the 4th Army Area / Director of Internal Security Operations for the 4th Region, served as the lay leader for the ceremony. This event included a dedication and Buddhist prayers for the pavilion housing the statue of King Taksin the Great, as well as a charity event to raise funds for the completion of the landscaping work. The event was attended by General Manee Chantip, the advisor to the Director of Internal Security Operations for the 4th Region / Secretary-General of the Southern Border Provinces Development and Promotion of Buddhism Center / President of the Southern Border Provinces Buddhism Security Association, along with Mrs. Bongkot Kanjankaew, President of the Executive Development Program (Class 6), her family, friends, and Buddhists in the Southern Border Provinces. This event was organized to honor the contributions of King Taksin the Great, who fought for the independence of Thailand, and to remember his bravery, sacrifice, and role as a unifying figure for the Thai people. The ceremony was attended by government officials, military personnel, police, relevant organizations, and Buddhists in large numbers.

          The construction of the pavilion housing the statue of King Taksin the Great has taken place in three phases: On March 7, 2021, the statue of King Taksin the Great was moved to its place of rest at Wat Khao Kong; on March 22, 2021, the ritual of worship was held for the statue; and on March 3, 2024, the cornerstone laying ceremony was held along with another ritual to begin the construction of the pavilion. Phra Sopan Kunatharn, the abbot of Narathiwat, presided over the religious ceremony, while Brigadier General Phisarn Noosang, Deputy Director of Internal Security Operations for the 4th Region (at that time), presided over the lay ceremony. The pavilion’s construction was completed on March 12, 2025, and on March 16, 2025, the ceremony of worship and Buddhist prayers was held in honor of King Taksin the Great’s contributions in securing the independence of Thailand, and to remember his sacrifice, courage, and role as a unifying force for the Thai people.

          The Internal Security Operations Command, Southern Border Provinces Development and Promotion of Buddhism Center, Southern Border Provinces Buddhism Security Association, the Narathiwat Buddhist Association, the Narathiwat Cultural Office, the Thai Buddhist Confederation of the Southern Border Provinces, and related organizations all worked together to organize this event, allowing Buddhists to fulfill their duty by remembering the importance of Buddhism and preserving the Buddhist way of life in the Southern Border Provinces. This event also aimed to ensure the security of Buddhism in the area. “The Path of Buddhist Dharma Brings Peace to the Southern Border Provinces.”
