หมอเดินเท้า…ห่วงใยใกล้ชิด เพื่อสุขภาพที่ดีกว่าของประชาชนชายแดนใต้

          หน่วยเฉพาะกิจกรมทหารพรานที่ 44 นำชุด “หมอเดินเท้า” ลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมเยียนประชาชนกลุ่มเปราะบาง พร้อมนำรอยยิ้ม ยา และความห่วงใยเข้าไปถึงหน้าบ้าน ในชุมชนตำบลพิเทน อำเภอทุ่งยางแดง จังหวัดปัตตานี ภารกิจในครั้งนี้ นำโดยเจ้าหน้าที่เสนารักษ์ และชุดปฏิบัติการกิจการพลเรือน ร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่ชุดคุ้มครองตำบลพิเทน ผู้ช่วยผู้ใหญ่บ้านหมู่ที่ 2 และ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในพื้นที่ ได้เข้าตรวจสุขภาพและพูดคุยให้กำลังใจกับ นายวายา  ดือราแม อายุ 48 ปี ซึ่งเป็นผู้ป่วยที่ต้องการการดูแลอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทั้งด้านสุขภาพกายและสุขภาพใจ นอกจากการตรวจร่างกายเบื้องต้น เจ้าหน้าที่ได้มอบยาเวชภัณฑ์ เครื่องอุปโภคบริโภค และคำแนะนำด้านสุขภาพให้กับนายวายา เพื่อช่วยบรรเทาความยากลำบากในชีวิตประจำวัน พร้อมทั้งสร้างความเชื่อมั่นว่า “เจ้าหน้าที่รัฐไม่ได้ทิ้งใครไว้ข้างหลัง”

          กิจกรรมนี้ เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแนวทางการทำงานเชิงรุกของทหารพราน ที่ไม่เพียงรักษาความปลอดภัยในชี่วิตและทรัพย์สินของพี่น้องประชาชนในพื้นที่ชายแดนใต้ แต่ยังเข้าถึง เข้าใจ และยืนเคียงข้างประชาชนในทุกมิติของชีวิต โดยเฉพาะในชุมชนห่างไกลที่การเข้าถึงบริการสาธารณสุขอาจยังมีข้อจำกัด “เพราะสุขภาพดี คือรากฐานของชุมชนที่เข้มแข็ง” คือคำมั่นของชุดหมอเดินเท้า ที่พร้อมเดินต่อไปเพื่อดูแลทุกลมหายใจของคนในพื้นที่

 Doktor Berjalan Kaki… Prihatin Dekat untuk Kesihatan Lebih Baik Rakyat Selatan Thailand

 Pasukan Khas Batalion Ke-44 membawa pasukan “Doktor Berjalan Kaki” turun padang menziarahi komuniti berisiko tinggi, menyampaikan senyuman, ubat, dan keprihatinan terus ke rumah-rumah di Kampung Piten, Daerah Tung Yang Daeng, Pattani.​

Dalam misi kali ini, pasukan perubatan dan pegawai Hal Ehwal Awam bekerjasama dengan pasukan perlindungan kampung, pembantu ketua kampung, dan sukarelawan kesihatan setempat untuk memeriksa kesihatan serta memberi semangat kepada Encik Waya Dueramae, 48 tahun, seorang pesakit yang memerlukan penjagaan berterusan dari segi fizikal dan mental.​

Selain pemeriksaan kesihatan asas, pasukan ini turut menyerahkan ubat, barangan keperluan harian, dan nasihat kesihatan kepada Encik Waya untuk meringankan kesulitan dalam kehidupan seharian, sambil menegaskan bahawa “Kerajaan tidak akan meninggalkan sesiapa pun.”​

 Aktiviti ini merupakan sebahagian daripada pendekatan proaktif tentera dalam memastikan keselamatan dan kesejahteraan rakyat di kawasan sempadan selatan. Ia bertujuan untuk mendekati, memahami, dan berdiri bersama rakyat dalam setiap aspek kehidupan mereka, terutamanya di kawasan pedalaman yang mungkin menghadapi kekangan dalam mendapatkan perkhidmatan kesihatan.​

“Kesihatan yang baik adalah asas komuniti yang kukuh” adalah janji pasukan “Doktor Berjalan Kaki” yang sentiasa bersedia untuk menjaga setiap nafas rakyat di kawasan ini.​

Doctors on Foot… Caring Closely for Better Health of the Southern Border Communities

 The Special Task Unit of the 44th Border Patrol Police brought the “Doctors on Foot” team to visit vulnerable groups, bringing smiles, medicine, and care directly to their doorsteps in the Piten community, Tung Yang Daeng District, Pattani Province. This mission was led by medical officers and the civil affairs operations team, together with local protection officers, the assistant village head of Village No. 2, and community health volunteers. They conducted health checks and offered encouragement to Mr. Waya Dueramae, 48 years old, a patient requiring continuous care for both physical and mental health. In addition to the basic health checkup, the team provided medicine, essential items, and health advice to Mr. Waya, helping alleviate some of the difficulties in his daily life while reassuring him that “the government will not leave anyone behind.”

 This activity is part of the proactive approach of the Border Patrol Police, who not only ensure the safety and security of the people in the southern border areas but also reach out, understand, and stand by the people in all aspects of their lives, especially in remote communities where access to healthcare services might be limited. “Because good health is the foundation of a strong community” is the commitment of the “Doctors on Foot” team, which continues its mission to care for every breath of the people in the area.
