แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 เป็นประธานเปิดการอบรม ชี้แจงแนวทางการปฏิบัติงานให้กับกำลังพลของหน่วยเฉพาะกิจนราธิวาส ประจำปี 2569

วันที่ 8 พฤศจิกายน 2568 เวลา 09.30 น. ณ สโมสรกรมทหารราบที่ 151 กองพลทหารราบที่ 5 ค่ายกัลยาณิวัฒนา จังหวัดนราธิวาส พลโท นรธิป  โพยนอก แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 เป็นประธานเปิดการอบรมปฐมนิเทศกำลังพลของหน่วยเฉพาะกิจนราธิวาส ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 โดยมี นายอับดุลอาซิซ  เจ๊ะมามะ รองประธานคณะกรรมการอิสลามประจำจังหวัดนราธิวาส ผู้นำศาสนาในพื้นที่ คณะผู้บังคับบัญชา และกำลังพลในสังกัดหน่วยเฉพาะกิจนราธิวาส เข้าร่วมการอบรมจำนวน 128 นาย

          การอบรมครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นภายใต้หัวข้อ “ประวัติศาสตร์ ชาติพันธุ์ ขนบธรรมเนียม และวิถีชีวิตของพี่น้องมุสลิมในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจในบริบทของพื้นที่ ทั้งในด้านประวัติศาสตร์ วิถีชีวิต และวัฒนธรรมพหุสังคม เพื่อให้กำลังพลสามารถปฏิบัติภารกิจได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และอยู่ร่วมกับประชาชนในพื้นที่อย่างเข้าใจและเคารพซึ่งกันและกัน อันจะนำไปสู่การสร้างความสงบสุขและความมั่นคงในพื้นที่อย่างยั่งยืน

          การดำเนินการอบรมในครั้งนี้เป็นไปตาม นโยบายของผู้บัญชาการทหารบก ที่ได้มีดำริให้มีการปรับเปลี่ยนกำลังในการรับผิดชอบพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 โดยมอบหมายให้ กองทัพภาคที่ 1 เข้ามารับผิดชอบพื้นที่จังหวัดนราธิวาส ภายใต้หน่วยเฉพาะกิจนราธิวาส เพื่อให้กำลังพลทุกนายมีความเข้าใจขนบธรรมเนียม วัฒนธรรม และวิถีชีวิตของประชาชนในพื้นที่ 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ รวมถึง 4 อำเภอของจังหวัดสงขลา

          ในโอกาสนี้ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 กล่าวว่า “ขอบคุณนายทหารทุกนายที่เข้าร่วมการอบรมในวันนี้ ซึ่งถือเป็นการปูพื้นฐานที่ดี อยากให้ทุกท่านตั้งใจรับฟังวิทยากร เพื่อเพิ่มพูนความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และสามารถดูแลพี่น้องประชาชนได้อย่างเหมาะสม การสร้างสันติสุขเริ่มจากการทำให้ประชาชนเชื่อมั่นและไว้ใจว่าเราดูแลเขาได้จริง ขอให้ทุกคนตั้งใจ และหากมีสิ่งใดไม่เข้าใจให้สอบถาม เพื่อให้เรามีความรู้และแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ตรงกัน ในการทำงานเพื่อพี่น้องประชาชนอย่างดีที่สุด”

          ทั้งนี้ การจัดอบรมปฐมนิเทศโดยศูนย์สันติวิธี (ศสว.) ถือเป็นกิจกรรมสำคัญ ที่ช่วยให้กำลังพลได้เตรียมความพร้อมทั้งด้านจิตใจและความรู้ ก่อนลงพื้นที่ปฏิบัติภารกิจจริง เพื่อให้ภารกิจด้านความมั่นคงดำเนินไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ปลอดภัย และเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อพี่น้องประชาชนในพื้นที่

Pejabat Tentera Wilayah 4 buka kursus untuk anggota Task Force Narathiwat tahun 2569

Pada 8 November 2568, jam 9.30 pagi di Kelab Rejimen Infantri ke-151, Kem Kalyaniwatthana, Wilayah Narathiwat — Leftenan Jeneral Narathip Poynok, Panglima Tentera Wilayah 4 / Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4, telah rasmi buka kursus orientasi untuk anggota Task Force Narathiwat bagi tahun kewangan 2569.

Turut hadir ialah Tuan Abdul Aziz Che Mamoh, Timbalan Pengerusi Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Narathiwat, para pemimpin agama, pegawai atasan dan anggota tentera seramai 128 orang.

Kursus ini dijalankan dengan tajuk “Sejarah, Bangsa, Adat dan Cara Hidup Masyarakat Muslim di Wilayah Selatan Thai”. Tujuannya untuk tambah ilmu dan kefahaman tentang keadaan sebenar di kawasan ini — dari segi sejarah, budaya dan cara hidup masyarakat pelbagai kaum — supaya anggota tentera boleh jalankan tugas dengan baik dan hidup bersama rakyat dengan saling hormat dan faham antara satu sama lain. Ini akan bantu bina keamanan dan kestabilan yang berkekalan di wilayah kita.

Kursus ini juga ikut dasar Panglima Tentera Darat yang mahu ubahsuai penugasan tentera di Selatan Thai tahun 2569. Tentera Wilayah 1 akan ambil alih tanggungjawab di Wilayah Narathiwat di bawah Task Force Narathiwat. Jadi semua anggota perlu faham adat, budaya dan cara hidup masyarakat di 3 wilayah sempadan Selatan serta 4 daerah di Wilayah Songkhla.

Dalam ucapan beliau, Panglima Wilayah 4 berkata:

“Saya ucap terima kasih kepada semua pegawai yang hadir hari ini. Ini satu asas yang baik. Harap semua beri perhatian pada ceramah, tambah ilmu dan faham betul-betul supaya boleh jaga rakyat dengan baik. Keamanan bermula bila rakyat percaya kita boleh jaga mereka. Kalau ada apa yang tak faham, tanya terus supaya semua ada pengetahuan dan cara kerja yang sama untuk kebaikan masyarakat.”

Program orientasi ini dikendalikan oleh Pusat Keamanan (Sor Sor Wor), bertujuan siapkan anggota dari segi mental dan ilmu sebelum turun bertugas di lapangan sebenar, supaya kerja keselamatan dapat dijalankan dengan berkesan, selamat dan beri manfaat besar kepada rakyat di kawasan ini.

The Fourth Army Region Commander Presides Over the Opening of a Training and Orientation Session for Personnel of the Narathiwat Task Force, Fiscal Year 2026

On 8 November 2025, at 9:30 a.m., at the Club of the 151st Infantry Regiment, 5th Infantry Division, Kalyaniwatthana Camp, Narathiwat Province, Lieutenant General Narathip Poinok, Commander of the Fourth Army Region and Director of the Internal Security Operations Command Region 4, presided over the opening ceremony of the orientation training for personnel of the Narathiwat Task Force for the fiscal year 2026.

Also in attendance were Mr. Abdulaziz Che-mama, Deputy Chairman of the Narathiwat Provincial Islamic Committee, local religious leaders, senior officers, and 128 personnel under the Narathiwat Task Force.

This training was held under the theme “History, Ethnicity, Traditions, and the Way of Life of Muslim Communities in Thailand’s Southern Border Provinces.”

The objective was to enhance understanding of the local context—including history, lifestyles, and multicultural coexistence—so that personnel can perform their duties effectively, and live harmoniously and respectfully with local communities, thereby contributing to sustainable peace and stability in the area.

This training program aligns with the policy of the Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Army, who directed adjustments in the deployment of forces responsible for the southern border provinces for the fiscal year 2026. Under this directive, the First Army Region will take responsibility for Narathiwat Province under the Narathiwat Task Force. Therefore, all personnel are encouraged to understand the customs, culture, and lifestyle of people in the three southern border provinces as well as in four districts of Songkhla Province.

On this occasion, the Fourth Army Region Commander stated:

“I would like to thank all officers for participating in today’s training. This serves as a solid foundation. I encourage everyone to listen attentively to the speakers to broaden your knowledge and understanding, so that you can take care of the people appropriately. Peace begins when the people trust and believe that we truly care for them. Please stay committed, and do not hesitate to ask questions if there is anything unclear, so that we all share the same understanding and direction in working for the people to the best of our ability.”

This orientation program, organized by the Center for Peace Studies (CPS), is regarded as an important activity that prepares personnel both mentally and intellectually before undertaking real operations in the field. It aims to ensure that security missions are carried out effectively, safely, and for the greatest benefit of the local population.
