รวบ 2 ผู้ต้องสงสัย เอี่ยวเหตุลอบวางระเบิด เส้นทางรถไฟ ต.มะรือโบตก อ.ระแงะ จ.นราธิวาส

          จากกรณีเหตุคนร้ายลอบวางระเบิดเส้นทางรถไฟ พื้นที่ตำบลมะรือโบตก อำเภอระแงะ จังหวัดนราธิวาส เมื่อวันที่ 27 ตุลาคม 2568 ที่ผ่านมา เจ้าหน้าที่ สามารถรวบรวมพยานหลักฐาน จนพบความเชื่อมโยงไปยังบุคคลต้องสงสัย เบื้องต้น จำนวน 2 ราย

         ล่าสุดเช้ามืดวันนี้ (28 ตุลาคม 2568) เวลาประมาณ 03.30 น. เจ้าหน้าที่ เข้าบังคับใช้กฎหมายและพบบุคคลต้องสงสัย ในพื้นที่ บ้านกูจิงรือปะ หมู่ที่ 4 ตำบลเฉลิม อำเภอระแงะ จังหวัดนราธิวาส จำนวน 2 ราย คือ นายมะตอเพะ (สงวนนามสกุล)  และ นายขอเล (สงวนนามสกุล) ซึ่งในระหว่างการปฏิบัติ เจ้าหน้าที่ได้ปฏิบัติตามหลักของกฎหมาย และหลักสิทธิมนุษยชนด้วยความยุติธรรม โปร่งใส โดยมีเจ้าของบ้าน และผู้ใหญ่บ้าน ร่วมเป็นพยานและสังเกตการณ์ ดูการปฏิบัติของเจ้าหน้าที่ในทุกขั้นตอน

         ต่อมาเจ้าหน้าที่ได้เชิญบุคคลต้องสงสัย ทั้ง 2 ราย ตาม พ.ร.บ.กฎอัยการศึก (มาตรา 22 และ 23) ลงบันทึกประจำวัน ณ สถานีตำรวจภูธรระแงะ และนำตัวเข้าตรวจร่างกาย ตาม พ.ร.บ.ปราบปรามการทรมานและบังคับบุคคลสูญหาย ณ โรงพยาบาลระแงะ ก่อนที่จะเชิญตัวไปยัง ศูนย์ซักถามหน่วยเฉพาะกิจกรมทหารพรานที่ 46 ตำบลกะลุวอเหนือ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนราธิวาส เพื่อดำเนินกรรมวิธีซักถามต่อไป

         ทั้งนี้ กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า ขอความร่วมมือและขอขอบคุณพี่น้องประชาชนในการร่วมกันสอดส่องดูแลพื้นที่ เมื่อพบเห็นสิ่งผิดปกติ หรือบุคคลต้องสงสัย สามารถแจ้งเบาะแสได้ที่ สายด่วน กอ.รมน.ภาค 4 สน. โทร 1341 หรือแจ้งต่อ หน่วยเฉพาะกิจจังหวัด ในพื้นที่ ได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง และขอเรียนให้ทราบว่าผู้ให้การสนับสนุนผู้กระทำผิดด้วยวิธีการต่างๆ เช่น การนำพาซ่อนเร้น การให้การสนับสนุนที่พักพิง หรือการสนับสนุนเสบียงอาหาร จะมีความผิดตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญา มาตรา 189 ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกิน 2 ปี หรือปรับไม่เกิน 40,000 บาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

         Dua Suspek Ditahan Berkaitan Kes Letupan Bom di Laluan Kereta Api, Mukim Maruebo Tok, Daerah Ra-ngae, Wilayah Narathiwat

         Berhubung dengan kejadian letupan bom di laluan kereta api, kawasan Mukim Maruebo Tok, Daerah Ra-ngae, Wilayah Narathiwat pada 27 Oktober 2025 yang lalu, pihak berkuasa telah berjaya mengumpul bukti dan maklumat sehingga dapat mengesan kaitan kepada dua individu yang disyaki terlibat dalam kejadian tersebut.

         Terkini, pada awal pagi hari ini (28 Oktober 2025, lebih kurang jam 3.30 pagi), pasukan keselamatan telah melaksanakan operasi penguatkuasaan undang-undang di kawasan Kampung Kujing Rupo, Mukim Chalerm, Daerah Ra-ngae, Wilayah Narathiwat, dan berjaya menahan dua orang suspek, iaitu Encik Mattope (nama keluarga dirahsiakan) dan Encik Kole (nama keluarga dirahsiakan).

Semasa operasi dijalankan, pihak berkuasa bertindak mengikut undang-undang dan prinsip hak asasi manusia dengan adil dan telus, serta disaksikan oleh pemilik rumah dan ketua kampung sebagai saksi dalam setiap langkah operasi.

         Seterusnya, kedua-dua suspek telah dibawa ke Balai Polis Ra-ngae untuk direkodkan di bawah Akta Undang-undang Darurat (Seksyen 22 dan 23). Mereka juga telah menjalani pemeriksaan kesihatan di Hospital Ra-ngae, selaras dengan Akta Pencegahan Penyeksaan dan Kehilangan Paksa, sebelum dibawa ke Pusat Soal Siasat Pasukan Khas Batalion Renjer Sempadan 46, Mukim Kaluwor Nue, Daerah Muang, Narathiwat untuk siasatan lanjut.

         Markas Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4 (Bahagian Hadapan) ingin merakamkan penghargaan dan terima kasih kepada semua penduduk atas kerjasama yang diberikan dalam menjaga keselamatan kawasan masing-masing.

Jika ternampak perkara mencurigakan atau individu yang disyaki, orang ramai boleh menyalurkan maklumat kepada Talian Hotline ISOC Wilayah 4 (Bahagian Hadapan) – 1341, atau terus melapor kepada pasukan keselamatan di wilayah masing-masing, yang beroperasi 24 jam sehari.

         Ditekankan bahawa, sesiapa yang memberi bantuan atau melindungi pelaku jenayah, sama ada dengan menyorokkan, memberi tempat perlindungan, atau menyediakan bekalan makanan, adalah melakukan kesalahan di bawah Seksyen 189 Kanun Keseksaan, dan boleh dikenakan hukuman penjara tidak melebihi 2 tahun, denda tidak melebihi 40,000 Baht, atau kedua-duanya sekali.

         Two Suspects Arrested in Connection with Railway Bombing Incident in Maruebo Tok Subdistrict, Ra-ngae District, Narathiwat Province

         Following the bombing incident that occurred along the railway route in Maruebo Tok Subdistrict, Ra-ngae District, Narathiwat Province on 27 October 2025, authorities successfully gathered evidence leading to the identification of two individuals suspected of involvement in the attack.

         In the early hours of 28 October 2025, at approximately 03:30 a.m., security officers carried out a law enforcement operation in Kujing Rupo Village, Village No. 4, Chalerm Subdistrict, Ra-ngae District, Narathiwat Province, where they encountered and detained two suspects, identified as Mr. Matope (surname withheld) and Mr. Kole (surname withheld).

During the operation, officers conducted their duties in full compliance with the law and human rights principles, ensuring fairness and transparency. The entire procedure was witnessed by the homeowner and the village headman, who were present to observe each stage of the operation.

         Subsequently, both suspects were invited for questioning under the Martial Law Act (Sections 22 and 23) and formally recorded at Ra-ngae Police Station. They were then taken for medical examination at Ra-ngae Hospital in accordance with the Prevention and Suppression of Torture and Enforced Disappearance Act, before being transferred to the Interrogation Center of the 46th Ranger Task Force, located in Kaluwo Nuea Subdistrict, Mueang District, Narathiwat Province, for further questioning.

         The Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC) Region 4 Forward Command expresses its appreciation to the public for their continued cooperation in helping maintain peace and security in the area. Citizens are urged to remain vigilant and promptly report any unusual activities or suspicious individuals via the ISOC Region 4 Forward Command Hotline at 1341, or directly contact the nearest provincial task force unit, which operates 24 hours a day.

         The public is also reminded that any person found to be supporting or assisting offenders—including providing transportation, shelter, concealment, or food supplies—is subject to legal penalties under Section 189 of the Thai Penal Code, which carries a punishment of up to two years’ imprisonment, a fine of up to 40,000 Baht, or both.
