ผอ.ศปป.5 เข้าพบ รักษาการเลขาฯ ศอ.บต. หารือแนวทางปฏิบัติงาน พร้อมนำนโยบายปี 69 ไปสู่การปฏิบัติเพื่อแก้ปัญหา จชต. อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

                วันนี้ (22 ตุลาคม 2568) เวลา 11.30 น. ที่ ห้องประชุมน้อมเกล้า ศูนย์อำนวยการบริหารจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้  อำเภอเมืองยะลา จังหวัดยะลา พลโท ประเสริฐ หมวดเชียงคะ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ประสานการปฏิบัติที่ 5 กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในราชอาณาจักร พร้อมด้วย พลตรี ชาคริต อุจะรัตน รองแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / รองผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า และคณะ เดินทางเข้าพบ นายปิยะศิริ วัฒนวรางกูร รักษาการเลขาธิการ ศูนย์อำนวยการบริหารจังหวัดภาคใต้ เพื่อแสดงความยินดีในโอกาสรับตำแหน่งใหม่ และหารือแนวทางการบูรณาการร่วมกัน ในการนำนโยบายการปฏิบัติงาน ประจำปี 2569 ไปสู่การปฏิบัติในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้

          โดย นายปิยะศิริ วัฒนวรางกูร รักษาการเลขาธิการ ศูนย์อำนวยการบริหารจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ได้กล่าวต้อนรับ และขอบคุณสำหรับการเดินทางเข้าพบปะหารือในครั้งนี้ นอกจากนี้ยังได้มีการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงาน ตลอดจนหารือแนวทางการประสานความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงาน เพื่อเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานร่วมกันต่อไป

           ด้าน พลโท ประเสริฐ หมวดเชียงคะ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ประสานการปฏิบัติที่ 5 กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในราชอาณาจักร กล่าวแสดงความยินดีกับการเข้ารับตำแหน่งใหม่ และได้หารือถึงแนวทางการทำงานร่วมกัน เพื่อกำหนดทิศทางและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ให้ครอบคลุมทุกมิติ รวมถึงการแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด ซึ่งต้องให้ความสำคัญกับการแก้ปัญหาที่ต้นเหตุ โดยเฉพาะการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันให้กับ ‘เยาวชน’  ยกระดับและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต เพื่อเป็นเกราะป้องกันจากยาเสพติดให้ได้มากที่สุด”

           ทั้งนี้ นายปิยะศิริ วัฒนวรางกูร รักษาการเลขาธิการ ได้เน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด และพร้อมที่จะประสานความร่วมมือให้เกิดผลเป็นรูปธรรม รวมถึงการนำนโยบายการปฏิบัติงาน ประจำปี 2569 ไปสู่การปฏิบัติ เพื่อสร้างความมั่นคงและสันติสุขในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ต่อไป

           Pengarah CPP 5 berjumpa dengan Pemangku Setiausaha Agong SBPAT, berbincang tentang hala tuju kerja dan membawa dasar tahun 69 untuk dilaksanakan secara nyata demi selesaikan masalah di Wilayah Selatan Thai.

           Hari ini (22 Oktober 2025) jam 11.30 pagi, di Bilik Mesyuarat Nomklao, Pusat Pentadbiran Wilayah Selatan Thai (SBPAT), Daerah Muang Yala, Yala – Leftenan Jeneral Prasert Muadchiangka, Pengarah Pusat Penyelarasan Pelaksanaan 5 dari ISOC (Bahagian Operasi Dalam Negeri), bersama Mejar Jeneral Chakrit Ucharat, Timbalan Panglima Tentera Ke-4 / Timbalan Pengarah ISOC Wilayah 4 Bahagian Depan, serta rombongan telah berjumpa Encik Piyasiri Wattanawarangkul, Pemangku Setiausaha Agong SBPAT untuk ucap tahniah atas pelantikan jawatan baru dan berbincang cara bekerjasama bagi melaksanakan dasar kerja tahun 2569 (2026) di wilayah selatan dengan lebih berkesan.

           Encik Piyasiri Wattanawarangkul menyambut baik kedatangan tersebut dan mengucapkan terima kasih atas kunjungan itu. Mereka juga bertukar pandangan berkenaan masalah dan cabaran dalam pelaksanaan tugas, serta berbincang cara bekerjasama antara agensi supaya kerja dapat dijalankan dengan lebih efektif.

           Leftenan Jeneral Prasert Muadchiangka turut ucap tahniah kepada Setiausaha baru dan berbincang hala tuju kerja bersama, termasuk menangani isu-isu penting di Selatan Thai seperti masalah dadah. Beliau menegaskan pentingnya cari jalan penyelesaian dari punca, terutama dengan memperkuatkan benteng dalam kalangan remaja supaya mereka tidak mudah terpengaruh dengan dadah. Juga penting untuk tingkatkan kualiti hidup agar masyarakat lebih kuat dan selamat daripada ancaman dadah.

           Akhir sekali, Encik Piyasiri tekankan pentingnya kerjasama dan komitmen semua pihak untuk selesaikan masalah dadah secara nyata, serta melaksanakan dasar tahun 69 dengan harapan dapat mewujudkan keamanan dan kestabilan di Wilayah Selatan Thai.

           Director of CPP-5 Meets Acting Secretary-General of SBPAC to Discuss Operational Strategies and Implementation of the 2026 Policy to Address Issues in the Southern Border Provinces

           On 22 October 2025, at 11:30 AM, at the Nomklao Meeting Room, Southern Border Provinces Administrative Centre (SBPAC), Mueang District, Yala Province, Lieutenant General Prasert Muadchiangka, Director of Coordination Center for Performance (CPP) 5, Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC), along with Major General Chakrit Ucharat, Deputy Commander of the 4th Army Region / Deputy Director of ISOC Region 4 Forward Command, and delegation, paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Piyasiri Wattanawarangkul, Acting Secretary-General of SBPAC.

The visit was to extend congratulations on Mr. Piyasiri’s recent appointment and to discuss integrated operational approaches to translate the 2026 operational policy into concrete actions within the southern border provinces.

           Mr. Piyasiri Wattanawarangkul, Acting Secretary-General of SBPAC, welcomed the delegation and expressed his appreciation for the meeting. During the discussion, both parties exchanged views on the current challenges and obstacles in operational efforts, and explored ways to strengthen inter-agency collaboration to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of joint operations.

           Lieutenant General Prasert Muadchiangka congratulated Mr. Piyasiri on his new position and discussed strategic directions for enhanced collaboration. The discussion emphasized a comprehensive approach to improving operations in the southern border provinces, including the drug problem, which requires addressing root causes. In particular, focus was placed on building resilience among youth and improving quality of life as key strategies to prevent drug abuse and ensure long-term protection for the community.

           Mr. Piyasiri further emphasized the critical importance of addressing the drug issue and affirmed SBPAC’s commitment to coordinating efforts that yield tangible outcomes. He also reiterated the importance of executing the 2026 operational policy to foster security and lasting peace in the southern border provinces.
