กองทัพภาคที่ 4 กระทำพิธี รับ – ส่งหน้าที่ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ระหว่าง พลเอก ไพศาล  หนูสังข์ กับ พลโท นรธิป  โพยนอก อย่างสมเกียรติ

          วันที่ 3 ตุลาคม 2568 ที่กองบัญชาการกองทัพภาคที่ 4 ค่ายวชิราวุธ ตำบลปากพูน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช พลเอก ไพศาล  หนูสังข์ ซึ่งได้รับพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ดำรงตำแหน่งสูงขึ้นเป็น ที่ปรึกษาพิเศษกองทัพบก กระทำพิธีส่งมอบหน้าที่ให้กับ พลโท นรธิป  โพยนอก แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 (ท่านใหม่) เพื่อส่งมอบการบังคับบัญชา ภารกิจ หน้าที่ ในการดูแลพื้นที่ภาคใต้ โดยมีนายทหารชั้นนายพลของกองทัพภาคที่ 4 ผู้บังคับหน่วยทุกระดับ และข้าราชการของกองทัพภาคที่ 4 ร่วมพิธีโดยพร้อมเพรียงกัน โดยในเวลา 09.00 น. ได้กระทำพิธีสักการะสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์ภายในค่ายวชิราวุธ เพื่อความเป็นสิริมงคล เวลา 10.00 น. กระทำพิธีลงนามในเอกสาร รับ-ส่ง หน้าที่ ณ ห้องหาญ ลีนานนท์ เวลา 10.30 น. กระทำพิธี รับ- ส่ง หน้าที่แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 และการบังคับบัญชา ณ ลานหน้ากองบัญชาการกองทัพภาคที่ 4 โดยมีผู้บังคับหน่วยขึ้นตรง นายทหารชั้นนายพล และกำลังพลนายทหารสัญญาบัตร นายทหารชั้นประทวน ร่วมพิธีอย่างพร้อมเพรียงกัน ทั้งนี้ พลเอก ไพศาล  หนูสังข์ ได้กล่าวมอบหน้าที่และการบังคับบัญชา, มอบธงประจำกองทัพภาคที่ 4 พร้อมมอบเอกสารรับ-ส่งหน้าที่ ให้กับ พลโท นรธิป  โพยนอก แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ท่านใหม่ จากนั้น แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ท่านใหม่ ได้กล่าวรับมอบหน้าที่และการบังคับบัญชา โดยกล่าวว่า จะสานต่อภาระ หน้าที่ นโยบาย และอุดมการณ์การทำงานอย่างเต็มความสามารถ จะปกครองผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา/ด้วยความเป็นธรรม ดูแลเอาใจใส่อย่างใกล้ชิดและพร้อมจะนำพากำลังพลกองทัพภาคที่ 4 ปฏิบัติภารกิจบนพื้นฐานของความสามัคคี ร่วมแรง ร่วมใจ ดูแลรักษาพัฒนากองทัพภาคที่ 4 ให้มีความเจริญก้าวหน้า สามารถยืนหยัด  เป็นสถาบันหลักด้านความมั่งคงของภาคใต้อย่างยั่งยืน

           พลเอก ไพศาล  หนูสังข์ ดำรงตำแหน่งแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ตั้งแต่ ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2567 ตลอดระยะเวลาที่ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้นำสูงสุดของกองทัพภาคที่ 4 ได้แสดงให้เห็นถึงการเป็นทหารอาชีพที่มีอุดมการณ์แน่วแน่ ทุ่มเท เสียสละในการทำหน้าที่เพื่อส่วนรวมอย่างเต็มกำลังความสามารถ และมีความจงรักภักดีอย่างมั่นคงในสถาบันชาติ ศาสนาพระมหากษัตริย์ วางรากฐานให้กองทัพภาคที่ 4 อย่างมั่นคง ทั้งยังให้ความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งในการเอาใจใส่ดูแลสวัสดิการ และขวัญกำลังใจของกำลังพลทุกระดับ ความมุ่งมั่นตั้งใจและวิสัยทัศน์อันกว้างไกลของท่านได้สร้างคุณประโยชน์แก่กองทัพภาคที่ 4 และส่วนรวมเป็นอเนกประการ

           สำหรับ พลโท นรธิป โพยนอก แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ท่านใหม่ ท่านเป็นนักเรียนเตรียมทหารรุ่นที่ 26 และนักเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า รุ่นที่ 37 มีความคุ้นเคยกับพื้นที่ภาคใต้ เคยปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในตำแหน่ง รองเสนาธิการหน่วยเฉพาะกิจปัตตานี  มีความเข้าใจภูมิศาสตร์ สภาพสังคม และวิถีชีวิตของพี่น้องประชาชน เชี่ยวชาญงานด้านการพัฒนาศักยภาพกำลังพล และประสานกลไกความร่วมมือในทุกภาคส่วนของแต่ละพื้นที่เข้ามามีส่วนร่วม และพร้อมสานต่อภารกิจสำคัญของกองทัพภาคที่ 4 ในการสร้าง สันติสุขและความมั่นคงอย่างยั่งยืน ซึ่งจะได้นำพากองทัพภาคที่ 4 ตอบสนองภารกิจของกองทัพบก และดูแลความสงบเรียบร้อยในพื้นที่ภาคใต้ ต่อไป

           Upacara Serah Terima Tugas Panglima Tentera Wilayah 4

Pada 3 Oktober 2025 bertempat di Ibu Pejabat Tentera Wilayah 4, Kem Wachirawut, Mukim Pak Phun, Daerah Mueang, Nakhon Si Thammarat, satu upacara rasmi telah diadakan untuk serah terima tugas Panglima Tentera Wilayah 4 antara Jeneral Paisan Nusang kepada Leftenan Jeneral Norathip Poinok dengan penuh hormat dan tertib.

           Jadual Upacara:

09.00 pagi: Upacara doa selamat dan penghormatan kepada tempat suci dalam kem.

10.00 pagi: Upacara tandatangan dokumen serah terima tugas di bilik Han Leenanont.

10.30 pagi: Upacara rasmi serah terima tugas Panglima Wilayah 4 di hadapan ibu pejabat tentera.

Upacara ini disertai oleh pegawai-pegawai kanan tentera, ketua unit, dan semua anggota tentera Wilayah 4.

           Jeneral Paisan Nusang kini dilantik ke jawatan baharu sebagai Penasihat Khas Tentera Darat, dan dalam ucapan beliau, beliau menyerahkan tanggungjawab kepimpinan serta bendera rasmi Wilayah 4 kepada panglima baharu, sambil memberi pesanan dan semangat kepada semua anggota.

           Leftenan Jeneral Norathip Poinok, panglima baharu, berkata beliau akan meneruskan semua dasar, tugas, dan perjuangan terdahulu dengan penuh semangat dan keadilan. Beliau janji akan memimpin dengan adil, menjaga kebajikan semua anggota, dan membangunkan Wilayah 4 dengan semangat bersatu, demi keamanan dan keselamatan di Selatan.

           Latar Belakang Panglima Lama & Baharu:

Jeneral Paisan Nusang telah memegang jawatan sejak Oktober 2024. Beliau terkenal sebagai tentera profesional, berwawasan, setia kepada negara, agama, dan raja. Beliau banyak menyumbang kepada pembangunan dan moral anggota tentera.

Leftenan Jeneral Norathip Poinok ialah bekas pelajar Tentera Darat Kelas 26, dan Akademi Tentera Chulachomklao Kelas 37. Beliau pernah berkhidmat sebagai Timbalan Ketua Staf Operasi Khas Pattani. Beliau arif dengan geografi, masyarakat, dan kehidupan rakyat di Selatan, serta pakar dalam pembangunan kapasiti anggota dan kerjasama antara agensi. Beliau berazam membawa keamanan dan kestabilan jangka panjang di wilayah ini.

          The 4th Army Region Holds Official Handover Ceremony of the Regional Commander Position

          On October 3, 2025, at the Headquarters of the 4th Army Region, Wachirawut Camp, Pak Phun Subdistrict, Mueang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, a formal ceremony was held to mark the handover of duties and command of the 4th Army Region from General Paisan Nusang to Lieutenant General Norathip Poinok, the newly appointed commander. General Paisan Nusang has been graciously appointed to a higher position as Special Advisor to the Royal Thai Army.

The ceremony signified the transfer of command, responsibilities, and mission oversight for the Southern region. Senior military officers, unit commanders at all levels, and government officials from the 4th Army Region were present to witness the event.

          Ceremonial Schedule:

09:00 hrs: A spiritual homage ceremony was held within Wachirawut Camp for auspiciousness.

10:00 hrs: The official signing of the handover documents took place at Han Leenanont Room.

10:30 hrs: The formal handover of command was conducted at the main courtyard of the 4th Army Region Headquarters, attended by direct unit commanders, general officers, commissioned and non-commissioned officers of the Royal Thai Army.

During the ceremony, General Paisan Nusang delivered remarks transferring authority and presented the official flag of the 4th Army Region along with handover documents to Lieutenant General Norathip Poinok, who then accepted the position and command responsibilities. In his speech, the new commander expressed his commitment to continuing the mission, responsibilities, policies, and vision of the previous leadership. He pledged to govern with fairness, care for his subordinates, and lead the 4th Army Region personnel with unity and dedication to progress and sustainability. His goal is to maintain the 4th Army Region as a key security institution for the Southern region.

          General Paisan Nusang had served as the Commander of the 4th Army Region since October 2024. Throughout his tenure, he demonstrated unwavering dedication, professionalism, and sacrifice for the greater good. His leadership was grounded in loyalty to the Nation, Religion, and Monarchy. He laid a strong foundation for the Region, emphasizing the welfare and morale of all military personnel. His determination and far-sighted vision greatly contributed to both the Army and the wider community.

          Lieutenant General Norathip Poinok, the newly appointed Commander of the 4th Army Region, is a graduate of the Pre-Cadet School Class 26 and the Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy Class 37. He is highly familiar with the Southern region and has previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff of the Pattani Special Task Force. He possesses deep understanding of the local geography, social dynamics, and way of life of the people. He is skilled in capacity-building of military personnel and in coordinating cross-sector collaboration. He is committed to continuing the important mission of the 4th Army Region in building lasting peace and stability in the South, in alignment with the overarching goals of the Royal Thai Army.
