มูลนิธิคุณพุ่ม ในทูลกระหม่อมหญิงอุบลรัตนราชกัญญา สิริวัฒนาพรรณวดี มอบทุนการศึกษาให้กับเด็กและเยาวชนผู้พิการ ครอบครัวยากจนและขาดโอกาสในจังหวัดยะลา จำนวน 108 ทุน กว่า 5 แสนบาท

           วันนี้ (23 กันยายน 2568) เวลา 10.00 น. ที่ศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ เขตการศึกษา 2 จังหวัดยะลา นาย ก้องสกุล  จันทราช รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดยะลา  เป็นประธานพิธีมอบทุนการศึกษามูลนิธิคุณพุ่ม ในทูลกระหม่อมหญิงอุบลรัตนราชกัญญา สิริวัฒนาพรรณวดี ปีการศึกษา 2568 โดยมี ศึกษาธิการจังหวัดยะลา, ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ประจำจังหวัดยะลา, คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา ศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษประจำจังหวัดยะลา, คณะครู หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ผู้ปกครอง และนักเรียน เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอย่างพร้อมเพียง

           ทูลกระหม่อมหญิงอุบลรัตนราชกัญญา สิริวัฒนาพรรณวดี องค์ประธานมูลนิธิคุณพุ่ม ได้ทรงมีพระเมตตาสนับสนุนทุนการศึกษาสำหรับเด็กและเยาวชนผู้พิการจากครอบครัวยากจน และขาดโอกาส ให้กับศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ประจำจังหวัดยะลา จำนวน 108 ทุน ทุนละ 5,000 บาท มูลค่ารวม 540,000 บาท เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาเด็กและเยาวชนพิการ ให้ตรงตามความจำเป็นเฉพาะบุคคล ซึ่งทุนการศึกษามูลนิธิคุณพุ่ม ถือเป็นพระกรุณาธิคุณอันยิ่งใหญ่ เพราะไม่เพียงแต่มอบเงินทุนการศึกษาเท่านั้น แต่พระองค์ทรงประทานเพื่อให้กำลังใจแก่บิดา มารดา และครอบครัวที่ดูแลบุตรหลานที่มีความจำเป็นพิเศษทุกคนด้วย

           โอกาสนี้ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดยะลา ได้กล่าวให้กำลังใจผู้เป็นบิดา มารดา  และผู้ปกครอง ของเด็กที่ได้รับทุนการศึกษาว่า ขอให้ทุกท่านมีกำลังใจ มีความอดทน มีความมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาบุตรหลาน เพื่อให้พวกเขามีศักยภาพ สามารถช่วยเหลือตนเองได้ และใช้ชีวิตในสังคมได้อย่างปกติสุข และขอให้นำทุนการศึกษานี้ ไปใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดกับบุตรหลาน ตามพระประสงค์ขององค์ประธานมูลนิธิคุณพุ่ม คือ “พัฒนาศักยภาพของบุตรหลานให้ครบทุกด้าน ทั้งด้านการศึกษา และพัฒนาศักยภาพอื่น ตามความต้องการจำเป็นพิเศษของลูกๆ แต่ละคน”

           ด้าน นางสาวฮานาน มะลี หนึ่งในผู้ปกครองได้กล่าวสำนึกในพระกรุณาธิคุณ และสัญญาว่าจะนำทุนการศึกษาที่ได้รับในครั้งนี้ ไปใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์อย่างคุ้มค่าสูงสุด พร้อมกล่าวให้กำลังใจผู้ปกครองทุกท่านจงเข้มแข็ง อดทน ร่วมกันส่งเสริมและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตบุตรหลานให้ดียิ่งขึ้น และมีทัศนคติเชิงบวกยอมรับความหลากหลายในสังคม และเห็นคุณค่าของกลุ่มคนพิการสามารถดำเนินชีวิตได้อย่างปกติสุข

           Yayasan Khun Phum di bawah lindungan Tuanku Puteri Ubolratana Rajakanya Siriwattana Phannawadi, telah menyampaikan dana biasiswa kepada kanak-kanak dan belia OKU (Orang Kurang Upaya) dari keluarga miskin dan kurang peluang di Wilayah Yala sebanyak 108 biasiswa, berjumlah lebih daripada 500,000 baht.

           Hari ini (23 September 2025), pukul 10.00 pagi di Pusat Pendidikan Khas Zon Pendidikan 2 Wilayah Yala, Encik Kongsakol Chantharat, Timbalan Gabenor Wilayah Yala, menjadi pengerusi majlis penyampaian biasiswa Yayasan Khun Phum bagi tahun persekolahan 2568 (2025). Hadir sama ialah Pegawai Pendidikan Wilayah Yala, Pengarah Pusat Pendidikan Khas Yala, guru-guru, pegawai kerajaan, ibubapa dan pelajar-pelajar.

           Tuanku Puteri Ubolratana Rajakanya Siriwattana Phannawadi, selaku penaung Yayasan Khun Phum, telah menunjukkan keprihatinan dan kasih sayang dengan menyokong biasiswa ini kepada 108 orang pelajar OKU di Pusat Pendidikan Khas Yala, setiap seorang menerima 5,000 baht, jumlah keseluruhan 540,000 baht. Tujuan dana ini adalah untuk menyokong pembangunan dan potensi kanak-kanak OKU mengikut keperluan masing-masing. Ini bukan sahaja bantuan kewangan, tetapi juga tanda sokongan moral kepada keluarga yang menjaga anak-anak istimewa.

           Dalam ucapan beliau, Timbalan Gabenor Yala memberi semangat kepada ibubapa dan penjaga anak-anak penerima biasiswa:

“Saya berharap semua ibu bapa terus kuat semangat, sabar, dan berusaha membangunkan potensi anak-anak. Gunakan biasiswa ini sebaik mungkin untuk faedah anak-anak, seperti yang dikehendaki oleh penaung yayasan, iaitu membangunkan potensi anak-anak dalam pendidikan dan keperluan khas masing-masing.”

           Cik Hanane Mali, salah seorang penjaga, mengucapkan terima kasih atas kemurahan hati Tuanku dan berjanji akan menggunakan biasiswa ini dengan sebaik mungkin. Beliau juga memberi semangat kepada penjaga lain agar terus kuat, sabar, dan bekerjasama membangunkan kualiti hidup anak-anak dengan sikap positif terhadap kepelbagaian dan nilai insan OKU dalam masyarakat.

           The Khun Phum Foundation, under the royal patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Ubolratana Rajakanya Sirivadhana Barnavadi, has granted 108 educational scholarships to children and youth with disabilities from underprivileged families in Yala Province, with a total value of over 500,000 Baht.

           Today, 23 September 2025, at 10:00 AM, at the Special Education Center, Education Area 2, Yala Province, Mr. Kongsakol Chantharat, Deputy Governor of Yala Province, presided over the Khun Phum Foundation Scholarship Award Ceremony for the academic year 2025. The event was attended by the Yala Provincial Education Officer, the Director of the Special Education Center, members of the educational committee, teachers, government officials, parents, and students.

           Her Royal Highness Princess Ubolratana Rajakanya Sirivadhana Barnavadi, Chairperson of the Khun Phum Foundation, graciously supported the provision of 108 scholarships, each worth 5,000 Baht, amounting to a total of 540,000 Baht, to the Yala Provincial Special Education Center. The purpose of these scholarships is to promote the development of children and youth with disabilities, tailored to their individual needs. This generous contribution not only provides financial support but also serves as a source of encouragement to parents and families who care for children with special needs. It is a profound expression of royal compassion and commitment to inclusive development.

           On this occasion, the Deputy Governor of Yala offered words of encouragement to the parents and guardians of scholarship recipients, urging them to remain strong, patient, and committed to the development of their children, so that the children may reach their full potential, become self-reliant, and live happily in society. He emphasized that the scholarship should be used to its fullest benefit in accordance with the intention of the Foundation’s Chairperson:

“To develop the potential of every child in all aspects, both in education and in other essential areas, according to each child’s specific needs.”

           Ms. Hanan Mali, one of the parents, expressed her deep gratitude for the royal generosity and pledged to use the scholarship meaningfully and effectively. She also offered words of encouragement to fellow parents, calling on them to stay strong, be resilient, and work together to improve the quality of life of their children. She emphasized the importance of maintaining a positive mindset, embracing diversity in society, and recognizing the value of persons with disabilities as individuals capable of leading normal and fulfilling lives.
