แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ลงพื้นที่ด่านตรวจ 3 ฝ่าย กำชับเข้มมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัย สร้างความเชื่อมั่นประชาชนชายแดนใต้

วันนี้ (11 กันยายน 2568) เวลา 08.30 น. ที่ด่านตรวจ 3 ฝ่าย (ด่านเจ้าพระยา) อำเภอรือเสาะ จังหวัดนราธิวาส พลโท ไพศาล  หนูสังข์ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 เดินทางลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยมและให้กำลังใจเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำด่านตรวจ ทั้งทหาร ตำรวจ และฝ่ายปกครอง ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในการดูแลรักษาความปลอดภัยพื้นที่ชายแดน

           พลโท ไพศาล  หนูสังข์ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ได้กำชับเจ้าหน้าที่ให้เพิ่มความเข้มงวดในการตรวจสอบบุคคล ยานพาหนะ และสิ่งของต้องสงสัย พร้อมเน้นย้ำให้ปฏิบัติด้วยความสุภาพ ยึดหลักการสร้างมิตรภาพและความเข้าใจต่อประชาชนผู้สัญจรไปมา ควบคู่ไปกับมาตรการป้องกันเหตุร้าย เพื่อสร้างความมั่นใจในมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยของรัฐ

           แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ยังกล่าวถึงความสำคัญของ “ด่านตรวจ 3 ฝ่าย” ว่าเป็นด่านหน้าในการป้องกันและสกัดกั้นการเคลื่อนไหวของกลุ่มผู้ไม่หวังดี รวมถึงการป้องกันยาเสพติด สิ่งผิดกฎหมาย และอาวุธที่จะถูกลักลอบนำเข้าไปในพื้นที่ ซึ่งถือเป็นภารกิจสำคัญในการรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อยและความปลอดภัยของประชาชน

          นอกจากนี้ ยังได้สอบถามปัญหาและความต้องการของเจ้าหน้าที่ เพื่อนำไปปรับปรุงและสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น โดยยืนยันว่ากองทัพภาคที่ 4 และ กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า พร้อมให้การสนับสนุนทุกด้าน เพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติภารกิจได้อย่างมั่นใจและปลอดภัย

           การลงพื้นที่ครั้งนี้ ยังสร้างขวัญกำลังใจแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานแนวหน้า และสะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของกองทัพในการดูแลความปลอดภัยของประชาชน พร้อมเดินหน้าสู่เป้าหมายการสร้างสันติสุขที่ยั่งยืนในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้

🔮 Panglima Tentera Wilayah 4 turun ke lokasi sekatan tiga pihak, tegaskan kawalan keselamatan untuk yakinkan rakyat di sempadan Selatan

⏰ Hari ini (11 September 2568), jam 08.30 pagi, di Sekatan Tiga Pihak (Sekatan Chao Phraya), Daerah Rue Soh, Wilayah Narathiwat — Leftenan Jeneral Paisan Nusang, Panglima Tentera Wilayah 4 / Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4, telah turun padang untuk lawat dan beri semangat kepada petugas di sekatan termasuk tentera, polis, dan pegawai pentadbiran yang jaga keselamatan di kawasan sempadan.

📝 Leftenan Jeneral Paisan menegaskan kepada semua petugas supaya perketatkan pemeriksaan terhadap orang awam, kenderaan, dan barang-barang yang mencurigakan. Beliau juga tekankan supaya layan orang ramai dengan sopan santun, ikut prinsip membina persahabatan dan kefahaman dengan rakyat yang lalu-lalang, sambil terus laksana langkah-langkah cegah kejadian yang tak diingini. Tujuannya ialah untuk tingkatkan keyakinan rakyat terhadap langkah keselamatan yang kerajaan laksanakan.

📙 Panglima juga sebut bahawa Sekatan Tiga Pihak ini penting sebagai benteng hadapan untuk cegah pergerakan pihak yang berniat jahat, termasuk penyeludupan dadah, barang haram, dan senjata ke dalam kawasan. Ini adalah tugas penting untuk jaga keamanan dan keselamatan rakyat.

📘 Selain itu, beliau juga tanya masalah dan keperluan petugas, supaya boleh buat penambahbaikan dan beri sokongan yang lebih baik kepada mereka. Beliau sahkan bahawa Tentera Wilayah 4 dan Pusat Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4 bahagian hadapan sedia bantu sepenuhnya, supaya petugas dapat jalankan tugas dengan yakin dan selamat.

📗 Lawatan ini juga berjaya naikkan semangat petugas di barisan hadapan, dan tunjukkan kesungguhan tentera dalam jaga keselamatan rakyat. Ia adalah satu langkah ke arah membina keamanan yang berkekalan di wilayah sempadan Selatan.

📝 Lieutenant General Paisan Nusang emphasized the importance of enhancing the strictness of inspections involving individuals, vehicles, and suspicious items. He also stressed the need for personnel to perform their duties with courtesy, adhering to principles of fostering goodwill and mutual understanding with the public, while simultaneously implementing preventive security measures to ensure public confidence in the government’s safety protocols.

📙 The Commander further highlighted the critical role of the Joint Security Checkpoint as a frontline defense in preventing and deterring the movement of individuals with malicious intent, as well as in combatting the trafficking of narcotics, illegal goods, and weapons. He reiterated that this mission is essential for maintaining public peace and safety.

📘 In addition, he inquired about the challenges and needs of the personnel on duty, with the intention of using this information to improve and support operational effectiveness. He assured that the Fourth Army Region and the Forward Command of the Internal Security Operations Command Region 4 are fully committed to providing comprehensive support, enabling all personnel to carry out their duties with confidence and safety.
