แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 เป็นประธานกิจกรรม “ราตรีวิทยุเครื่องแดงเพื่อชาวหาดใหญ่” ร่วมสมทบทุนบำรุงรักษาระบบวิทยุ ย้ำการมีส่วนร่วมป้องกัน ดูแล รักษาความปลอดภัยแก่พี่น้องชายแดนใต้

           วันที่ 7 กันยายน 2568 เวลา 17.30 น. ที่โรงแรม ลี การ์เดนส์ พลาซ่า อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา พลโท ไพศาล  หนูสังข์ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 เป็นประธานเปิดงาน “ราตรีวิทยุเครื่องแดงเพื่อชาวหาดใหญ่” ครั้งที่ 2 โดยมีผู้บัญชาการมณฑลทหารบกที่ 42 พร้อมด้วยผู้แทนหน่วยงานด้านความมั่นคง ทหาร ตำรวจ ฝ่ายปกครอง และประชาชนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอย่างคับคั่ง เพื่อหารายได้สมทบทุนในการบำรุงรักษาระบบวิทยุเครื่องแดงให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ตลอดจนสนับสนุนสวัสดิการแก่สมาชิกอย่างต่อเนื่องและยั่งยืน

           ประธานคณะกรรมการศูนย์วิทยุเครื่องแดงเพื่อความมั่นคง เปิดเผยว่า “ศูนย์มณโฑ” ได้ทำหน้าที่เป็นเครือข่ายเฝ้าระวังภาคประชาชนในพื้นที่อำเภอหาดใหญ่มาอย่างต่อเนื่อง สมาชิกวิทยุเครื่องแดงทุกคนแสดงถึงความเสียสละ มีจิตอาสา และอุทิศเวลาโดยไม่เห็นแก่ความเหน็ดเหนื่อย เพื่อร่วมดูแลความปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของพี่น้องประชาชน ถือเป็นพลังภาคประชาชนที่มีคุณค่าต่อบ้านเมือง

           ในโอกาสนี้ พลโท ไพศาล  หนูสังข์ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 กล่าวชื่นชมเครือข่ายวิทยุเครื่องแดงว่าเป็น “กลไกเฝ้าระวังที่ทรงคุณค่า” ที่เกิดจากจิตอาสาของประชาชน ซึ่งช่วยสนับสนุนการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ในการปกป้องความสงบเรียบร้อยและความปลอดภัยของประชาชนในพื้นที่ โดยระบบวิทยุเครื่องแดงมีความสะดวก รวดเร็ว สามารถเชื่อมโยงติดต่อได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง เปรียบเสมือนสายใยแห่งความมั่นคงที่ช่วยเสริมสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้กับสังคมได้อย่างแท้จริง

           แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ยังได้มอบประกาศเกียรติคุณและโล่เกียรติคุณแก่ผู้ให้การสนับสนุนกิจกรรมครั้งนี้ พร้อมกล่าวย้ำว่าความร่วมมือดังกล่าวสะท้อนถึงความรัก ความสามัคคี และความห่วงใยบ้านเมืองอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

           ทั้งนี้ ศูนย์วิทยุเครื่องแดงเพื่อความมั่นคงก่อตั้งมากว่า 16 ปี โดยความร่วมมือระหว่างฝ่ายความมั่นคง ภาคประชาชน และภาคธุรกิจในพื้นที่อำเภอหาดใหญ่ เพื่อป้องกันเหตุรุนแรง อาชญากรรม ยาเสพติด รวมถึงปัญหาด้านความมั่นคงต่าง ๆ อันส่งผลต่อเศรษฐกิจและการท่องเที่ยว ถือเป็นเครือข่ายภาคประชาชนที่ช่วยเสริมสร้างความมั่นใจแก่ผู้ประกอบการ นักลงทุน นักท่องเที่ยว และประชาชนในพื้นที่อย่างมั่นคงและยั่งยืน

           Panglima Wilayah Ke-4 jadi pengerusi program “Malam Radio Merah untuk Penduduk Hatyai” – kutipan dana untuk penjagaan sistem radio, tekankan pentingnya kerjasama rakyat dalam menjaga keselamatan di Selatan Thai.

           Pada 7 September 2025, jam 5.30 petang, di Hotel Lee Gardens Plaza, daerah Hatyai, Songkhla – Leftenan Jeneral Paisan Nusang, Panglima Wilayah Ke-4 / Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah Ke-4, rasmi buka program “Malam Radio Merah untuk Penduduk Hatyai” kali ke-2. Ramai pegawai tentera, polis, jabatan kerajaan, dan rakyat hadir bagi sokong kutipan dana untuk jaga sistem radio merah supaya terus berfungsi dengan baik serta bantu kebajikan ahli radio secara berterusan.

           Pengerusi pusat Radio Merah (Pusat Montho) kata bahawa pusat ini telah jadi rangkaian pemantauan rakyat di kawasan Hatyai sejak sekian lama. Semua ahli radio merah tunjuk semangat sukarela dan sanggup korban masa demi keselamatan nyawa dan harta rakyat. Ini adalah kekuatan rakyat yang sangat bernilai untuk negara.

           Pada majlis ini, Panglima Paisan puji jaringan radio merah sebagai “mekanisme pemantauan rakyat yang sangat berharga”, hasil semangat sukarela dari orang awam yang bantu tugas keselamatan dalam menjaga keamanan kawasan. Sistem radio merah ni cepat, mudah dan boleh guna 24 jam – jadi seperti “tali penghubung keselamatan” yang tingkatkan keyakinan masyarakat.

           Panglima Wilayah Ke-4 juga serah sijil dan plak penghargaan kepada mereka yang sokong program ini. Beliau tekankan bahawa kerjasama ini tunjuk kasih sayang, perpaduan dan keprihatinan terhadap negara dengan jelas.

           Pusat Radio Merah untuk Keselamatan telah ditubuhkan lebih 16 tahun lalu – hasil kerjasama antara pihak keselamatan, rakyat, dan sektor perniagaan di Hatyai. Tujuannya untuk cegah keganasan, jenayah, dadah dan isu keselamatan lain yang boleh jejaskan ekonomi dan pelancongan. Ia adalah rangkaian rakyat yang bantu bina keyakinan kepada peniaga, pelabur, pelancong dan penduduk secara berterusan dan mampan.

           On September 7, 2025, at 5:30 PM, at Lee Gardens Plaza Hotel, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province, Lieutenant General Paisan Nusang, Commander of the 4th Army Region and Director of Internal Security Operations Region 4, presided over the opening ceremony of the 2nd “Red Radio Night for Hatyai Residents”. The event was attended by the Commander of the 42nd Military Circle, representatives from various security agencies, military and police personnel, civil administration, and local citizens. The objective of the event was to raise funds for the maintenance and enhancement of the Red Radio communication system, ensuring its continued efficiency and reliability, as well as to support the long-term welfare of its members.

           The Chairperson of the Red Radio Security Center Committee stated that “Montho Center” has long served as a community-based surveillance network in Hat Yai District. All Red Radio members have demonstrated selflessness, volunteerism, and tireless dedication in safeguarding the lives and properties of local residents. This reflects the invaluable role of civil society in supporting national stability and public safety.

           On this occasion, Lieutenant General Paisan Nusang praised the Red Radio network as a “valuable surveillance mechanism” rooted in public volunteerism. He emphasized that the network has played a vital role in supporting official security operations aimed at preserving peace and safety in the region. The Red Radio system, known for its convenience, speed, and 24-hour connectivity, serves as a vital security communication link that significantly strengthens public confidence and societal resilience.

           The Commander also presented certificates of recognition and honorary plaques to individuals and organizations who contributed to the success of the event. He reiterated that this collaboration reflects a tangible expression of love, unity, and deep concern for the well-being of the nation.

           The Red Radio Security Center has been in operation for over 16 years, founded through the collaboration of security agencies, civil society, and the local business sector in Hat Yai. Its mission is to prevent violence, crime, drug trafficking, and other security-related threats that impact the economy and tourism. The center stands as a civilian security network that helps build trust and confidence among business operators, investors, tourists, and the general public in a stable and sustainable manner.
