รอง ผบ.ฉก.ยะลา ตรวจเยี่ยม ชคต.ท่าธง เน้นย้ำความพร้อม เสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งเพื่อสันติสุข สร้างกำลังใจผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่แนวหน้า

เมื่อวันที่ 22 มิถุนายน 2568 เวลา 11.30 น. ที่ฐานปฏิบัติการชุดคุ้มครองตำบลท่าธง ตำบลท่าธง อำเภอรามัน จังหวัดยะลา พันเอก ยุทธนาม  เพชรม่วง รองผู้บังคับหน่วยเฉพาะกิจยะลา พร้อมคณะ ลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยมและรับฟังการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำฐาน โดยมีหัวหน้าชุดคุ้มครองตำบล, เจ้าหน้าที่ประจำชุด และผู้บังคับกองร้อยในพื้นที่ให้การต้อนรับและร่วมประชุมหารือ

การลงพื้นที่ในครั้งนี้ มีเป้าหมายสำคัญเพื่อส่งเสริมขวัญกำลังใจ และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่แนวหน้า ซึ่งเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการดูแลความปลอดภัยให้แก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ ตลอดจนการรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อยในชุมชน โดยรองผู้บังคับหน่วยเฉพาะกิจยะลาได้เน้นย้ำให้ชุดคุ้มครองตำบมีความพร้อมในทุกมิติ ทั้งกำลังพล อุปกรณ์ และแผนเผชิญเหตุ พร้อมส่งเสริมให้เกิดการซักซ้อมอย่างสม่ำเสมอ โดยเฉพาะในจุดเสี่ยง เพื่อให้สามารถตอบสนองต่อสถานการณ์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

ในเวทีการพูดคุยร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่พื้นที่ พันเอก ยุทธนาม  เพชรม่วง รองผู้บังคับหน่วยเฉพาะกิจยะลา ได้เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานสะท้อนปัญหา ข้อจำกัด และแนวทางการพัฒนา โดยย้ำว่างานด้านความมั่นคงไม่สามารถทำได้เพียงลำพัง จำเป็นต้องมีความร่วมมือจากทุกฝ่าย โดยเฉพาะประชาชนในพื้นที่ที่จะช่วยเป็นหูเป็นตาสำคัญของเจ้าหน้าที่ หากสามารถสร้างความไว้เนื้อเชื่อใจ และเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลข่าวสารได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง จะเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ช่วยสร้างความปลอดภัยอย่างยั่งยืน

พร้อมกันนี้ รองผู้บังคับหน่วยเฉพาะกิจยะลา ยังได้มอบสิ่งของอุปโภคบริโภคให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ชุดคุ้มครองตำบล เพื่อเสริมขวัญกำลังใจ พร้อมกล่าวให้กำลังใจว่า “การทำหน้าที่ในพื้นที่ชายแดนภาคใต้ คือภารกิจที่มีคุณค่า และควรภาคภูมิใจ เพราะเป็นการดูแลความปลอดภัยให้พี่น้องประชาชน สร้างความหวัง และวางรากฐานสันติสุขให้กับชุมชนและประเทศชาติในระยะยาว”

การลงพื้นที่ครั้งนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นของเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐในการใกล้ชิดพื้นที่ รับฟังเสียงจากผู้ปฏิบัติงาน และยึดประชาชนเป็นศูนย์กลาง โดยเชื่อว่าการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของเจ้าหน้าที่แนวหน้า จะช่วยเชื่อมร้อยความร่วมมือกับประชาชน และนำไปสู่สันติสุขที่ยั่งยืนในพื้นที่ชายแดนใต้

Timbalan Komander Task Force Yala melawat Pasukan Perlindungan Mukim Tha Thong – Tekankan Kesediaan & Kukuhkan Semangat Demi Keamanan Berkekalan
Pada 22 Jun 2025 jam 11.30 pagi, Kolonel Yutthanam Phetmuang, Timbalan Komander Task Force Yala bersama rombongannya telah turun padang melawat Pangkalan Operasi Pasukan Perlindungan Mukim (Chor Kor Tor) Tha Thong, Mukim Tha Thong, Daerah Raman, Wilayah Yala. Lawatan ini turut disambut oleh ketua pasukan perlindungan, anggota bertugas, serta pegawai kompeni tempatan.

Tujuan utama lawatan ini adalah untuk menaikkan semangat dan moral anggota di barisan hadapan serta meningkatkan kecekapan dalam pelaksanaan tugas. Pasukan ini merupakan barisan penting dalam memastikan keselamatan dan ketenteraman awam di kawasan operasi. Kolonel Yutthanam menegaskan agar pasukan sentiasa bersiap siaga dalam semua aspek – dari segi anggota, peralatan, hingga ke pelan tindakan kecemasan – dan supaya latihan serta simulasi dilakukan secara berkala, terutamanya di kawasan berisiko.

Dalam sesi perbincangan bersama anggota, Kolonel Yutthanam juga memberi ruang kepada petugas untuk menyuarakan masalah dan cabaran yang dihadapi serta mencadangkan pendekatan penambahbaikan. Beliau menekankan bahawa usaha menjaga keselamatan tidak boleh dipikul oleh kerajaan sahaja, tetapi memerlukan kerjasama erat daripada masyarakat setempat. Jika wujud kepercayaan dan hubungan komunikasi yang berterusan, ia akan menjadi faktor utama dalam mewujudkan keselamatan yang berkekalan.

Dalam kesempatan ini, beliau turut menyerahkan barang keperluan asas dan keperluan harian kepada anggota pasukan sebagai tanda penghargaan dan dorongan. Kolonel Yutthanam berkata:

“Menjalankan tugas di wilayah sempadan selatan adalah tanggungjawab yang sangat mulia dan perlu dibanggakan, kerana ia berkait rapat dengan keselamatan rakyat serta meletakkan asas kepada keamanan yang mampan di masa hadapan.”

Lawatan ini mencerminkan komitmen pihak keselamatan untuk lebih dekat dengan masyarakat, mendengar suara petugas di lapangan, dan meletakkan rakyat sebagai pusat dalam setiap usaha. Keutuhan dan kesiapsiagaan anggota di barisan hadapan akan menjadi jambatan penghubung kepada kerjasama yang kukuh dengan masyarakat — demi mencapai keamanan yang berkekalan di wilayah sempadan selatan.

On June 22, 2025, at 11:30 a.m., Colonel Yutthanam Phetmuang, Deputy Commander of the Yala Task Force, together with his team, visited the Tha Thong Subdistrict Protection Unit in Raman District, Yala Province. The purpose of the visit was to inspect the operations of the stationed personnel, receive updates on their work, and engage in discussions with unit leaders, field officers, and company commanders in the area.

The visit aimed primarily to boost morale and enhance the operational effectiveness of frontline personnel, who serve as a crucial mechanism in safeguarding the local population and maintaining peace and order in the community. Colonel Yutthanam stressed the importance of comprehensive readiness — including personnel, equipment, and emergency response plans.
