เจ้าหน้าที่ 3 ฝ่าย ผนึกกำลังกวาดล้างยาเสพติด 1 เครือข่ายรายใหญ่ ยึดยาไอซ์ รวมจำนวน 1,111 กิโลกรัม

          วันที่ (4 กันยายน 2568) เวลา 10.00 น. ที่ ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดสงขลา ส่วนหน้า อำเภอนาทวี จังหวัดสงขลา พลตำรวจตรี วรา เวชชาภินันท์ รองผู้บัญชาการตำรวจภูธรภาค 9 , พลตรี กฤศ ศรีเดชาสินธุ์ รองผู้บังคับหน่วยเฉพาะกิจสงขลา ,พลตำรวจตรี เสกสันต์ ชูรังสฤษฎิ์ ผู้บังคับการตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดสงขลา พร้อมด้วย นายวรินทร ทองขาว นายอำเภอนาทวี และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ร่วมแถลงผลการจับกุมนักค้ายาเสพติดรายสำคัญในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยการบูรณาการกำลังเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ ทหาร ฝ่ายปกครอง และสำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติด ภาค 9 จับกุมเครือข่ายค้ายาเสพติดรายสำคัญ 1 เครือข่าย

          พลตำรวจตรี วรา เวชชาภินันท์ รองผู้บัญชาการตำรวจภูธรภาค 9 กล่าวว่า ตามนโยบายรัฐบาลให้มีการแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด โดยให้ถือเป็นวาระแห่งชาติ ในส่วนของมาตรการด้านการปราบปรามและบังคับใช้กฎหมายได้กำหนดให้มีการปราบปรามอย่างจริงจังต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้เป็นพื้นที่แพร่ระบาด เป็นจุดพักยา และเป็นเส้นทางลำเลียงไปสู่ประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน โดยการจับคุมในครั้งนี้ ตามที่สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติโดยตำรวจภูธรภาค 9 และกองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า ได้ระดมซับกำลังทุกภาคส่วน เพื่อขับเคลื่อนนโยบายในการแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดในพื้นที่อย่างจริงจังต่อเนื่องตลอดมาโดยวันที่ 1 กันยายน 2568 เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ ทหาร ฝ่ายปกครอง และเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติดภาค 9 ได้ร่วมกันจับกุม เครือข่ายนักค้ายาเสพติดรายสำคัญ 1 เครือข่าย  และขยายผลสู่การจับกุมผู้ต้องหา 4 คน นางชาลิสา หรือก๊ะ เหล็มเส็น อายุ 51 ปี นางสาวพิจิตรา หรือเอ็ม บุญดวง อายุ 36 ปี นายนิรุตติ์ หรือเอก หมู้สาเหม อายุ 37 ปี นายแวไซมิง หรือมิง แวมูซอ อายุ 34 ปี และนายมะรีดวน หรือวัง อาแว อายุ 36 ปี ยึดของกลางจำนวน 3 รายการ ไอซ์น้ำหนักประมาณ 1,111 กิโลกรัม รถกระบะ จำนวน 2 คัน โทรศัพท์มือถือ จำนวน 6 เครื่อง

          โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ได้จับคุมผู้ต้องหาในพื้นที่ 2 จุด จุดแรกบริเวณบ้านเช่า เลขที่ 208 หมู่ 6 ตำบลนาทวี อำเภอนาทวี จังหวัดสงขลา และจุดที่ 2 บริเวณริมถนนสาย 43 ตากใบ – สุไหงโก-ลก ตำบลพร่อน อำเภอตากใบ จังหวัดนราธิวาส ต่อเนื่องกัน ซึ่งพฤติการณ์ในการจับกุม สืบเนื่องจากเมื่อเดือนมิถุนายน 2568 เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจกองกำกับการสืบสวน 2 กองบังคับการสืบสวนสอบสวน จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ได้ร่วมกันจับกุมเครือข่ายนักค้ายาเสพติดรายสำคัญ จำนวน 3 คน  พร้อมยาเสพติด ชนิดไอซ์ ในพื้นที่ อำเภอสุไหงโก – ลก จังหวัดนราธิวาส หลังจากนั้นได้มีการสืบสวนขยายผลเพื่อดำเนินคดีกับบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง และดำเนินการต่อทรัพย์สินที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับการกระทำผิดเพื่อทำลายเครือข่าย ซึ่งจากการสืบสวนขยายผลมีบุคคลในเครือข่ายที่ร่วมกระทำผิดและยังไม่ถูกจับกุมเป็นคนในพื้นที่จังหวัดสงขลา และ จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ยังมีพฤติการณ์ในการติดต่อกับเครือข่ายในพื้นที่ภาคเหนือ และพื้นที่ จังหวัดนราธิวาส รวมทั้งเครือข่ายในประเทศเพื่อนบ้านในการร่วมกันลักลอบลำเลียงยาเสพติด ชนิดไอซ์ เพื่อส่งจำหน่ายในพื้นที่ จังหวัดนราธิวาส และส่งออกไปยังประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน จึงได้ทำการสืบสวนติดตามและจับกุมเครือข่ายดังกล่าวได้ลักลอบลำเลียงยาเสพติดมาพักไว้ที่บ้านเช่าที่เกิดเหตุ จึงประสานหน่วยที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าทำการตรวจสอบ และสามารถจับกุมผู้ต้องหาได้พร้อมของกลางดังกล่าว

          สำหรับการปฏิบัติการจับคุมในครั้งนี้ เป็นการตอกย้ำถึงความมุ่งมั่นของภาครัฐในการขจัดภัยยาเสพติดอย่างต่อเนื่อง พร้อมยกระดับความปลอดภัยในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ให้มีความมั่นคงและปลอดภัยยิ่งขึ้น

 Pada 4 September 2025 jam 10.00 pagi di Pusat Operasi Polis Wilayah Songkhla (hadapan), Daerah Na Thawi, Songkhla — pihak polis, tentera, dan pentadbiran tempatan telah adakan sidang media umumkan kejayaan tangkapan sindiket dadah besar yang beroperasi di sempadan selatan Thailand.

 Polis Mejar Jeneral Wara Wetchaphinan, Timbalan Ketua Polis Wilayah 9, berkata bahawa operasi ini adalah selaras dengan dasar kerajaan untuk memerangi dadah secara tegas dan berterusan, kerana wilayah selatan sempadan ini menjadi tempat transit dadah untuk diseludup ke negara jiran.

 Pada 1 September 2025, pasukan polis, tentera, dan pegawai dari Pejabat Pencegahan dan Pembanterasan Dadah Wilayah 9 berjaya tangkap 5 suspek yang terlibat dalam sindiket besar ini:

 Latar belakang kes: Pada Jun 2025, polis telah tangkap 3 orang dari sindiket ini di Su-ngai Kolok, Narathiwat dengan dadah jenis Ice. Dari situ, siasatan lanjut membawa kepada penahanan suspek lain yang berpangkalan di Songkhla dan Samut Sakhon. Mereka dipercayai ada hubungan dengan sindiket dari utara Thailand dan negara jiran.

 Operasi ini menunjukkan kesungguhan pihak berkuasa untuk banteras dadah dan tingkatkan keselamatan di kawasan sempadan selatan negara.

 Three Agencies Join Forces to Dismantle Major Drug Network, Seize 1,111 Kilograms of Crystal Methamphetamine

 On September 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at the Songkhla Provincial Police Operation Center (Forward Command), Na Thawi District, Songkhla Province, Police Major General Wara Wetchaphinan, Deputy Commissioner of Provincial Police Region 9; Major General Krit Sridechasin, Deputy Commander of the Songkhla Task Force; Police Major General Seksan Churangsarit, Commander of Songkhla Provincial Police; along with Mr. Warintorn Thongkhao, Na Thawi District Chief; and other relevant agencies, held a press conference to announce the successful arrest of a major drug trafficking network operating in the southern border provinces.

This operation was a collaborative effort between the police, military, administrative authorities, and the Office of the Narcotics Control Board (ONCB), Region 9, resulting in the dismantling of one major drug trafficking network.

 According to Police Major General Wara Wetchaphinan, this operation aligns with the government’s policy which has declared the fight against narcotics as a national agenda. Under this policy, law enforcement measures are being implemented rigorously and continuously. The southern border provinces are high-risk areas for drug distribution, serving as storage and transit points for narcotics being smuggled into neighboring countries.

This particular operation was the result of a concerted effort initiated by the Royal Thai Police (Provincial Police Region 9) in coordination with the Internal Security Operations Command Region 4 (Forward Command). On September 1, 2025, the joint task force comprising police, military, administrative officers, and ONCB Region 9 successfully apprehended five suspects linked to a major drug network. The arrested individuals are:

Ms. Chalisa aka “Ka” Lemsan, age 51

Ms. Phichitra aka “Em” Boonduang, age 36

Mr. Nirut aka “Ek” Musaeme, age 37

Mr. Wa Saiming aka “Ming” Wa Musor, age 34

Mr. Mariduan aka “Wang” Awae, age 36

Authorities also seized the following evidence:

Approximately 1,111 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine (ice)

2 pickup trucks

6 mobile phones

 The suspects were arrested at two separate locations:

A rental house located at No. 208, Village No. 6, Na Thawi Subdistrict, Na Thawi District, Songkhla Province

Along Highway 43, Tak Bai–Su-ngai Kolok route, at Prawon Subdistrict, Tak Bai District, Narathiwat Province

 The arrests followed investigative leads dating back to June 2025, when the Investigation Division 2 of the Southern Border Provinces Police Operations Center arrested three individuals in Su-ngai Kolok District, Narathiwat Province, along with a large quantity of crystal methamphetamine. Further investigation led to identifying other network members, some of whom were located in Songkhla and Samut Sakhon Provinces. These individuals were reportedly in contact with other drug networks in northern Thailand, Narathiwat, and neighboring countries for the purpose of smuggling and distributing crystal methamphetamine both domestically and internationally.

The drugs seized in this recent operation were being temporarily stored at the aforementioned rental house, prompting officers to coordinate a search and successfully arrest the suspects along with the confiscated items.

 This operation underscores the government’s ongoing commitment to eliminating the drug menace and strengthening public safety and stability in the southern border provinces.
