กอ.รมน.ภาค 4 สน. และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง แถลงผลการบังคับใช้กฎหมาย คุมตัวผู้ต้องสงสัย 21 ราย ยืนยันทุกคดีรู้ตัวผู้กระทำผิด เร่งขยายผล พร้อมเยียวยาผู้ได้รับผลกระทบจากเหตุการณ์ในพื้นที่ชายแดนใต้

          วันนี้  2 กันยายน 2568  เวลา 09.00 น. ที่สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติส่วนหน้า / กองกำลังตำรวจจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ พลโท ไพศาล หนูสังข์ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 พร้อมด้วย พลตำรวจโท ปิยะวัฒน์ เฉลิมศรี ผู้บัญชาการกองกำลังตำรวจจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้, พลตำรวจตรี ชุมพล ศักดิ์สุรีย์มงคล ผู้บังคับการสืบสวนสอบสวน จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้, นายก้องสกุล จันทราช รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดยะลา และนายธีรวิทย์ เฑียรฆโรจน์ ผู้อำนวยการกองส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนงานพัฒนาเพื่อความมั่นคง / รองโฆษก ศูนย์อำนวยการบริหารจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ (ศอ.บต.) ร่วมกันแถลงผลการปฏิบัติการบังคับใช้กฎหมายด้านความมั่นคงในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ประจำเดือนสิงหาคม 2568 ตามนโยบายสำคัญเร่งด่วนของรัฐบาล โดยมีเจ้าหน้าที่ 3 ฝ่าย คือ ทหาร ตำรวจ และฝ่ายปกครอง เข้าร่วม

          พลโท ไพศาล หนูสังข์ เปิดเผยว่า ตลอดช่วงที่ผ่านมา เจ้าหน้าที่ทุกภาคส่วนได้ดำเนินการควบคุมพื้นที่และบังคับใช้กฎหมายอย่างเคร่งครัด อาศัยพยานหลักฐานทั้งวัตถุพยาน นิติวิทยาศาสตร์ และข้อมูลจากพี่น้องประชาชน โดยโปร่งใส ตรวจสอบได้ และคำนึงถึงหลักสิทธิมนุษยชนอย่างเคร่งครัด ปัจจุบันสามารถควบคุมตัวผู้ต้องสงสัยได้ 21 ราย อยู่ระหว่างกระบวนการซักถาม 14 ราย ยืนยันทุกคดีเจ้าหน้าที่รู้ตัวผู้กระทำความผิด ขณะนี้อยู่ระหว่างรวบรวมพยานหลักฐานเพื่อออกหมายจับและติดตามจับกุมมาดำเนินคดี

          ด้านนายก้องสกุล จันทราช รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดยะลา กล่าวว่า ฝ่ายปกครองได้เน้นย้ำการสร้างความเชื่อมั่นแก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ ผ่านเครือข่ายภาคประชาชน กำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน และอาสาสมัครประจำหมู่บ้าน พร้อมยกระดับมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัย และนำบทเรียนที่ผ่านมาปรับปรุงแก้ไขให้ดียิ่งขึ้น

          ขณะที่นายธีรวิทย์ เฑียรฆโรจน์ รองโฆษก ศอ.บต. เปิดเผยว่า การเยียวยาผู้ได้รับผลกระทบจากเหตุการณ์ความไม่สงบ ในปีงบประมาณ 2568 ได้จ่ายเงินช่วยเหลือตามระเบียบแล้ว 114 ราย รวมกว่า 9 ล้านบาท ควบคู่กับการดูแลคุณภาพชีวิตและสนับสนุนอาชีพ ผ่านเครือข่ายพัฒนาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ จำนวน 185 คน เพื่อส่งเสริมให้เกิดวิสาหกิจชุมชนและสร้างรายได้ที่มั่นคงแก่ครอบครัว

          สำหรับการเชิญตัวผู้ต้องสงสัยเข้าสู่กระบวนการซักถาม เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการสืบสวนสอบสวนเพื่อรวบรวมพยานหลักฐาน รวมถึงเป็นการปรับทัศนคติ ระงับยับยั้งเหตุร้าย และเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ที่หลงผิดกลับคืนสู่สังคม หากตรวจสอบแล้วไม่พบส่วนเกี่ยวข้องจะได้รับการปล่อยตัวตามขั้นตอน

 Hari ini (2 September 2025), jam 09.00 pagi, di Pejabat Polis Wilayah Selatan, Panglima Tentera Wilayah 4, Leftenan Jeneral Paisan Nusang, bersama Komander Polis Sempadan Selatan, Lt Jen. Piyawat Chalermsri, Ketua Siasatan Wilayah Selatan, Kol. Chumpol Saksureemongkol, Timb. Gabenor Wilayah Yala, Encik Kongsakul Chantrachart, dan Wakil Jurucakap Agensi Pembangunan Selatan (SBPAC), Encik Theerawit Thiancharot, telah mengadakan sidang media berkenaan operasi keselamatan di selatan Thai bagi bulan Ogos 2025.

 Gen. Paisan berkata, sepanjang masa lepas, pihak keselamatan – tentera, polis dan pentadbiran – telah jalankan tugas dengan tegas dan ikut undang-undang. Bukti dikumpul dari saksi, forensik, dan maklumat dari rakyat. Segala tindakan dilakukan dengan telus dan ikut hak asasi manusia. Kini, 21 suspek telah ditahan, 14 orang sedang disoal siasat. Semua kes telah dikenal pasti pelaku dan sedang kumpul bukti untuk tangkap dan dakwa mereka.

 Timb. Gabenor Yala, Encik Kongsakul, kata pihak pentadbiran sedang bina kepercayaan rakyat melalui ketua kampung, imam dan sukarelawan kampung. Langkah keselamatan juga ditingkat dan pengalaman lalu dijadikan pelajaran untuk lebih baik.

 Wakil SBPAC, Encik Theerawit, pula berkata bantuan kepada mangsa konflik bagi bajet tahun 2025 sudah diberikan kepada 114 orang – jumlah lebih dari 9 juta baht. Bantuan ini termasuk jaga kebajikan dan sokong pekerjaan untuk 185 orang melalui rangkaian pembangunan wilayah, bagi galakkan ekonomi kampung dan pendapatan stabil.

 Proses soal siasat suspek adalah sebahagian dari siasatan untuk cari bukti, ubah pemikiran negatif dan cegah kejadian buruk. Jika didapati tidak terlibat, mereka akan dilepaskan ikut prosedur.

 Today (2 September 2025) at 09:00 a.m., a press conference was held at the Southern Border Provinces Police Operations Center by Lieutenant General Paisan Nusang, Commander of the 4th Army Region / Director of Internal Security Operations Region 4, along with Lieutenant General Piyawat Chalermsri, Commander of the Southern Border Provinces Police Operations Center, Police Major General Chumpol Saksureemongkol, Chief of Investigation Division for the Southern Border Provinces, Mr. Kongsakul Chantrachart, Deputy Governor of Yala Province, and Mr. Theerawit Thiancharot, Director of the Office for Promotion and Support of Security Development / Deputy Spokesperson for the Southern Border Provinces Administrative Center (SBPAC).

The purpose of the press conference was to report on the law enforcement operations in the southern border provinces during August 2025, in accordance with the government’s urgent policy directives. The operation involved full cooperation from three key sectors: military, police, and civil administration.

 Lieutenant General Paisan Nusang stated that during the recent period, all relevant agencies have strictly enforced the law and maintained control in the area based on concrete evidence, including physical evidence, forensic science, and public intelligence. All procedures have been conducted transparently, are verifiable, and have adhered strictly to human rights principles.

A total of 21 suspects have been detained, with 14 currently undergoing interrogation. Authorities have confirmed the identification of perpetrators in all related cases. Investigations are ongoing to collect further evidence to issue arrest warrants and proceed with legal action.

 Mr. Kongsakul Chantrachart, Deputy Governor of Yala Province, emphasized that the civil administration sector continues to build public confidence through local community networks, including village headmen, subdistrict chiefs, and village volunteers. Security measures have also been strengthened, and lessons learned from past incidents are being used to improve future responses.

 Mr. Theerawit Thiancharot, Deputy Spokesperson for SBPAC, reported that in the fiscal year 2025, financial compensation has already been provided to 114 individuals affected by unrest, amounting to over 9 million baht, in accordance with the regulations. This assistance is complemented by ongoing efforts to improve quality of life and support sustainable livelihoods through the Southern Border Development Network, benefiting 185 individuals. These initiatives aim to foster community enterprises and secure family incomes.

 The process of inviting suspects for interrogation is a component of the investigative procedure to gather evidence, prevent further violent incidents, correct misguided beliefs, and offer an opportunity for reintegration into society. Individuals found to have no involvement after investigation will be released in accordance with legal procedures.

 ISOC Region 4 Front Command expressed its appreciation to the public for their cooperation in providing information and reaffirmed that all security operations strictly adhere to the principles of human rights, the rule of law, and good governance. Authorities are committed to ensuring that no harm is caused to innocent individuals.
