“Deep South STEAM4INNOVATOR 2025” กอ.รมน.ภาค 4 สน. หนุนเวทีประกวดไอเดียธุรกิจ ปั้นนวัตกรรุ่นใหม่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ สู่สันติสุขยั่งยืน

         วันที่ 30 สิงหาคม 2568 ที่ โรงแรมเซาท์เทิร์นวิว อำเภอเมือง  จังหวัดปัตตานี พลโท ไพศาล  หนูสังข์ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 มอบหมายให้ หน่วยเฉพาะกิจปัตตานี โดย พันเอก ประสาทภพ  หยะกังฉัตร์  รองผู้บังคับหน่วยเฉพาะกิจปัตตานี เข้าร่วมเป็นเกียรติในพิธีมอบรางวัลการแข่งขัน Deep South STREAM4INNOVATION Contest 2025 พร้อมกล่าวพบปะกับเยาวชนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการประกวดแนวคิดเชิงธุรกิจ เพื่อค้นหาสุดยอดไอเดียนวัตกรรมจากจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ สะท้อนภาพความมุ่งมั่นพัฒนาทักษะการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์และความคิดสร้างสรรค์ รวมถึงการออกแบบแผนธุรกิจบนฐานวิทยาศาสตร์ เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรม ซึ่งการแข่งขันครั้งนี้ได้คัดเลือก 6 ทีมสุดยอดไอเดียเข้าสู่กระบวนการบ่มเพาะ ต่อยอดในโครงการต่าง ๆ อาทิ TED Fund, Startup Thailand League และ UBI พร้อมทั้งเป็นเวทีในการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างนักเรียน นักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัย และหน่วยงานทั้งภาครัฐ – เอกชน โดยเป็นความร่วมมือระหว่างสำนักงานนวัตกรรมแห่งชาติ (องค์การมหาชน) และมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลศรีวิชัย ที่เป็นปราการหลักจัดการแข่งขัน

         ในการจัดโครงการการแข่งขันครั้งนี้มี รองศาสตราจารย์ จารุวัฒน์ เจริญจิต ผู้อำนวยการสำนักการจัดการนวัตกรรมและถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลศรีวิชัย เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด พร้อมด้วย นางสาวโรสมาวัลย์ ไซซิง นายทหารปฏิบัติการมวลชน สำนักมวลชนและกิจการพิเศษ กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า และผู้แทนจากมหาวิทยาลัยเครือข่าย 4 สถาบัน ได้แก่มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตปัตตานี, มหาวิทยาลัยฟาฏอนี, มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏยะลา และมหาวิทยาลัยนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ ร่วมเป็นเกียรติในกิจกรรมการแข่งขันด้วยความอบอุ่น

         สำหรับการแข่งขันแนวคิดเชิงธุรกิจ “Deep South STEAM4INNOVATOR Contest 2025” ภายใต้โครงการ Deep South STEAM4INNOVATOR Coaching Program เป็นโครงการที่เปิดเวทีให้นักเรียน นักศึกษา และเยาวชนในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ได้นำเสนอศักยภาพด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรม ซึ่งจะเป็นอีกหนึ่งโอกาสที่จะได้รับการบ่มเพาะและต่อยอดสู่การพัฒนาธุรกิจจริงในอนาคต

          โดยในครั้งนี้มีผู้เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันกว่า 100 คน จาก 21 ทีม 4 เครือข่ายมหาวิทยาลัย รวมไปถึงโรงเรียน และสถานศึกษานอกระบบ ในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนใต้ ซึ่งมีคณะกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจากภาคการศึกษาและหน่วยงานด้านนวัตกรรม เข้าร่วมพิจารณาตัดสินผลงานอย่างเข้มข้น

 ซึ่งผลการแข่งขัน ทีมที่คว้ารางวัล “THE BEST Deep South STEAM4INNOVATOR Award” พร้อมเงินรางวัลทีมละ 5,000 บาท มีจำนวน 6 ทีม ดังนี้

      ทีมกำปงกีตอ ผลงาน Pai Mai แพลตฟอร์มท่องเที่ยวอัจฉริยะเชื่อมโยงชุมชน (มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏยะลา – มรย.)

      ทีม Fiears ผลงาน แอปพลิเคชันสื่อสารสำหรับผู้บกพร่องทางการได้ยิน (มหาวิทยาลัยนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ – มนร.)

      ทีม JertJarat ผลงาน ข้าวพร้อมทาน “เจิดจรัส” (มหาวิทยาลัยฟาฏอนี – มฟน.)

      ทีม Logic Error ผลงาน Chefmate Smartfood Insight (มรย.)

      ทีม 3N-Neuro Nurse Next ผลงาน แฟลชการ์ดคิดคล่องสองภาษา (ไทย-มลายูถิ่น) (มนร.)

      ทีม ENOCARE ผลงาน ข้าวเทียมจากเห็ดเข็มทอง Er-gain (มนร.)

          การแข่งขันครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงเป็นเวทีประกวดแนวคิดธุรกิจเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของการสร้างเครือข่ายนวัตกรรมในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ที่จะช่วยผลักดันให้เยาวชนก้าวข้ามข้อจำกัด และเปลี่ยนพลังความคิดสร้างสรรค์ให้กลายเป็นธุรกิจที่สร้างคุณค่า โอกาส และแรงบันดาลใจให้กับสังคมไทย ซึ่งจะเป็นอีกหนึ่งแนวทางที่จะไปสู่สันติสุขอย่างยั่งยืนในพื้นที่ต่อไป

 “Deep South STEAM4INNOVATOR 2025” – ISOC Wilayah 4 sokong pentas idea bisnes, lahirkan inovator muda demi keamanan berkekalan

 Pada 30 Ogos 2568, di Hotel Southern View, Daerah Muang, Pattani, Leftenan Jeneral Paisan Nusang, Panglima Wilayah 4 / Pengarah ISOC Wilayah 4, telah mewakilkan Task Force Pattani melalui Kolonel Prasatphop Hayakangchat, Timbalan Komander Task Force Pattani, untuk hadir dan beri penghormatan dalam majlis penyampaian hadiah Pertandingan Deep South STREAM4INNOVATOR 2025. Beliau juga turut berjumpa dengan para belia peserta projek ini yang bertujuan mencari idea bisnes dan inovasi terbaik dari belia di wilayah selatan.

 Projek ini galakkan belia fikir secara analitik dan kreatif serta rancang bisnes dengan asas sains, teknologi dan inovasi. 6 pasukan terbaik telah dipilih untuk masuk program bimbingan bisnes seperti TED Fund, Startup Thailand League, dan UBI, serta bina jaringan antara pelajar, universiti, dan agensi kerajaan-swasta. Program ini dijayakan oleh National Innovation Agency dan RMUTSV.

 Majlis ini dirasmikan oleh Prof. Madya Dr. Jaruwat Charoenchit, Pengarah Pusat Inovasi & Pemindahan Teknologi RMUTSV. Turut hadir Cik Rosmawan Sae-seng, pegawai ISOC, dan wakil dari 4 universiti rakan iaitu:

 Pertandingan ini beri peluang kepada pelajar, mahasiswa dan belia di selatan Thai untuk tunjuk bakat dalam bidang Sains, Teknologi dan Inovasi. Idea yang terpilih boleh dikembangkan jadi bisnes sebenar di masa hadapan.

 Tahun ini, lebih 100 peserta dari 21 pasukan mewakili sekolah, universiti, dan institusi pendidikan alternatif di wilayah selatan menyertai. Panel hakim pakar dari dunia akademik dan inovasi menilai secara teliti.

 Pertandingan ini bukan sekadar cari idea bisnes, tapi juga mula bina jaringan inovasi di wilayah selatan, bantu belia ubah kreativiti jadi peluang bisnes, inspirasi masyarakat dan dorong ke arah keamanan yang berkekalan.

 “Deep South STEAM4INNOVATOR 2025” — ISOC Region 4 Supports Business Idea Competition to Cultivate Young Innovators in the Southern Border Provinces Towards Lasting Peace

 On 30 August 2025, at the Southern View Hotel, Mueang District, Pattani Province, Lieutenant General Paisan Nusang, Commander of the 4th Army Region and Director of the Internal Security Operations Command Region 4 (ISOC Region 4), delegated Colonel Prasatphop Hayakangchat, Deputy Commander of the Pattani Task Force, to represent him and honor the awards ceremony of the Deep South STREAM4INNOVATION Contest 2025. Colonel Prasatphop also addressed the youth participants of the program, which aims to discover outstanding business innovation ideas from the southern border provinces. The event reflects a strong commitment to developing analytical thinking, creativity, and business planning skills grounded in science, technology, and innovation.

The competition selected six top teams to proceed to incubation and further development under various national programs such as the TED Fund, Startup Thailand League, and UBI, while also serving as a platform to build collaborative networks among students, universities, and public and private sector organizations. The initiative is a collaboration between the National Innovation Agency (Public Organization) and Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RMUTSV), which served as the main organizer of the competition.

 The event was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Jaruwat Charoenchit, Director of the Office of Innovation Management and Technology Transfer, RMUTSV. Also in attendance were Ms. Rosmawan Saesing, Civil Affairs Officer from the Mass and Special Affairs Division, ISOC Region 4 Front Command, and representatives from four partner universities:

 The Deep South STEAM4INNOVATOR Contest 2025, held under the Deep South STEAM4INNOVATOR Coaching Program, provided a platform for students and youth from the southern border provinces to showcase their potential in science, technology, and innovation. It represents a valuable opportunity for participants to receive business incubation and development support for real-world entrepreneurship.

 This year’s competition drew over 100 participants from 21 teams, representing four university networks, local schools, and non-formal educational institutions in the southern region. A panel of distinguished judges from academic and innovation sectors carefully evaluated each submission.

 Six teams were awarded the “THE BEST Deep South STEAM4INNOVATOR Award,” each receiving a prize of THB 5,000, as follows:

 Team Kampong Kita – “Pai Mai”, an intelligent tourism platform connecting local communities (Yala Rajabhat University – YRU)

 Team Fiears – A communication app for the hearing impaired (Narathiwat Rajanagarindra University – NRRU)

 Team JertJarat – “JertJarat” ready-to-eat rice meals (Fatoni University – FTU)

 Team Logic Error – Chefmate Smartfood Insight (YRU)

 Team 3N – Neuro Nurse Next – Bilingual (Thai–Local Malay) thinking flashcards (NRRU)

 This competition served not only as a platform for innovative business ideas but also as the beginning of a regional innovation ecosystem. It aims to empower youth to overcome limitations and transform their creativity into meaningful businesses that bring value, opportunity, and inspiration to Thai society—ultimately contributing to sustainable peace in the southern border provinces.
