แม่ทัพไพศาล บรรยายพิเศษด้านสื่อฯ ของกรมประชาสัมพันธ์ ย้ำ!! บทบาทการสื่อสารที่ถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว และร่วมมือกันแม้ในภาวะวิกฤต

          วันที่ 15 กรกฎาคม 2568 ณ โรงแรมดีวาน่า พลาซ่า กระบี่ อ่าวนาง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดกระบี่ พลโท ไพศาล  หนูสังข์ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ได้รับเกียรติเป็นวิทยากรบรรยายพิเศษในการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรด้านการข่าว รายการ และสื่อออนไลน์ เพื่อผลิตสื่อในภาวะวิกฤตอย่างมีคุณภาพ จัดโดยกรมประชาสัมพันธ์ โดยได้ร่วมบรรยายในหัวข้อ “แนวทางการดำเนินงานการประชาสัมพันธ์ในภาวะวิกฤต ภายใต้ความร่วมมือกับกรมประชาสัมพันธ์”

          การอบรมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 15 – 16 กรกฎาคม 2568 มีทั้งกิจกรรมเวิร์กชอปและการบรรยายจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ อาทิ อาจารย์ เกษมสันต์ วีระกุล และวิทยากรจากกรมประชาสัมพันธ์ โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อยกระดับความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทักษะของบุคลากรด้านการสื่อสาร ตลอดจนเทคนิคจำเป็นต่าง ๆ ให้สามารถดำเนินงานประชาสัมพันธ์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ แม้อยู่ในสถานการณ์วิกฤต

          ในโอกาสนี้ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ได้เน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการสื่อสารเชิงรุก ความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงาน และการรักษาความน่าเชื่อถือของข้อมูล ซึ่งถือเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการบริหารสถานการณ์และสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้กับประชาชนอย่างยั่งยืน

          ทั้งนี้ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ยังแสดงความห่วงใยเพิ่มเติมว่า ในภาวะวิกฤต สิ่งที่นักประชาสัมพันธ์ต้องให้ความสำคัญเป็นพิเศษคือ “ความรวดเร็วควบคู่กับความถูกต้อง” ของข้อมูลข่าวสาร โดยต้องหลีกเลี่ยงการบิดเบือนข้อมูล ขณะเดียวกันก็ขอให้ประชาชนหรือผู้ที่ได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสาร ช่วยกันตรวจสอบก่อนการแชร์ หลีกเลี่ยงการส่งต่อข่าวจากแหล่งข้อมูลที่ไม่เป็นทางการหรือ Fake News เพื่อป้องกันการสร้างความสับสนหรือทำให้สถานการณ์บานปลายโดยไม่จำเป็น

          Panglima Paisan Beri Syarahan Khas dalam Bidang Media oleh Jabatan Perhubungan Awam – Tegas!! Peranan Komunikasi yang Tepat, Pantas dan Kerjasama Walaupun dalam Krisis

          Pada 15 Julai 2025, di Hotel Deevana Plaza Krabi, Ao Nang, Daerah Mueang, Wilayah Krabi, Leftenan Jeneral Paisan Nusang, Panglima Wilayah Ke-4, telah dijemput sebagai penceramah khas dalam bengkel latihan pembangunan keupayaan personel dalam bidang risikan, rancangan dan media dalam talian, bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media berkualiti dalam situasi krisis. Program ini dianjurkan oleh Jabatan Perhubungan Awam, dan beliau menyampaikan ceramah bertajuk “Pendekatan Pelaksanaan Perhubungan Awam dalam Situasi Krisis di bawah Kerjasama dengan Jabatan Perhubungan Awam.”

          Latihan ini diadakan dari 15 hingga 16 Julai 2025, melibatkan bengkel dan syarahan oleh tokoh-tokoh pakar seperti Pensyarah Kasemsan Weerakul dan penceramah dari Jabatan Perhubungan Awam. Tujuan program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, kefahaman dan kemahiran petugas komunikasi serta teknik-teknik penting agar dapat melaksanakan tugas perhubungan awam secara berkesan, walaupun dalam situasi krisis.

          Dalam kesempatan ini, Panglima Wilayah Ke-4 menekankan pentingnya komunikasi secara proaktif, kerjasama antara agensi serta pemeliharaan kredibiliti maklumat sebagai mekanisme penting dalam pengurusan situasi dan membina keyakinan rakyat secara mampan.

          Tambahan pula, Panglima Wilayah Ke-4 turut menyuarakan kebimbangan bahawa dalam situasi krisis, keutamaan utama bagi pegawai perhubungan awam ialah “kepantasan bersama ketepatan” dalam penyampaian maklumat. Beliau menggesa supaya tidak memesongkan fakta dan menyeru rakyat atau penerima maklumat agar menyemak kesahihan sebelum berkongsi, serta mengelakkan penyebaran berita dari sumber tidak rasmi atau Fake News, bagi mengelakkan kekeliruan atau memburukkan lagi keadaan tanpa keperluan.

          Lt. Gen. Paisan Delivers Special Lecture on Media by the Public Relations Department – Emphasizes the Importance of Accurate, Timely, and Collaborative Communication, Even in Times of Crisis

          On July 15, 2025, at Deevana Plaza Krabi Hotel, Ao Nang, Mueang District, Krabi Province, Lieutenant General Paisan Nusang, Commander of the 4th Army Region, was honored as a special guest speaker at a capacity-building workshop for personnel in news, programming, and online media. The event, organized by the Public Relations Department, aimed to enhance media production capabilities during crisis situations. Lt. Gen. Paisan delivered a lecture on the topic: “Guidelines for Public Relations Operations During Crises in Collaboration with the Public Relations Department.”

          The training was held from July 15 to 16, 2025, featuring both workshops and lectures by distinguished experts such as Assoc. Prof. Kasemsan Veerakul and other speakers from the Public Relations Department. The objective was to improve the knowledge, understanding, and skills of communication personnel, as well as provide essential techniques to ensure effective public relations work, even under crisis conditions.

          On this occasion, the Commander of the 4th Army Region highlighted the importance of proactive communication, inter-agency cooperation, and maintaining the credibility of information. These are vital mechanisms for effective crisis management and for building long-term public trust.

          Furthermore, the Commander expressed concern that during crises, public relations officers must give special priority to the speed and accuracy of information. He stressed the need to avoid misinformation or distortion of facts, and urged the public and recipients of news to verify the information before sharing. People should avoid forwarding information from unofficial sources or fake news, to prevent unnecessary confusion or escalation of the situation.
