แม่ทัพไพศาล ลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยม หน่วยเฉพาะกิจสันติสุข กลไกแห่งความหวัง เดินหน้าเชื่อมรัฐ-ประชาชน เปลี่ยนผ่านความขัดแย้ง สู่สันติสุขจังหวัดชายแดนใต้!!!

           วันนี้ (31 พฤษภาคม 2568) เวลา 14.00 น. พลโท ไพศาล  หนูสังข์ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 พร้อมด้วย พลตรี ชาคริต  อุจะรัตน รองผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า, ฝ่ายอำนวยการกองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า ร่วมคณะเดินทางตรวจเยี่ยมการปฏิบัติงานของหน่วยเฉพาะกิจสันติสุข พร้อมให้กำลังใจเจ้าหน้าที่ในพื้นที่ที่ปฏิบัติภารกิจภายใต้ความท้าทายอย่างต่อเนื่อง  ณ  หน่วยเฉพาะกิจสันติสุข ค่ายอิงคยุทธบริหาร อำเภอหนองจิก จังหวัดปัตตานี โดยมี พลตรี อินทนนท์  รัตนกาฬ ผู้บังคับหน่วยเฉพาะกิจสันติสุข ตลอดจนกำลังพลหน่วยขึ้นตรงให้การต้อนรับและรับมอบนโยบาย

           โดยแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ได้รับฟังรายงานความคืบหน้าของภารกิจต่าง ๆ โดยเฉพาะการดำเนินงานตามแผนงานความมั่นคงแบบบูรณาการ ซึ่งหน่วยเฉพาะกิจสันติสุขมีบทบาทสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนร่วมกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคประชาชน และภาคประชาสังคม มุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างความไว้วางใจ ลดเงื่อนไขแห่งความขัดแย้ง และสนับสนุนกระบวนการสันติภาพด้วยการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนอย่างต่อเนื่อง

           ซึ่งแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ได้เน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการปฏิบัติงานเชิงรุกที่ตอบโจทย์บริบทของแต่ละพื้นที่ สนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของกำลังพลทั้งในด้านสวัสดิการ การป้องกันภัย และการสื่อสารสร้างความเข้าใจกับประชาชน เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานสามารถนำพาสันติสุขที่ยั่งยืนกลับคืนสู่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ได้อย่างแท้จริง

           สำหรับหน่วยเฉพาะกิจสันติสุข นั้น ยังคงดำเนินภารกิจในการป้องกันการก่อเหตุรุนแรงต่าง ๆ โดยสนับสนุนนโยบายของกองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า และศูนย์ปฏิบัติการอำเภอทั้ง 28 อำเภอ ด้วยการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพของสมาชิกกองอาสาให้เข้ามาเป็นกลไกหลักในการแก้ไขปัญหาในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

           นอกจากนี้ ยังให้ความสำคัญกับการขับเคลื่อนสถานศึกษาเพื่อป้องกันการบ่มเพาะแนวคิดสุดโต่ง เสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน และลดทอนอิทธิพลของกลุ่มผู้ก่อเหตุรุนแรง โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อสร้างการรับรู้ สร้างความเข้าใจ และยกระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในทุกมิติ ผ่านกิจการพลเรือนเชิงรุก รวมถึงปฏิบัติการพิเศษร่วมกับภาคประชาชนเพื่อเสริมสร้างสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม สังคมแห่งการให้อภัย และสังคมแห่งสันติสุข

           ในการกล่าวให้โอวาทแก่กำลังพล แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ได้ชื่นชมการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ทุกนายที่เสียสละเพื่อความสงบสุขของบ้านเมือง พร้อมทั้งย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการดำเนินงานให้ครบถ้วนรอบด้าน ทั้งด้านยุทธศาสตร์ ยุทธวิธี และการสร้างความเข้าใจกับประชาชน เพื่อให้การแก้ไขปัญหาในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้เป็นไปอย่างยั่งยืนและเป็นระบบต่อไป

           Jeneral Paisan melawat Unit Khas Santisuk – Mekanisme Harapan, Gerakkan Hubungan antara Kerajaan dan Rakyat, Menukar Konflik kepada Keamanan di Selatan Thai!

           Hari ini (31 Mei 2025) jam 14.00, Leftenan Jeneral Paisan Nusang, Panglima Tentera Wilayah Ke-4 / Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah Ke-4, bersama Brigedier Jeneral Chakrit Ucharat, Timbalan Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah Ke-4 (Bahagian Hadapan), serta pegawai-pegawai lain, telah melawat dan memberi semangat kepada petugas Unit Khas Santisuk yang menjalankan tugas di bawah cabaran berterusan di Kem Ingkayutthaborihan, Daerah Nong Chik, Wilayah Pattani. Ketibaan mereka disambut oleh Brigedier Jeneral Intanon Rattanakan, Komander Unit Khas Santisuk, bersama anggota bawahan.

           Panglima Wilayah Ke-4 mendengar taklimat berkenaan kemajuan misi terutama pelaksanaan pelan keselamatan bersepadu, di mana Unit Khas Santisuk memainkan peranan penting dalam kerjasama bersama agensi kerajaan, rakyat, dan masyarakat sivil — memberi tumpuan kepada membina kepercayaan, mengurangkan konflik, dan menyokong proses keamanan secara berterusan dengan penglibatan masyarakat.

           Beliau menekankan kepentingan pendekatan proaktif yang sesuai dengan konteks tempatan, serta menyokong kebajikan anggota, perlindungan keselamatan, dan komunikasi untuk membina kefahaman bersama rakyat – demi membawa keamanan yang berkekalan ke Selatan Thai.

           Unit Khas Santisuk terus menjalankan misi mencegah kejadian keganasan, menyokong dasar Pusat Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah Ke-4 (Bahagian Hadapan) dan Pusat Operasi Daerah di 28 daerah, dengan memperkasa anggota sukarelawan sebagai mekanisme utama dalam menyelesaikan isu-isu tempatan secara berkesan.

           Selain itu, mereka juga memberi penekanan kepada penggerakan institusi pendidikan untuk mencegah penyebaran ideologi ekstrem, menguatkan komuniti, dan mengurangkan pengaruh kumpulan ganas. Tujuannya ialah meningkatkan kesedaran, kefahaman dan penglibatan rakyat dalam semua aspek melalui program masyarakat secara proaktif, serta operasi khas bersama rakyat untuk membina masyarakat berbilang budaya, masyarakat yang memaafkan, dan masyarakat yang aman.

           Dalam ucapan kepada anggota, Panglima Wilayah Ke-4 memuji dedikasi semua petugas yang berkorban demi keamanan negara. Beliau menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan menyeluruh merangkumi strategi, taktik dan pemahaman awam untuk menyelesaikan masalah di Selatan Thai secara mampan dan sistematik.

           Commander Paisan Visits the Santisuk Task Force – A Mechanism of Hope, Strengthening Government-People Relations, Transforming Conflict into Peace in Thailand’s Southern Border Provinces!

           Today (31 May 2025) at 2:00 PM, Lieutenant General Paisan Nusang, Commander of the 4th Army Region / Director of Internal Security Operations Region 4, together with Major General Chakrit Ucharat, Deputy Director of Internal Security Operations Region 4 (Forward Command), and officers from the Forward Command visited the Santisuk Task Force at Inkayutthaborihan Camp, Nong Chik District, Pattani Province. The visit aimed to inspect ongoing operations and boost the morale of personnel carrying out duties under constant challenges. They were welcomed by Major General Intanon Rattanakan, Commander of the Santisuk Task Force, and his subordinate units, who also received policy directives during the visit.

           The 4th Army Region Commander was briefed on the progress of various missions, especially the implementation of the Integrated Security Plan. The Santisuk Task Force plays a vital role in advancing collaboration among government agencies, the public sector, and civil society. Their work focuses on building trust, reducing conflict conditions, and continuously supporting the peace process through active public participation.

           The Commander emphasized the importance of proactive operations tailored to the specific context of each area. He reaffirmed support for personnel in terms of welfare, safety, and public communication to build understanding – all of which are critical to bringing sustainable peace back to the southern border provinces.

           The Santisuk Task Force continues to focus on preventing violent incidents, supporting policies from the Forward Command of Internal Security Operations Region 4 and all 28 District Operation Centers. Their mission includes strengthening the capacity of volunteer corps members to serve as key mechanisms in resolving local issues effectively.

           Additionally, the task force prioritizes mobilizing educational institutions to prevent the spread of extremist ideologies, empower communities, and reduce the influence of violent groups. The goal is to raise awareness, foster understanding, and promote broad-based public participation through proactive civil affairs programs, as well as special operations in collaboration with local communities to build a multicultural, forgiving, and peaceful society.

           In his address to the personnel, the 4th Army Region Commander praised the dedication of every officer who has sacrificed for national peace and stability. He underscored the importance of a comprehensive approach that integrates strategy, tactics, and public engagement to ensure that the resolution of problems in the southern border provinces is sustainable and systematic.
