รองแม่ทัพภาค 4 ตรวจเยี่ยม ฉก.ตร.นราธิวาส 93 สั่งคุมเข้มดูแลพื้นที่ ทำลายแผนกลุ่มผู้ก่อเหตุรุนแรง สร้างความมั่นคง ปลอดภัย

          วันนี้ (18 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568)  เวลา 13.30 น. ที่ หน่วยเฉพาะกิจตำรวจนราธิวาส 93 ตำบลโคกเคียน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนราธิวาส พลตรี วรเดช เดชรักษา รองแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / รองผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า และคณะ ลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยม เพื่อติดตามการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ พร้อมกำชับให้เพิ่มความเข้มข้นในการปฏิบัติงาน และให้มีการปรับเปลี่ยนแผนการรักษาความปลอดภัยฐานปฏิบัติการและที่ตั้ง รวมไปถึงดูแลพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ เพื่อป้องกันการก่อเหตุที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้น และให้เฝ้าระวังการกระทำผิดกฎหมายในทุกรูปแบบอย่างเคร่งครัด โดยมี พันตำรวจเอก ทศม ม่วงเกษม ผู้บังคับหน่วยเฉพาะกิจตำรวจนราธิวาส 93 พร้อมเจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องให้การต้อนรับ

          สำหรับการลงพื้นที่ครั้งนี้ พลตรี วรเดช  เดชรักษา รองแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / รองผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า ได้กำชับเจ้าหน้าที่ทุกนาย ทุกระดับ ให้ตระหนักถึงสถานการณ์ความรุนแรงในพื้นที่ ที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง หลังพบว่ากลุ่มผู้ก่อเหตุรุนแรงยังคงฉวยโอกาสสร้างสถานการณ์ สร้างความเดือดร้อนให้กับพี่น้องประชาชน รวมไปถึงเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐที่ปฏิบัติภารกิจในพื้นที่ ฉะนั้นเจ้าหน้าที่ทุกนาย ที่ปฏิบัติงานทั้งในหน่วยที่ตั้งและปฏิบัติภารกิจภายนอก ต้องเพิ่มความระมัดระวัง ไม่ประมาทเพราะกลุ่มผู้ก่อเหตุรุนแรง ยังคงพยายามฉวยโอกาสก่อเหตุ ให้เจ้าหน้าที่ทุกนายมุ่งมั่น ทุ่มเท  ให้มีการวางแผนดำเนินการทั้งเชิงรุกและเชิงรับอย่างรอบคอบ และในการปฏิบัติภารกิจทุกครั้งให้ยึดมั่นว่า “ต้องทำลายแนวคิดและการเตรียมการของกลุ่มผู้ก่อเหตุรุนแรงให้ได้” เพื่อสร้างความปลอดภัยและความมั่นคงในพื้นที่ พร้อมเน้นย้ำการทำงานด้านความมั่นคงที่ดีที่สุด คือเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐต้องปฏิบัติหน้าที่อย่างเข้มแข็ง ปลอดภัย ต้องเป็นฝ่ายควบคุมสถานการณ์ ไม่ตกเป็นฝ่ายถูกกระทำ นอกจากนี้ สั่งการส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องรวบรวมข้อมูล ข่าวสาร สำคัญต่าง ๆ ในพื้นที่ เพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติภารกิจด้านความมั่นคง โดยให้ประสานการทำงานกับทุกหน่วยในพื้นที่เพื่อให้เกิดความร่วมมือในการปฏิบัติงานต่อไป พร้อมกันนี้ได้มอบสิ่งของอุปโภค บริโภคเพื่อเป็นขวัญกำลังใจให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่ เพื่อผนึกกำลังสร้างความสุข ความปลอดภัย ความมั่นคงให้กับพี่น้องประชาชน และสร้างสันติสุขอย่างยั่งยืนให้เกิดขึ้นในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ต่อไป

 Brigedier Jeneral Woradet Decharaksa, Timbalan Panglima Tentera 4 / Timbalan Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Tentera 4, melawat Satuan Tugas Polis Narathiwat 93 dan mengarahkan ketatkan kawalan untuk meningkatkan keberkesanan operasi. Beliau menekankan agar anggota bertugas untuk menghancurkan rancangan dan ideologi kumpulan pengganas bagi meningkatkan keselamatan dan ketenteraman rakyat di kawasan tersebut.

 Pada hari ini (18 Februari 2568) jam 13:30, di Satuan Tugas Polis Narathiwat 93, Kampung Kok Kian, Daerah Muang, Narathiwat, Brigedier Jeneral Woradet Decharaksa bersama rombongan melakukan lawatan bagi memantau operasi pasukan dan memberi arahan agar operasi dipertingkatkan. Mereka juga diminta untuk menyesuaikan pelan keselamatan operasi dan lokasi serta menjaga kawasan tanggungjawab bagi mengelakkan kejadian tidak diingini dan memastikan pemantauan ketat terhadap jenayah dalam semua bentuk. Kolonel Thosam Muangkesem, Komander Satuan Tugas Polis Narathiwat 93 bersama anggota yang terlibat menyambut ketibaan.

 Dalam lawatan kali ini, Brigedier Jeneral Woradet Decharaksa memberi arahan kepada semua anggota untuk sentiasa peka terhadap situasi keganasan yang berterusan di kawasan ini. Beliau menegaskan bahawa kumpulan pengganas masih berusaha mencetuskan situasi dan menyusahkan rakyat serta anggota kerajaan yang bertugas. Oleh itu, semua anggota yang bertugas di dalam dan luar kawasan perlu lebih berhati-hati dan tidak cuai, kerana kumpulan pengganas masih mencari peluang untuk bertindak. Semua anggota diingatkan untuk bersikap tegas dan dedikasi, merancang langkah-langkah bertindak secara proaktif dan defensif dengan teliti. Setiap operasi harus menekankan “memusnahkan pemikiran dan persediaan kumpulan pengganas.” Ini adalah untuk mewujudkan keselamatan dan ketenteraman di kawasan tersebut. Selain itu, beliau mengingatkan bahawa kerja keselamatan yang terbaik adalah apabila anggota kerajaan melaksanakan tugas dengan kuat dan selamat, serta memastikan mereka mengawal keadaan dan tidak menjadi pihak yang terkesan. Beliau juga mengarahkan pihak yang berkenaan mengumpulkan maklumat dan berita penting untuk menyokong operasi keselamatan dan bekerjasama dengan semua pihak dalam kawasan untuk mencapai kejayaan operasi yang lebih baik. Seterusnya, beliau menyampaikan bantuan barangan keperluan untuk memberi semangat kepada anggota yang bertugas di kawasan tersebut dan untuk mengukuhkan usaha mencipta kebahagiaan, keselamatan dan ketenteraman kepada rakyat, serta mewujudkan keamanan yang berkekalan di kawasan sempadan selatan.

 Deputy Commander of the 4th Army Area Inspects Narathiwat 93 Task Force, Orders Tightened Control of Area, Destroys Violent Groups’ Plans, Ensures Security and Safety

 Major General Woradet Decharaksa, Deputy Commander of the 4th Army Area / Deputy Director of Internal Security Operations in the 4th Army Area, visited the Narathiwat 93 Police Task Force. He ordered the team to tighten control and enhance the effectiveness of their mission, instructing officers to ensure that every operation destroys the plans and ideologies of violent groups in order to improve security and safety for the local people.

 Today (February 18, 2025), at 13:30, at the Narathiwat 93 Police Task Force, Kok Kian Subdistrict, Muang District, Narathiwat Province, Major General Woradet Decharaksa, Deputy Commander of the 4th Army Area / Deputy Director of Internal Security Operations in the 4th Army Area, and his team visited to monitor the operations of the officers. They also instructed the officers to intensify their efforts and adjust security plans for the operational bases and positions, as well as to care for their areas of responsibility to prevent any incidents and strictly monitor any illegal activities in all forms. Colonel Thosam Muangkesem, Commander of Narathiwat 93 Police Task Force, along with relevant officers, welcomed the visit.

 During this visit, Major General Woradet Decharaksa reminded all officers, at all levels, to be aware of the ongoing violent situations in the area. He noted that violent groups are still taking advantage of the situation to create problems for the local people and state officers working in the area. Therefore, all officers, both in stationed units and those carrying out operations outside, must be extra cautious and not underestimate the situation, as violent groups are still trying to take advantage of any opportunity to attack. He urged the officers to be committed, dedicated, and to plan their actions both proactively and defensively with care. Each operation should adhere to the principle: “We must destroy the thoughts and preparations of the violent groups.” This is to ensure security and safety in the area. He further emphasized that the best way to ensure security is for the officers to perform their duties strongly and safely, maintaining control of the situation and not becoming victims. Additionally, he ordered the relevant parties to gather important information and intelligence in the area to support security operations, coordinating with all units to ensure cooperation in future operations. Moreover, he presented consumables to encourage the officers on duty and to strengthen efforts to bring happiness, security, and safety to the people while striving for sustainable peace in the southern border provinces.
