กอ.รมน.ภาค 4 สน. และ ศอ.บต. รับมอบ “ยะกีน” กีตาบเล็กฉบับชาวบ้าน จาก 9 องค์กรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านศาสนาอิสลาม พร้อมส่งต่อส่วนราชการนำไปมอบให้ประชาชน เพื่อใช้เป็นแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาในพื้นที่ จชต. ภายใต้หลักศาสนาที่ถูกต้อง

สมาพันธ์คณะกรรมการอิสลามประจำจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ร่วมกันจัดทำยะกีนฉบับชาวบ้าน (กีตาบเล็ก) สืบเนื่องจากในช่วงที่ผ่านมาผู้นำศาสนาได้มีการประชุม (ซูรอ) หารือแนวทางการปลูกฝังยะกีน ที่เกิดจากการปฏิบัติตนตามหลักศาสนาอย่างเคร่งครัดเป็นรูปธรรม โดยมีความเชื่อและความเข้าใจว่าพระผู้เป็นเจ้าเป็นผู้ทรงกำหนดสถานการณ์ เพื่อสร้างจิตสำนึกที่มั่นคงแข็งแกร่งไม่มีวันเปลี่ยนแปลง รวมถึงเป็นแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาของชุมชนภายใต้หลักศาสนาที่ถูกต้องและยั่งยืนมั่นคง

วันนี้ (15 มีนาคม 2568) ที่ห้องประชุมสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอิสลามประจำจังหวัดปัตตานี ตำบลบ่อทอง อำเภอหนองจิก จังหวัดปัตตานี พลโท ไพศาล  หนูสังข์ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 พร้อมด้วยนาย นันทพงศ์ สุวรรณรัตน์ รองเลขาธิการศูนย์อำนวยการบริหารจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ (ศอ.บต.) เป็นผู้แทนรับมอบยะกีนฉบับชาวบ้าน (กีตาบเล็ก) ภายใต้กิจกรรมประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการรวมพลังผู้นำรวมใจสู่สันติสุขสู่ชุมชนมั่นคงปลอดยาเสพติด จากผู้ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทั้ง 9 องค์กรด้านศาสนาอิสลาม  ประกอบด้วย ดร.ดือราแม มะมิงจิ ประธานคณะกรรมการอิสลามประจำจังหวัดปัตตานีและประธานผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจุฬาราชมนตรี, นายศักดิ์กียา บินแลละ ประธานคณะกรรมการอิสลามประจำจังหวัดสงขลา และประธานสมาพันธ์คณะกรรมการอิสลาม 14 จังหวัดภาคใต้, นายซาฟีอี เจ๊ะเลาะ ประธานคณะกรรมการอิสลามประจำจังหวัดนราธิวาส, นายอับดุลบาซิ เจ๊ะมะ ประธานคณะกรรมการอิสลามประจำจังหวัดยะลา, นายยำอาด ลิงาลาห์ ประธานคณะกรรมการอิสลามประจำจังหวัดสตูล, นายมูฮมัดซูวรี สาแล นายกสมาคมสถาบันศึกษาปอเนาะ จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้, ดร.อับดุลมุไฮมีน สาและ ประธานมูลนิธิศูนย์ประสานงานตาดีกา 5 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้, นายอับดุลฮาฟิซ หิเล ประธานเครือข่ายโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม 5 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ และดร. มูหมัดกราแม แวมูซอ รองประธานสภาอูลามาอฟาฏอนีย์ดารุสสลามมูลนิธิ เพื่อเป็นผู้แทนส่งต่อให้กับส่วนราชการ นำไปมอบให้ผู้นำศาส นา และประชาชน ในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้

พลโท ไพศาล  หนูสังข์ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 กล่าวว่า กล่าว แนวทางการขับเคลื่อน ยะกีน หรือมอบกีตาบเล็ก มุ่งหวังให้ยะกีนอยู่ในใจของทุกคน เพื่อให้เกิดความมุ่งมั่นเชื่อมั่นในคำสอนตามหลักศาสนา และยังเป็นส่วนหนึ่ง ในการขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรมฮูกุมปากัต (ธรรมนูญหมู่บ้าน 9 ดี) ซึ่งเป็นหัวใจหลักที่เกิดจากความร่วมมือของผู้นำศาสนาผู้นำท้องที่ท้องถิ่นและประชาชนในพื้นที่ได้ร่วมกัน เพราะปัญหาใน หมู่บ้าน ชุมชน คืออะไรทุกคนจะได้ร่วมกันคิดร่วมกันแก้ปัญหาร่วมกัน หากทุกคนร่วมมือกัน ก็จะเป็นผู้นำท้องที่ท้องถิ่นผู้นำศาสนาประชาชนและภาครัฐหนุนเสริมเชื่อว่าการแก้ไขปัญหาในพื้นที่ก็จะเกิดความสำเร็จตามที่ได้คาดหวังไว้ คือเกิดสันติสุขอย่างยั่งยืน ลูกหลานประชาชนมีอนาคตที่ดีและการแก้ปัญหาต่างๆจะเกิดความมั่นคงและยั่งยืน

ด้านนายนันทพงศ์ สุวรรณรัตน์ รองเลขาธิการ กล่าวอีกว่า ในส่วนของศูนย์อำนวยการบริหารจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ก็เป็นหน่วยงานด้านการพัฒนา ซึ่งได้รวมพลังทุกส่วนราชการ และทุกภาคส่วนโดยเฉพาะเครือข่ายของผู้นำศาสนา และผู้แทนภาคประชาชน รวมถึงองค์กรภาคประชาสังคม ทั้งหมดเป็นพลังร่วมในการทำงานโดยใช้ยะกีนเป็นศูนย์กลางในการขับเคลื่อนงานร่วมกัน โดยเฉพาะปัญหาที่เราเจอกันเฉพาะหน้าคือเรื่องยาเสพติด เราจะทำให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย คือความสงบสุขในพื้นที่

ด้าน ดร.ดือราแม  มะมิงจิ ประธานคณะกรรมการอิสลามประจำจังหวัดปัตตานีและประธานผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจุฬาราชมนตรี กล่าวว่า ความสำคัญของ ยะกีน (กีตาบเล็กฉบับชาวบ้าน) ในศาสนาอิสลามได้กำหนดว่า ทำอะไรยะกีน ต้องมั่นใจเพื่อให้งานต่างๆเรียบร้อย เช่นเดียวกับแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 กล่าวว่า ยะกีนต้องอยู่ในใจ และทั้งพูดและการกระทำเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน การจะสร้างยะกีน ต้อง ดูที่การปฏิบัติต้องศึกษาเกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนดใน หลักฮูกุมปากัต (ธรรมนูญหมู่บ้าน 9 ดี) ควบคู่กันไปด้วยโดยจะมีคู่มือ (กีตาบเล็กฉบับชาวบ้าน) นำไปศึกษาเพื่อนำไปปฏิบัติ เช่นเดียวกับแนวทางศาสตร์พระราชา  เข้าใจ เข้าถึงพัฒนา เช่นเดี่ยวกับยะกีน ต้องเข้าใจ ศึกษาให้เข้าถึงในรายละเอียดจะได้เกิดการพัฒนาในทุกด้านทุกมิติตามที่หลักฮูกุมปากัต(ธรรมนูญหมู่บ้าน 9 ดี) ยะกีน พี่ได้มีการร่างและทำเป็นคู่มือ หรือ(กีตาบเล็กฉบับชาวบ้าน)

สำหรับกีตาบ เล็ก หรือคำว่า “ยะกีน” หมายถึง ความเชื่อมั่นอันแน่วแน่ ซึ่งเป็นหัวใจสำคัญของความศรัทธา (อีมาน) และเป็นรากฐานของการดำเนินชีวิตตามแนวทางแห่งอิสลาม เมื่อเรามีความศรัทธาที่แน่วแน่ เราจะสามารถเผชิญกับความท้าทายต่างๆ ในชีวิตได้โดยไม่หวั่นไหว และสามารถนำพาครอบครัว ชุมชน และสังคมของเราให้ก้าวไปสู่ความสงบสุข การจัดงานในวันนี้เป็นเพียงจุดเริ่มต้นเท่านั้น เราทุกคนที่อยู่ ณ ที่นี้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นผู้นำ ศาสนา หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ นายกองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด นายกสมาคมกำนัน ผู้แทนภาค ประชาชน หรือพี่น้องมุสลิมทุกท่าน ต่างมีบทบาทสำคัญในการเผยแพร่และขยายผล “ยะกีนฉบับ ชาวบ้าน (กีตาบเล็ก)” ให้เข้าถึงทุกครอบครัวในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ เมื่อทุกบ้านมียะกีน ครอบครัวของเราจะมั่นคง เมื่อครอบครัวมียะกีน ชุมชนของเราจะเข้มแข็ง เมื่อชุมชนมียะกีน สังคมของเราก็จะสงบสุข

🌈 The Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC) Region 4 and the Southern Border Provinces Administrative Center (SBPAC) received the “Yakin” (small booklet) from 9 Islamic organizations with expertise in Islamic teachings. They will distribute it to government agencies to give to the public as a guide to solve problems in the Southern Border Provinces (SBP) under the correct religious principles.

📚 The Federation of Islamic Committees of the Southern Border Provinces worked together to produce the Yakin small booklet for the public (Kitaab Lek) following a series of meetings among religious leaders. They discussed ways to instill Yakin, which comes from strictly adhering to religious principles as a tangible practice, and the belief that God is the one who determines the circumstances to build unwavering faith. It also serves as a guideline for solving community problems based on correct and sustainable religious principles.

📅 Today (March 15, 2025), at the meeting room of the Provincial Islamic Committee in Pattani, in Bo Thong, Nong Chik District, Pattani Province, Lt. Gen. Phisarn Noosang, Commander of the Fourth Army Region / Director of Internal Security Operations in the Fourth Region, along with Mr. Nantapong Suwanrat, Deputy Secretary-General of the Southern Border Provinces Administrative Center (SBPAC), received the Yakin small booklet from the 9 religious experts as part of the workshop “Unity of Religious Leaders for Peace and Drug-Free Communities.” These experts include Dr. Dueramae Mamingji, Chairman of the Islamic Committee of Pattani Province, and Chairman of the Chularatchamontri Advisory Council, Mr. Sakkia Bhinlallah, Chairman of the Islamic Committee of Songkhla and Chairman of the Southern Border Islamic Committees Federation, Mr. Safi Jela, Chairman of the Islamic Committee of Narathiwat, Mr. Abdulbasi Jema, Chairman of the Islamic Committee of Yala, Mr. Yamaad Lingala, Chairman of the Islamic Committee of Satun, Mr. Muhammad Suwari Saleh, President of the Islamic Education Institutes Association of the Southern Border Provinces, Dr. Abdulmuhemin Saleh, Chairman of the Foundation of the Five Southern Border Provinces, Mr. Abdulhafiz Hila, Chairman of the Network of Private Islamic Schools in the Five Southern Border Provinces, and Dr. Muhammad Karamae Wamusor, Vice President of the Ulema Council of Patani Darussalam Foundation. They will forward the booklets to government agencies to distribute to religious leaders and the public in the Southern Border Provinces.

🌷 Lt. Gen. Phisarn Noosang stated that the goal of distributing the Yakin (small booklet) is to make it instill belief in everyone’s heart so that they trust in religious teachings. It is also part of the implementation of the Hukum Pakat (9 Good Village Constitution), which is the heart of the collaboration between religious leaders, local leaders, and the public. The problems in villages and communities should be solved together, and if everyone cooperates, local leaders, religious leaders, and the government will work together to solve issues. This will lead to lasting peace, brighter futures for the people, and sustainable solutions to all problems.

🌼 Mr. Nantapong Suwanrat, Deputy Secretary-General, added that SBPAC, as a development agency, has united all government sectors and parts of society, especially the network of religious leaders and representatives from the public, including civil society organizations. All these efforts are focused on using Yakin as the center of collaboration to solve problems, especially drug-related issues. The ultimate goal is to achieve peace in the region.

🌺 Dr. Dueramae Mamingji, Chairman of the Pattani Provincial Islamic Committee and Chairman of the Chularatchamontri Advisory Council, emphasized the importance of Yakin (the small booklet) in Islam. Islam teaches that in everything we do, we must have Yakin to ensure things are done properly. Like the Fourth Army Commander said, Yakin must reside in our hearts, and both our words and actions must align. To build Yakin, we must study the principles of Hukum Pakat (9 Good Village Constitution), with the small booklet (Kitaab Lek) serving as a guide. This is similar to the Royal Philosophy, which encourages understanding and development. Yakin must be studied and understood in detail to lead to development in all areas, as outlined in the Hukum Pakat (9 Good Village Constitution).

⭐️ The small booklet, or “Yakin,” means unwavering belief, which is a crucial aspect of faith (Imaan) and the foundation for living according to Islamic teachings. With steadfast faith, we can face challenges in life without wavering and lead our families, communities, and society toward peace. Today’s event marks only the beginning. Everyone here—whether religious leaders, government officials, local leaders, or Muslim citizens—has an important role in spreading and expanding the Yakin small booklet to every household in the Southern Border Provinces. When every home has Yakin, our families will be strong. When families have Yakin, our communities will be solid, and when communities have Yakin, our society will be peaceful.
