กำชับหน่วยให้ทบทวนมาตรการ เพื่อเฝ้าระวัง ซีลชายแดนใต้เข้ม ป้องกันการกระทำผิดกฎหมายทุกรูปแบบตามแนวชายแดนไทย – มาเลเซีย 

          รองแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / รองผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า ตรวจเยี่ยมหน่วย และกำลังพลที่ปฏิบัติงานตามแนวชายแดน ไทย – มาเลเซีย เพื่อกำชับและเน้นย้ำมาตรการ ซีลชายแดน คุมเข้มเฝ้าระวัง และป้องกันการกระทำผิดตามแนวชายแดนทุกรูปแบบ

          วันที่ 15 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 เวลา 09.20 น. พลตรี วรเดช  เดชรักษา รองแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / รองผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า พร้อมคณะ ลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยม และติดตามการปฏิบัติงานของหน่วย และกำลังพลที่ปฏิบัติงานตามแนวชายแดนไทย / มาเลเซีย ณ กองร้อยป้องกันชายแดนที่ 3 ตำบลปาเสมัส อำเภอสุไหงโก-ลก จังหวัดนราธิวาส เพื่อติดตาม พร้อมเน้นย้ำเรื่องมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยชายแดน ทั้งเรื่องการระวังป้องกันชายแดน การสกัดกั้นการกระทำผิดตามแนวชายแดนทุกรูปแบบ รวมถึงการหลบหนีข้ามแดนแบบผิดกฎหมาย การลักลอบนำอาวุธ วัตถุระเบิด สินค้าผิดกฎหมาย รวมถึงยาเสพติด และสิ่งที่เป็นภัยแทรกซ้อนทุกรูปแบบ พร้อมสั่งการให้หน่วยได้ทบทวนมาตรการการปฏิบัติงาน ทั้งเรื่องกำลังพล เครื่องมือ รวมถึงกล้อง CCTV หรือเทคโนโลยี ต่าง ๆ ให้ระดมนำมาช่วยในการเฝ้าระวัง หรือซีลชายแดนอย่างเข้มข้นตลอดแนวชายแดน และลำน้ำสุไหงโก-ลก ควบคู่กับการประสานการปฏิบัติงาน และติดตามข้อมูลข่าวสารระหว่างกันของทั้งสองประเทศอย่างใกล้ชิด โดยมี พลตรี เฉลิมพร ขำเขียว ผู้บังคับหน่วยเฉพาะกิจนราธิวาส พร้อมด้วยผู้บังคับหน่วยในพื้นที่ร่วมประชุม เพื่อติดตามการปฏิบัติงาน พร้อมรับทราบปัญหาข้อขัดข้องและรับมอบแนวทางการปฏิบัติงานในครั้งนี้

          พลตรี วรเดช เดชรักษา รองแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / รองผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า กล่าวว่า “การซีลชายแดนเป็นภารกิจที่สำคัญ ที่นอกเหนือจากการเฝ้าระวังป้องกันการกระทำผิดกฎหมายทุกรูปแบบตามแนวขายแดนใต้แล้ว หน่วยต้องสานความสัมพันธ์พบปะเพื่อเป็นกระชับความสัมพันธ์ในการปฏิบัติภารกิจร่วมกันกับหน่วยกำลังของประเทศเพื่อนบ้านอย่างมาเลเซีย ควบคู่กับการลงไปดูแลความเป็นอยู่ ไปพูดคุยพบปะสอบถามสารทุกข์สุกดิบของประชาชนในพื้นที่ สร้างการมีส่วนร่วมของทุกฝ่ายในพื้นที่ให้ช่วยกันแจ้งเบาะแส ข่าวสาร ช่วยกันเฝ้าระวังป้องกันสิ่งผิดกฎหมาย รวมถึงเฝ้าระวังการสร้างสถานณ์ความรุนแรงที่อาจเกิดขึ้น ประกอบกับการประกาศปิดด่านของประเทศมาเลเซีย โดยเฉพาะช่องทางธรรมชาติ ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบในหลายด้าน ทั้งการเดินทางไปมาของทั้งสองประเทศ และการค้าขายที่ลดลง ซึ่งนับเป็นปัจจัยที่ทั้งสองประเทศต้องหาจุดร่วมในการพัฒนาและแก้ไขปัญหากันต่อไป ทั้งนี้เพื่อสร้างพื้นที่ให้ปลอดเหตุ ประชาชนปลอดภัย หากพื้นที่สงบสุขจะส่งผลให้ภาพรวมทั้งการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวัน การค้าเศรษฐกิจ และการท่องเที่ยวก็จะส่งผลดีตามไปด้วย

          ภายหลังจากประชุม พลตรี วรเดช เดชรักษา รองแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / รองผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า พร้อมคณะได้ลงพื้นที่ไปเยี่ยมกำลังพลที่ปฏิบัติงาน ณ ท่ากอไผ่  และท่าชมพู่ เขตเทศบาลเมืองสุไหงโก-ลก จังหวัดนราธิวาส เพื่อไปตรวจเยี่ยมการปฏิบัติงาน และให้กำลังใจพร้อมมอบสิ่งของอุปโภคบริโภค ให้กับกำลังพลที่ปฏิบัติงาน

          พร้อมกันนี้ รองแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / รองผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า ได้ถือโอกาสพบปะพูดคุยเยี่ยมให้กำลังใจพี่น้องประชาชนในพื้นที่ชุมชนท่ากอไผ่ และชุมชนท่าชมพู่ ซึ่งเป็นท่าข้ามเรือที่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ และประชาชนฝั่งประเทศมาเลเซียใช้ในการข้ามไปมาหาสู่ระหว่างกัน ซึ่งปัจจุบันได้รับผลกระทบเนื่องจากการประกาศปิดด่านชายแดน ตามที่ประเทศมาเลเซียประกาศปิดด่าน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ธันวาคม 2567 ที่ผ่านมา ปัจจุบันประชาชนทั้งสองประเทศได้รับผลกระทบเนื่องจากที่ผ่านมาเคยใช้ช่องทางธรรมชาติ ซึ่งปัจจุบันถูกปิดและห้ามใช้ในการข้ามประเทศ ต้องใช้เส้นทางที่ถูกกฎหมายเท่านั้น ซึ่งขณะนี้ประชาชนได้รับผลกระทบทั้งในเรื่องของการประกอบอาชีพ การค้าขาย เศรษฐกิจ รวมถึงนักเรียนที่เดินทางไปเช้า-เย็นกลับ ก็ได้รับผลกระทบเป็นวงกว้าง ซึ่งการปิดด่านทางฝั่งของประเทศมาเลเซียยังคงเป็นไปตามกฎหมายฝั่งประเทศเพื่อนบ้านของเราจึงขอให้พี่น้องประชาชนคนไทยที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่ตามแนวชายแดนดังกล่าว ขอให้ข้ามแดนให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย พร้อมทั้งการปรับตัวในการใช้ชีวิตเพื่อให้เข้ากับสถานการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นในปัจจุบันต่อไป

          Timbalan Panglima Angkatan Tentera Ke-4 / Timbalan Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Angkatan Ke-4 Bahagian Hadapan melawat unit-unit dan anggota yang bertugas di sepanjang sempadan Thailand – Malaysia untuk mengingatkan dan menekankan langkah-langkah penutupan sempadan serta memperketatkan pengawasan serta mencegah segala bentuk jenayah di sepanjang sempadan.

          Pada 15 Februari 2568 (2025) jam 09.20 pagi, Brigedier Jeneral Woradet Dechaksa, Timbalan Panglima Angkatan Tentera Ke-4 / Timbalan Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Angkatan Ke-4 Bahagian Hadapan, bersama rombongan, melawat dan memantau pelaksanaan tugas unit dan anggota yang bertugas di sepanjang sempadan Thailand / Malaysia di Batalion Pertahanan Sempadan Ke-3, Kampung Pasemas, Daerah Su-ngai Kolok, Negeri Narathiwat. Lawatan ini bertujuan untuk memantau dan menekankan langkah-langkah keselamatan sempadan, termasuk pengawasan untuk mencegah jenayah seperti penyeludupan senjata, bahan letupan, barangan haram, dan dadah. Semua unit diminta menilai semula langkah-langkah operasi, termasuk sumber manusia, peralatan, serta teknologi seperti kamera CCTV untuk membantu dalam pemantauan sempadan. Kerjasama antara kedua negara juga harus dipertingkatkan.

          Brigedier Jeneral Woradet Dechaksa berkata, “Penutupan sempadan adalah tugas penting, selain daripada memantau dan mencegah segala bentuk jenayah, unit-unit perlu mempererat hubungan dengan pasukan negara jiran Malaysia, serta menjaga kebajikan rakyat dan mendorong mereka untuk bersama-sama memantau dan melaporkan aktiviti haram.”

          Selepas mesyuarat, Brigedier Jeneral Woradet Dechaksa bersama rombongan melawat anggota yang bertugas di Tangkoh Pai dan Tangkoh Chompoo, kawasan majlis bandaraya Su-ngai Kolok, Narathiwat untuk memberi sokongan dan menyampaikan barangan keperluan kepada anggota.

          Pada masa yang sama, Timbalan Panglima Angkatan Tentera Ke-4 / Timbalan Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Angkatan Ke-4 Bahagian Hadapan mengambil peluang untuk berjumpa dan memberi sokongan kepada penduduk setempat di komuniti Tangkoh Pai dan Tangkoh Chompoo yang terjejas akibat penutupan sempadan. Sejak pengumuman penutupan sempadan Malaysia pada 1 Disember 2567, rakyat dari kedua-dua negara terkesan, termasuk aktiviti perniagaan dan pengangkutan.

          Instructions to units to review measures for surveillance and strengthen the sealing of the southern border to prevent all forms of illegal activities along the Thailand – Malaysia border.

          The Deputy Commander of the 4th Army Area / Deputy Director of Internal Security Operations Area 4 visited the units and personnel working along the Thailand – Malaysia border to reinforce and emphasize border sealing measures, enhancing surveillance, and preventing all forms of illegal activities along the border.

          On February 15, 2025, at 09:20 AM, Major General Woradet Decharaksa, Deputy Commander of the 4th Army Area / Deputy Director of Internal Security Operations Area 4, along with his team, visited and followed up on the operations of the units and personnel working along the Thailand / Malaysia border at the 3rd Border Defense Company in Pasemas Subdistrict, Su-ngai Kolok District, Narathiwat Province. The visit aimed to monitor and emphasize border security measures, including guarding against border violations, smuggling of weapons, explosives, illegal goods, and drugs, as well as illegal border crossings. He also ordered units to review their operational measures, including manpower, equipment, and technologies such as CCTV cameras to aid in intensified border sealing and surveillance along the border and the Su-ngai Kolok River. The operation also includes close coordination and sharing of information between the two countries. Major General Chalermporn Khamkhiew, the commander of the Narathiwat Special Task Force, along with local commanders, attended the meeting to monitor operations and address any issues and receive guidelines for this operation.

          Major General Woradet Decharaksa, Deputy Commander of the 4th Army Area / Deputy Director of Internal Security Operations Area 4, stated, “Sealing the border is an important mission. Besides monitoring and preventing all forms of illegal activities along the southern border, units must strengthen relationships and work closely with the Malaysian forces, while also ensuring the well-being of the local people. They should encourage public participation in reporting illegal activities and assist in preventing violence. The closure of border posts by Malaysia, especially natural crossing points, has affected travel and trade between the two countries. This is a factor that requires both countries to find common ground to develop and resolve the issue. Creating a peaceful area ensures the safety of the people, which in turn will positively impact daily life, trade, and tourism.”

          After the meeting, Major General Woradet Decharaksa, Deputy Commander of the 4th Army Area / Deputy Director of Internal Security Operations Area 4, along with his team, visited the personnel working at the Koh Pai Pier and Chompoo Pier in the Su-ngai Kolok Municipality, Narathiwat Province, to monitor their operations, offer encouragement, and provide supplies to the personnel on duty.

          Additionally, the Deputy Commander of the 4th Army Area / Deputy Director of Internal Security Operations Area 4 took the opportunity to meet and encourage local people in the communities of Koh Pai and Chompoo, which are used as natural crossing points for people traveling between Thailand and Malaysia.
