พิพากษาผู้ต้องสงสัยรับของโจร โดยสามารถควบคุมตัวผู้ต้องสงสัยได้จากการบังคับใช้กฎหมาย และตรวจพบปืน 2 กระบอก ขณะอยู่ร้านน้ำชา พื้นที่ ม.2 ต.บาตง อ.รือเสาะ จ.นราธิวาส เมื่อวันที่ 20 ต.ค. 65

          จากการติดตาม สืบสวนสอบสวน และจากข้อมูลของพี่น้องประชาชน ทำให้ทราบถึงข้อมูลบุคคลต้องสงสัยหลบซ่อนอยู่ใน พื้นที่หมู่ที่ 2 ตำบลบาตง อำเภอรือเสาะ จังหวัดนราธิวาส จนทำให้เมื่อวันที่ 20 ตุลาคม 2565 เจ้าหน้าที่สนธิกำลังเข้าบังคับใช้กฎหมายบุคคลต้องสงสัย ขณะหลบซ่อนในร้านน้ำชา พื้นที่หมู่ที่ 2 ตำบลบาตง อำเภอรือเสาะ จังหวัดนราธิวาส สามารถตรวจพบปืน จำนวน 2 กระบอก และควบคุมตัวได้ จำนวน 4 ราย โดยเบื้องต้นจากการตรวจสอบมีผู้ต้องสงสัยเกี่ยวข้องกับการรับของโจร จำนวน 3 ราย จึงปล่อยตัว จำนวน 1 ราย

          เมื่อวันที่ 21 พฤษภาคม 2567 ศาลจังหวัดนราธิวาส พิพากษา “จำคุก 3 ปี 6 เดือน” นายคอเล็บ (สงวนนามสกุล) จำเลยที่ 1 และนายสุกรี (สงวนนามสกุล) จำเลยที่ 2 ความผิดฐานรับของโจร เนื่องจาก จำเลยที่ 1 และที่ 2 ให้การรับสารภาพตามฟ้องโจทก์ เป็นประโยชน์แก่การพิจารณา มีเหตุบรรเทาโทษลดโทษกึ่งหนึ่ง คงเหลือ “จำคุก 1 ปี 9 เดือน” และจำหน่ายคดีชั่วคราวในส่วนของ นายฮาซัน (สงวนนามสกุล) จำเลยที่ 3 เนื่องจากหลบหนี และขังจำเลยที่ 1 และที่ 2 ไว้ระหว่างอุทธรณ์

          ล่าสุดเมื่อวันที่ 13 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 ศาลจังหวัดนราธิวาส อ่านคำพิพากษาศาลอุทธรณ์ ภาค 9 พิพากษายืนตามศาลชั้นต้น ลงโทษ “จำคุก 3 ปี 6 เดือน” นายคอเล็บ (สงวนนามสกุล) จำเลยที่ 1 และนายสุกรี (สงวนนามสกุล) จำเลยที่ 2 ความผิดฐานรับของโจร เนื่องจากในชั้นพิจารณา จำเลยที่ 1 และที่ 2 ให้การรับสารภาพตามฟ้อง คำรับสารภาพนั้นเป็นประโยชน์แก่การพิจารณา จึงลดโทษกึ่งหนึ่ง คงเหลือ “จำคุก 1 ปี 9 เดือน” และจำหน่ายคดีชั่วคราวในส่วนของนายฮาซัน (สงวนนามสกุล) จำเลยที่ 3 เนื่องจากหลบหนี และขังจำเลยที่ 1 และที่ 2 ระหว่างฎีกา

          ทุกข้อมูล ทุกเบาะแส ล้วนมีความสำคัญต่อการนำผู้กระทำผิดเข้าสู่กระบวนการทางกฎหมาย กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า ขอความร่วมมือพี่น้องประชาชนในพื้นที่ หากผู้ใดพบเบาะแส หรือพบวัตถุต้องสงสัย รวมถึงบุคคลต้องสงสัยเข้ามาเคลื่อนไหวในพื้นที่ สามารถแจ้งได้ที่หมายเลขโทรศัพท์สายตรงแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 โทร 061-1732999 หรือเบอร์สายด่วน กอ.รมน.ภาค 4 สน. 1341 และหน่วยเฉพาะกิจในพื้นที่ได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง รวมทั้งขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่าผู้ใดให้การสนับสนุนผู้กระทำผิดด้วยวิธีการต่างๆ เช่น การนำพาซ่อนเร้น การให้การสนับสนุนที่พักพิง หรือการสนับสนุนเสบียงอาหาร จะมีความผิดตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญา มาตรา 189 ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกิน 2 ปี หรือปรับไม่เกิน 40,000 บาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Penghakiman terhadap suspek menerima barang curi

Hasil siasatan dan maklumat daripada orang awam, pihak berkuasa mengetahui bahawa suspek bersembunyi di Kampung 2, Batu 8, Ruesoh, Narathiwat. Pada 20 Oktober 2022, pasukan keselamatan melaksanakan operasi dan berjaya menahan empat individu di kedai teh tersebut. Dua daripada mereka didapati terlibat dalam kes menerima barang curi dan dijatuhi hukuman penjara selama 1 tahun 9 bulan.

Keputusan Mahkamah

Pada 21 Mei 2023, Mahkamah Narathiwat menjatuhkan hukuman penjara 3 tahun 6 bulan terhadap dua tertuduh kerana kesalahan menerima barang curi. Hukuman dikurangkan separuh kepada 1 tahun 9 bulan kerana pengakuan bersalah mereka. Kes terhadap tertuduh ketiga ditangguhkan kerana melarikan diri.

Pada 13 Februari 2024, Mahkamah Rayuan Narathiwat mengekalkan keputusan Mahkamah Tinggi, menjatuhkan hukuman penjara 3 tahun 6 bulan terhadap dua tertuduh kerana kesalahan menerima barang curi. Hukuman dikurangkan separuh kepada 1 tahun 9 bulan kerana pengakuan bersalah mereka. Kes terhadap tertuduh ketiga ditangguhkan kerana melarikan diri.

Judgment of Suspect Receiving Stolen Goods

The suspect was apprehended through law enforcement, and two firearms were discovered in a tea shop located in Area 2, Batong Subdistrict, Ruesoh District, Narathiwat Province on October 20, 2022.

 Investigation and Findings

Based on ongoing surveillance, investigation, and information from the public, authorities were able to identify a suspect hiding in Area 2, Batong Subdistrict, Ruesoh District, Narathiwat Province. On October 20, 2022, law enforcement officers conducted a raid on the tea shop and discovered two firearms. Four individuals were detained. Initial investigations revealed that three individuals were involved in receiving stolen goods, and one person was released.

Court Decision

On May 21, 2023, Narathiwat Provincial Court sentenced “Defendant 1, Mr. Ko-lep (surname withheld),” and “Defendant 2, Mr. Sukri (surname withheld)” to 3 years and 6 months in prison for receiving stolen goods.
