แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ขอบคุณ “กลุ่มเสื้อเขียว” ชื่นชมการทำงาน เป็นแบบอย่างพลเมืองดีในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมชายแดนใต้

          วันนี้  30 ก.ย. 2568  เวลา 10.30 น. ที่กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า ค่ายสิรินธร อำเภอยะรัง จังหวัดปัตตานี คณะมวลชนองค์กรภาคประชาชนเพื่อสันติและเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง (กลุ่มเสื้อเขียว) จากพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ และ 4 อำเภอของจังหวัดสงขลา เข้าพบ พลโท ไพศาล หนูสังข์ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4/ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 เนื่องในโอกาสอำลาตำแหน่ง พร้อมทั้งแสดงความยินดีที่ได้รับพระราชทานยศสูงขึ้น โดยได้นำสิ่งของที่ระลึกและของขวัญมงคลมามอบเพื่อเป็นการขอบคุณและยกย่องเกียรติคุณ ในความมุ่งมั่น ทุ่มเท เสียสละตลอดการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ นำพาสันติสุขสู่พื้นที่ชายแดนใต้ภายใต้ปณิธาน “สร้างความเข้าใจ ร่วมใจแก้ปัญหา นำพาสันติสุข”

          พลโท ไพศาล หนูสังข์ ได้กล่าวขอบคุณคณะองค์กรภาคประชาชนเพื่อสันติและเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง (กลุ่มเสื้อเขียว) พร้อมชื่นชมความมุ่งมั่น ตั้งใจ และความเสียสละที่ได้ร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนงานตลอดหลายปีที่ผ่านมา เห็นถึงความรัก ความสามัคคี และการสนับสนุนภารกิจของกองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง รวมทั้งการสานต่อศาสตร์พระราชา “เข้าใจ เข้าถึง พัฒนา” ควบคู่กับการใช้สภาสันติสุขตำบล และหลักฮูกุมปากัต (ธรรมนูญหมู่บ้าน 9 ดี) เพื่อสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคประชาสังคม และบูรณาการการทำงานให้เกิดผลเป็นรูปธรรมอย่างแท้จริง

 Panglima Wilayah Ke-4 ucap terima kasih kepada “Kumpulan Baju Hijau”, puji usaha mereka jadi contoh rakyat baik di masyarakat berbilang budaya di sempadan Selatan.

 Hari ini (30 Sept 2025), jam 10.30 pagi, di Pejabat Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4, Kem Sirindhorn, Daerah Yarang, Wilayah Pattani – wakil dari Kumpulan Baju Hijau, iaitu NGO masyarakat dari wilayah sempadan Selatan Thai dan 4 daerah di Songkhla, datang berjumpa dengan Leftenan Jeneral Paisan Nusang, Panglima Wilayah 4 / Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4, sempena beliau akan tamat tugas. Mereka juga ucap tahniah atas kenaikan pangkat diraja yang diterima oleh beliau.

Kumpulan ni bawa hadiah dan tanda kenang-kenangan sebagai penghargaan atas jasa, pengorbanan, dan usaha beliau selama bertugas, yang bawa keamanan dan ketenangan kepada masyarakat sempadan Selatan, selaras dengan semangat:

“Faham satu sama lain, bersatu hati selesaikan masalah, bawa keamanan bersama.”

 Leftenan Jeneral Paisan Nusang ucap terima kasih kepada kumpulan NGO masyarakat (Kumpulan Baju Hijau), dan puji semangat, usaha dan sokongan yang mereka bagi selama ni. Beliau nampak kasih sayang, perpaduan, dan kerjasama padu daripada rakyat terhadap tugas pejabat keselamatan Wilayah 4.

Beliau juga bangga dengan usaha sambung ajaran Raja Thai:

“Faham – Dekati – Bina (Understand, Reach, Develop)”,

serta guna peranan Majlis Keamanan Kampung (Sapa Santisuk Tambon) dan prinsip Hukum Pakat (9 Prinsip Kampung Baik) untuk kuatkan peranan masyarakat dan gabung tenaga semua pihak demi hasil yang nyata.

 Fourth Army Region Commander Expresses Gratitude to the “Green Shirt Group”, Praises Their Work as a Model of Good Citizenship in the Multicultural Society of the Southern Border Provinces

 On 30 September 2025 at 10:30 a.m., at the Internal Security Operations Command Region 4 Forward Command (ISOC Region 4 Front), Sirindhorn Camp, Yarang District, Pattani Province, representatives from the People’s Network for Peace and Sufficiency Economy (Green Shirt Group)—comprising members from the southern border provinces and four districts of Songkhla—paid a courtesy visit to Lieutenant General Paisan Nusang, Commander of the 4th Army Region and Director of ISOC Region 4, on the occasion of his departure from office.

During the visit, the group extended their congratulations on his recent royal bestowal of a higher military rank and presented commemorative gifts and tokens of goodwill to honor his dedicated service and sacrifice. His leadership has significantly contributed to peacebuilding in the southern border region, in line with the guiding principle:

“Fostering Understanding, Uniting Efforts to Solve Problems, and Bringing Peace to the Community.”

 Lieutenant General Paisan Nusang expressed his sincere gratitude to the People’s Network for Peace and Sufficiency Economy (Green Shirt Group), commending their enduring commitment, dedication, and selflessness in advancing shared missions over the years. He acknowledged their visible unity, solidarity, and unwavering support for the ongoing efforts of ISOC Region 4 Forward Command.

The Commander also emphasized the importance of continuing to uphold the Royal Philosophy of “Understand, Reach Out, and Develop”, alongside the strategic use of the Tambon Peace Councils and the community-based principle of “Hukum Pakat” (The 9 Virtues of a Good Village Charter). These mechanisms have played a vital role in fostering civic participation and integrating multi-sectoral collaboration into tangible and sustainable outcomes.
