ผอ.รมน.ภาค 4 มอบโล่เกียรติยศแก่กลุ่มมวลชน สนับสนุนการแก้ไขปัญหาและพัฒนาพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้

          วันที่ 24 กันยายน 2568 เวลา 11.30 น. ณ ห้องประชุม 1 กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า ค่ายสิรินธร ตำบลเขาตูม อำเภอยะรัง จังหวัดปัตตานี ศูนย์สันติวิธี จัดกิจกรรมมอบโล่เกียรติยศให้แก่กลุ่มเครือข่ายมวลชนที่ให้การสนับสนุนและช่วยเหลือการดำเนินงานของ กอ.รมน.ภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า โดยมี พลโท ไพศาล หนูสังข์ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 เป็นประธานในพิธี มอบโล่เกียรติยศให้กับกลุ่มมวลชนที่ได้รับการคัดเลือก จำนวน 60 กลุ่ม เพื่อเป็นการแสดงความขอบคุณต่อความร่วมมือที่มีส่วนสำคัญในการบูรณาการงานด้านมวลชน เสริมสร้างบรรยากาศที่เกื้อกูลต่อกระบวนการพูดคุยเพื่อสันติสุข และร่วมกันแก้ไขปัญหาในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้อย่างต่อเนื่อง

          พลโท ไพศาล หนูสังข์ กล่าวแสดงความชื่นชมว่า ตนมีความยินดีและตั้งใจมอบโล่ประกาศเกียรติยศแก่กลุ่มมวลชนผู้ให้การสนับสนุนภารกิจของศูนย์สันติวิธี ตลอดเวลาที่ผ่านมาได้เห็นถึงความทุ่มเทเสียสละและจิตอาสาของกลุ่มมวลชนทุกกลุ่มอย่างแท้จริง การมอบโล่ครั้งนี้ถือเป็นหลักฐานยืนยันถึงความร่วมมือในการทำงานร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ พร้อมขอบคุณทุกกลุ่มที่มีส่วนร่วมในทุกภารกิจ และหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าจะยังคงได้รับความร่วมมืออย่างใกล้ชิด เพื่อขับเคลื่อนภารกิจและกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย สร้างประโยชน์สุขแก่ประชาชน และนำพาสันติสุขกลับคืนสู่พื้นที่อย่างยั่งยืน

          ทั้งนี้ ศูนย์สันติวิธี กอ.รมน.ภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2556 ประกอบด้วย 4 กอง ได้แก่ กองกิจการพิเศษ กองสารใจสู่สันติ กองสันติวิธี และกองภาคประชาสังคม รวมทั้งโรงเรียนการเมือง โดยมีเครือข่ายมวลชนในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ให้การสนับสนุนภารกิจอย่างต่อเนื่องจนถึงปัจจุบัน

          Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4 Anugerahkan Plak Penghargaan kepada Kumpulan Rakyat Sokong Usaha Bawa Keamanan di Wilayah Selatan Thai

          Pada 24 September 2025 jam 11.30 pagi bertempat di Bilik Mesyuarat 1, Pejabat Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4 (Depan), Kem Sirindhorn, Mukim Khao Tum, Daerah Yarang, Wilayah Pattani – Pusat Damai Wilayah 4 telah mengadakan satu majlis penyampaian plak penghargaan kepada kumpulan jaringan rakyat (kumpulan masyarakat) yang banyak bantu dan sokong kerja-kerja pihak keselamatan.

Dalam majlis ini, Leftenan Jeneral Paisan Nusang, Panglima Tentera Wilayah 4 merangkap Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4, telah menjadi pengerusi dan menyampaikan plak penghargaan kepada 60 kumpulan rakyat yang telah dipilih sebagai tanda terima kasih atas kerjasama dan sumbangan mereka dalam usaha membina keamanan dan bantu selesai masalah di wilayah Selatan secara berterusan.

          Dalam ucapan beliau, Leftenan Jeneral Paisan berkata beliau sangat menghargai dan gembira dapat memberi anugerah ini kepada kumpulan rakyat yang telah banyak berkorban dan bekerja secara sukarela bantu misi damai. Anugerah ini juga jadi bukti bahawa masyarakat dan pihak kerajaan boleh bekerjasama dengan baik. Beliau juga ucap terima kasih kepada semua kumpulan yang terlibat dan berharap kerjasama ini akan terus kukuh demi kesejahteraan rakyat dan keamanan yang berkekalan.

          Untuk makluman, Pusat Damai Wilayah 4 (Depan) ditubuhkan sejak tahun 2013. Pusat ini terdiri daripada 4 bahagian utama: Bahagian Urusan Khas, Bahagian Jiwa ke Arah Damai, Bahagian Kaedah Damai, dan Bahagian Masyarakat Awam – termasuk juga Sekolah Politik. Kumpulan masyarakat dari pelbagai kawasan di wilayah selatan terus sokong misi pusat ini sampai hari ini.

          ISOC Region 4 Director Presents Honorary Plaques to Civilian Networks Supporting Peacebuilding and Development in the Southern Border Provinces

          On September 24, 2025, at 11:30 AM, at Meeting Room 1 of the Internal Security Operations Command Region 4 Forward (ISOC Region 4 Forward) Headquarters, Sirindhorn Camp, Khao Tum Subdistrict, Yarang District, Pattani Province, the Peace Operations Center organized a ceremony to present honorary plaques to civilian network groups that have supported the operations of ISOC Region 4 Forward.

The ceremony was presided over by Lieutenant General Paisan Nusang, Commander of the 4th Army Region and Director of ISOC Region 4, who presented plaques of recognition to 60 selected groups. This event was held to express appreciation for their active cooperation in civic engagement and contribution to fostering an environment conducive to the peace dialogue process, as well as their ongoing efforts in resolving local issues in the southern border provinces.

          Lieutenant General Paisan expressed his sincere appreciation, stating that he was honored to present these plaques to civilian groups that have consistently supported the missions of the Peace Operations Center. He commended their dedication, selflessness, and volunteer spirit, noting that these awards serve as a testament to their collaborative work with state officials. He extended his gratitude to all participating groups and expressed hope for continued close cooperation in advancing key missions and activities, ultimately aiming to improve the well-being of the people and achieve sustainable peace in the region.

          The Peace Operations Center of ISOC Region 4 Forward, established in 2013, comprises four divisions: the Special Affairs Division, the Hearts Toward Peace Division, the Peace Operations Division, and the Civil Society Division, along with the Political School. The center has received continuous support from grassroots networks across the southern border provinces, which play a vital role in advancing its peacebuilding efforts to this day.
