ไม่ใช่เยาวชน! ตามที่ พยายามชี้นำบิดเบือน

        จากกรณีเหตุการณ์เมื่อวันที่ 16 กรกฎาคม 2568 ที่ผ่านมา เจ้าหน้าที่ได้เชิญตัว นายมูฮัมหมัดซูกรู (สงวนนามสกุล) อายุ 19 ปี เจ้าของร้านกาแฟแห่งหนึ่งซึ่งเป็นผู้ต้องสงสัย เพื่อดำเนินการสอบสวนตามขั้นตอนของการซักถาม

         การปฏิบัติงานในครั้งนี้ เจ้าหน้าที่ได้ดำเนินการด้วยความโปร่งใส โดยได้เชิญ ผู้นำศาสนา ผู้นำชุมชน และญาติของผู้ต้องสงสัย ร่วมสังเกตการณ์ทุกขั้นตอน เพื่อความโปร่งใส พร้อมทั้งได้ทำความเข้าใจและแจ้งกับญาติของผู้ต้องสงสัย พร้อมชี้แจงเหตุผลของการเชิญตัวสอบสวนให้ญาติรับทราบอย่างชัดเจน ซึ่งสืบเนื่องจากเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ข้อมูลจากการควบคุมตัวนายรุสมาน (สงวนนามสกุล) ผู้ต้องสงสัยที่ยอมรับว่าเป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มขบวนการ BRN ในพื้นที่อำเภอโคกโพธิ์ จังหวัดปัตตานี ซึ่งมีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการวางระเบิดในพื้นที่จังหวัดพังงา กระบี่ และภูเก็ต โดยทำหน้าที่ส่งรถจักรยายนต์ที่ใช้ในการก่อเหตุดังกล่าว และได้ให้ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมว่า ร้านกาแฟของนายมูฮัมหมัดซูกรู (สงวนนามสกุล) ถูกใช้เป็นสถานที่ประชุมวางแผนของกลุ่ม และเป็นแหล่งพักพิงของสมาชิกขบวนการบางราย

          ต่อมา มีกระแสข้อมูลบิดเบือนในสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ กล่าวอ้างว่าเจ้าหน้าที่ควบคุมตัว “เยาวชน” ซึ่งไม่ตรงกับข้อเท็จจริง จากการตรวจสอบเอกสารและหลักฐานส่วนบุคคลพบว่า พบว่า นายมูฮัมหมัดซูกรู (สงวนนามสกุล) อายุ 19 ปี ถือเป็นผู้บรรลุนิติภาวะตามกฎหมาย ไม่เข้าข่ายนิยาม “เยาวชน” ตาม พระราชบัญญัติศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัวฯ พ.ศ. 2553 และฉบับแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม

         เจ้าหน้าที่ยืนยันว่าการปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปตามกรอบของกฎหมาย ดำเนินการภายใต้หลักสิทธิมนุษยชน ยุติธรรม โปร่งใส และสามารถตรวจสอบได้ทุกขั้นตอน พร้อมสร้างความเข้าใจถึงขั้นตอนการทำงานกับครอบครัวของผู้ถูกเชิญตัวอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทั้งนี้ขอความร่วมมือประชาชน หากพบเห็นบุคคลหรือพฤติกรรมน่าสงสัย สามารถแจ้งสายด่วนแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 โทร. 061-1732999 หรือ กอ.รมน.ภาค 4 สน. โทร. 1341 ได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง และขอเรียนให้ทราบว่า การให้ความช่วยเหลือผู้กระทำผิด เช่น การปกปิดที่ซ่อนตัว, การให้ที่พักพิงหรือเสบียง ถือเป็นความผิดตาม ประมวลกฎหมายอาญา มาตรา 189 มีโทษจำคุกไม่เกิน 2 ปี หรือปรับไม่เกิน 40,000 บาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ อีกทั้งขอให้ประชาชนตรวจสอบข่าวสารอย่างรอบคอบ ไม่ส่งต่อหรือแชร์ข้อมูลเท็จที่ยังไม่ได้รับการยืนยันจากทางราชการ เพื่อป้องกันการบิดเบือนและสร้างความแตกแยกในพื้นที่

Bukan Remaja! Seperti yang cuba dimanipulasi dan memesongkan fakta

Berhubung insiden pada 16 Julai 2025 yang lalu, pihak berkuasa telah menjemput En. Muhammad Suqru (nama keluarga dirahsiakan), berusia 19 tahun, pemilik sebuah kedai kopi, yang disyaki terlibat, untuk menjalani proses soal siasat mengikut prosedur yang ditetapkan.

Dalam pelaksanaan tugas ini, pihak berkuasa bertindak secara telus dengan menjemput pemimpin agama, pemimpin komuniti dan ahli keluarga suspek untuk menyaksikan setiap langkah proses, bagi memastikan ketelusan. Pihak berkuasa juga telah memberikan penjelasan kepada keluarga suspek berhubung sebab-sebab jemputan untuk disoal siasat. Ini berikutan maklumat yang diperoleh daripada penahanan En. Rusman (nama keluarga dirahsiakan), seorang suspek yang mengaku sebagai anggota kumpulan BRN di Daerah Kokpho, Wilayah Pattani, yang terlibat dalam siri pengeboman di wilayah Phangnga, Krabi dan Phuket. Beliau didakwa berperanan menghantar motosikal yang digunakan dalam serangan tersebut dan mendedahkan bahawa kedai kopi milik En. Muhammad Suqru dijadikan tempat perbincangan dan persembunyian sebahagian ahli kumpulan.

Kemudian, terdapat penyebaran maklumat yang memesongkan di media sosial yang mendakwa pihak berkuasa menahan “remaja,” yang tidak benar. Berdasarkan semakan dokumen dan bukti peribadi, En. Muhammad Suqru, berusia 19 tahun, telah mencapai umur dewasa mengikut undang-undang dan tidak tergolong dalam definisi “remaja” menurut Akta Mahkamah Remaja dan Keluarga Tahun 2010 dan pindaan seterusnya.

Pihak berkuasa menegaskan bahawa semua tindakan dijalankan mengikut kerangka undang-undang, berdasarkan prinsip hak asasi manusia, keadilan, ketelusan dan boleh diaudit dalam setiap langkah. Penjelasan lanjut juga diberikan secara berterusan kepada keluarga suspek. Oleh itu, orang awam digalakkan untuk melaporkan sebarang aktiviti atau individu yang mencurigakan ke Talian Hotline Panglima Tentera Wilayah Ke-4 di 061-1732999 atau ISOC Wilayah 4 Bahagian Hadapan di 1341, 24 jam sehari. Harap maklum bahawa membantu penjenayah – seperti menyembunyikan lokasi, memberi tempat tinggal atau bekalan – merupakan kesalahan di bawah Seksyen 189 Kanun Keseksaan, yang boleh dihukum penjara tidak melebihi 2 tahun atau denda tidak melebihi 40,000 baht, atau kedua-duanya. Orang awam juga dinasihatkan untuk menyemak kesahihan maklumat sebelum berkongsi, bagi mengelakkan penyebaran maklumat palsu dan perpecahan dalam masyarakat.

Not a Juvenile! Contrary to Misleading Claims

On the incident that occurred on 16 July 2025, authorities invited Mr. Muhammad Suqru (surname withheld), aged 19, the owner of a coffee shop, who was a suspect, for questioning as part of a standard investigation procedure.

In this operation, the authorities acted transparently. Religious leaders, community leaders, and the suspect’s family members were invited to observe every step of the process to ensure transparency. The authorities also clearly explained to the suspect’s family the reasons behind his being summoned for questioning. This followed information obtained from the detention of Mr. Rusman (surname withheld), a suspect who admitted to being a member of the BRN (Barisan Revolusi Nasional) movement in Kok Pho District, Pattani Province. He was involved in the motorcycle bombings in Phang Nga, Krabi, and Phuket provinces and served as a transporter of the motorcycles used in the attacks. He further revealed that Mr. Muhammad Suqru’s coffee shop was used as a meeting and planning site for the group, and a shelter for some of its members.

Later, misleading information circulated on social media, claiming that the authorities had detained a “juvenile,” which is not consistent with the facts. Upon checking personal documents and evidence, it was confirmed that Mr. Muhammad Suqru is 19 years old, and is legally an adult. He does not fall under the legal definition of a “juvenile” as defined in the Juvenile and Family Court Act, B.E. 2553 (2010), and its amendments.

The authorities affirm that the entire operation was conducted strictly within the legal framework, under principles of human rights, justice, transparency, and with full accountability. Continuous communication and clarification were provided to the family of the individual summoned. The public is urged to report any suspicious persons or behavior via the 4th Army Region Commander Hotline at 061-1732999, or ISOC Region 4 Forward Command at 1341, 24 hours a day.

Additionally, please be informed that aiding offenders, such as hiding their location, providing shelter or supplies, is considered a criminal offense under Section 189 of the Penal Code, punishable by up to 2 years of imprisonment, a fine of up to 40,000 baht, or both. Citizens are also urged to verify news and information carefully before sharing, to avoid the spread of false information and prevent divisions in the community.
