จากข้อมูลพยานหลักฐาน เชื่อมโยงไปสู่การบังคับใช้กฎหมายควบคุมผู้ต้องสงสัย อีกทั้งผลการซักถาม นำไปสู่ความคืบหน้าในการจับกุมผู้กระทำผิดเข้าสู่กระบวนการทางกฎหมาย จนกระทั่งออกมาสู่คำตัดสินของศาล

        จากเหตุการณ์ เมื่อวันที่ 10 มิถุนายน 2565 คือเหตุการณ์คนร้ายลอบวางระเบิดริมถนนทางหลวงหมายเลข 4066 ในพื้นที่ บ้านบือแนลือโบะ ตำบลสุวารี อำเภอรือเสาะ จังหวัดนราธิวาส โดยเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าวมุ่งหวังทำร้ายเจ้าหน้าที่ซึ่งปฏิบัติหน้าที่ลาดตระเวนเพื่อรักษาความปลอดภัยครูในพื้นที่ แต่เกิดระเบิดก่อนเวลา จึงไม่มีผู้ได้รับบาดเจ็บ หลังจากเกิดเหตุเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ควบคุมพื้นที่ปิดกั้นที่เกิดเหตุ เพื่อป้องกันอันตรายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นกับพี่น้องประชาชนเพิ่มเติมและเข้าตรวจสอบวัตถุพยานรวบรวมหลักฐานต่าง ๆ  ต่อมาเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ดำเนินติดตามและขยายผลเพื่อหาตัวกลุ่มคนร้ายมาดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมาย จนสามารถนำไปสู่การควบคุมตัวผู้ต้องสงสัยได้ทั้งสิ้น 8 ราย จากนั้นเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ส่งตัวเข้าสู่กระบวนการยุติธรรมเพื่อดำเนินกรรมวิธีในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อไป

         เมื่อวันที่ 27 มิถุนายน 2567 ศาลจังหวัดนราธิวาส (ชั้นต้น) พิพากษา “จำคุกจำเลยทั้งแปด คนละ 33 ปี” ความผิดฐานก่อการร้าย อั้งยี่ ซ่องโจร สะสมกำลังพลฯ ร่วมกันทำให้เสียทรัพย์ ร่วมกันพยายามฆ่าเจ้างานซึ่งกระทำการตามหน้าที่โดยไตร่ตรองไว้ก่อน พระราชบัญญัติอาวุธปืนและวัตถุระเบิดฯ เนื่องจากโจทก์มีพยานหลักฐานที่เชื่อว่าจำเลยคือกลุ่มคนร้ายในคดีนี้ ทั้งในชั้นพิจารณาจำเลยก็ให้การยอมรับว่าได้ร่วมลงมือก่อเหตุวางระเบิด พิพากษาจำคุกจำเลยทั้งแปดตลอดชีวิต แต่จำเลยทั้งแปดให้การรับสารภาพเป็นประโยชน์แก่การพิจารณา ลดโทษให้ละกึ่งหนึ่ง คงจำคุกจำเลยทั้งแปด คนละ 33 ปี (ขังจำเลยทั้งแปดคน ระหว่างอุทธรณ์)

         ต่อมา เมื่อวันที่ 18 มิถุนายน 2568 ศาลจังหวัดนราธิวาส อ่านคำพิพากษาศาลอุทธรณ์ ภาค 9 พิพากษาแก้คำพิพากษาศาลชั้นต้น จาก “จำคุกจำเลยทั้ง 8 จำนวน 33 ปี” ความผิดฐานก่อการร้าย อั้งยี่ ซ่องโจร สะสมกำลังพลฯร่วมกันทำให้เสียทรัพย์ ร่วมกันพยายามฆ่าเจ้าพนักงานซึ่งกระทำการตามหน้าที่โดยไตร่ตรองไว้ก่อน พระราชบัญญัติอาวุธปืนและวัตถุระเบิดฯ เนื่องจากศาลอุทธรณ์ ภาค 9 เชื่อว่าจำเลยทั้ง 8 ให้การรับสารภาพว่ากระทำผิดจริงตามที่โจทก์ฟ้อง โดยศาลอุทธรณ์ ภาค 9 แก้ฐานความผิดในเรื่อง เป็นการกระทำอันเป็นการสะสมกำลังพลและอาวุธเพื่อก่อการร้าย แล้วกระทำการอันใดเป็นการปกปิดไว้ ลงโทษจำคุก จำเลยทั้ง 8 จำนวน 3 ปี โดยลงโทษจำเลยทั้ง 8 ในความผิดฐานร่วมกันพยายามฆ่าเจ้าพนักงานขณะทำตามหน้าที่ ให้จำคุกจำเลยทั้ง 8 ตลอดชีวิต โดยจำเลยทั้ง 8 ให้การรับสารภาพเป็นประโยชน์แก่การพิจารณา ลดโทษให้กระทงละกึ่งหนึ่ง คงจำคุกจำเลยทั้ง 8 คนละ 26 ปี 6 เดือน (ขังจำเลยทั้ง 8 ระหว่างฎีกา)

        กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า ยังคงยืนยันในเจตนารมณ์การแก้ปัญหาด้วยแนวทางของสันติวิธี และจะดำเนินการเร่งติดตามจับกุมกลุ่มคนร้ายที่ก่อเหตุคดีความั่นคงต่าง ๆ ในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้มาดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมายโดยเร็วที่สุด รวมทั้งขอความร่วมมือพี่น้องประชาชนในพื้นที่ หากผู้ใดพบเบาะแส หรือพบวัตถุต้องสงสัย รวมถึงบุคคลต้องสงสัยเข้ามาเคลื่อนไหวในพื้นที่ สามารถแจ้งได้ที่หมายเลขโทรศัพท์สายตรง แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 โทร 061-1732999 หรือเบอร์สายด่วน กอ.รมน.ภาค 4 สน. 1341 และหน่วยเฉพาะกิจในพื้นที่ได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง

💢 Berdasarkan maklumat dan bukti saksi, pihak berkuasa telah mengambil tindakan penguatkuasaan undang-undang terhadap suspek. Hasil soal siasat membawa kepada kemajuan dalam penangkapan pesalah untuk dibawa ke muka pengadilan sehingga keputusan mahkamah dikeluarkan.

📙 Pada 10 Jun 2022, telah berlaku insiden letupan bom buatan sendiri di tepi Jalan Raya No. 4066, di kawasan Kampung Bue Na Lue Bo, Mukim Suware, Daerah Rue So, Wilayah Narathiwat. Serangan ini mensasarkan anggota keselamatan yang sedang menjalankan tugas rondaan untuk melindungi guru-guru di kawasan tersebut. Namun, letupan berlaku lebih awal daripada yang dirancang, menyebabkan tiada kecederaan. Selepas kejadian, pihak berkuasa mengawal kawasan dan mengumpul bahan bukti. Hasil siasatan dan tindakan susulan membawa kepada penahanan 8 orang suspek. Mereka telah diserahkan kepada proses kehakiman untuk tindakan selanjutnya.

⏰ Pada 27 Jun 2024, Mahkamah Wilayah Narathiwat (peringkat pertama) menjatuhkan hukuman penjara ke atas lapan orang tertuduh, masing-masing 33 tahun, atas kesalahan keganasan, pertubuhan haram, bersubahat, memiliki senjata dan bahan letupan, merosakkan harta awam, dan cubaan membunuh pegawai kerajaan dengan niat. Mahkamah percaya mereka adalah pelaku kes berdasarkan bukti dan pengakuan tertuduh semasa perbicaraan bahawa mereka terlibat dalam letupan tersebut. Hukuman asal adalah penjara seumur hidup, tetapi dikurangkan separuh kerana pengakuan bersalah — menjadi 33 tahun setiap seorang (dalam tahanan sementara rayuan).

🚨 Pada 18 Jun 2025, Mahkamah Rayuan Wilayah 9 membatalkan keputusan asal Mahkamah Peringkat Pertama dan menjatuhkan hukuman baru. Kesalahan ditukar kepada memiliki senjata dan tenaga untuk tujuan keganasan dan menyembunyikan niat sebenar. Mahkamah menjatuhkan hukuman penjara 3 tahun bagi kesalahan tersebut. Bagi kesalahan cubaan membunuh pegawai awam ketika bertugas, mahkamah menjatuhkan hukuman penjara seumur hidup. Namun, kerana mereka mengaku bersalah, hukuman dikurangkan separuh — menjadi 26 tahun 6 bulan penjara bagi setiap tertuduh (masih dalam tahanan sementara menunggu keputusan Mahkamah Tertinggi).

📙 On June 10, 2022, an incident occurred involving a homemade bomb explosion on Highway No. 4066 in the area of Bue Na Lue Bo village, Suware Subdistrict, Rue So District, Narathiwat Province. The attack targeted security officers conducting patrols to protect local teachers. However, the bomb detonated prematurely, resulting in no injuries. Authorities then secured the area to prevent further danger to the public and collected physical evidence at the scene. Subsequent investigation and intelligence operations led to the arrest of 8 suspects, who were then handed over to the justice system for further legal proceedings.

⏰ On June 27, 2024, the Narathiwat Provincial Court (First Instance) sentenced the eight defendants to 33 years imprisonment each on charges of terrorism, being members of a secret society and a criminal gang, mobilizing forces, causing property damage, and attempted murder of public officers performing their duties with premeditation. They were also found guilty under the Firearms and Explosives Act. The court believed the defendants were part of the criminal group based on evidence and their own confessions during trial, admitting to participating in the bombing. The original sentence was life imprisonment, but due to their confessions, the sentence was reduced by half, resulting in 33 years imprisonment each (held in custody during appeal).

🚨 On June 18, 2025, the Narathiwat Provincial Court read the verdict of the Court of Appeal, Region 9, which amended the original ruling. The previous sentence of 33 years imprisonment for all 8 defendants on charges of terrorism, criminal association, mobilizing forces, causing property damage, and attempted murder of public officers was revised. The Court of Appeal accepted the defendants’ confessions and reclassified the charges as “mobilizing forces and possessing weapons for terrorism while concealing their intentions.” The court sentenced them to 3 years imprisonment for this charge. For the charge of attempted murder of public officers in the line of duty, the court imposed life imprisonment. However, due to their guilty pleas, the sentences were reduced by half, resulting in 26 years and 6 months imprisonment each (held in custody during appeal to the Supreme Court).
