แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4  เป็นประธานประชุมปฏิบัติการรักษาความปลอดภัยรัฐวิสาหกิจ การไฟฟ้า ครั้งที่ 3/2568 ผนึกกำลังทุกภาคส่วน ปกป้องโครงสร้างพื้นฐานสำคัญในพื้นที่ จชต.

         เมื่อวันที่ 26 มิถุนายน 2568 เวลา 09.30 น. ที่ มณฑลทหารบกที่ 42 ค่ายเสนาณรงค์ ตำบลคอหงส์ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา พลโท ไพศาล  หนูสังข์ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 เป็นประธานการประชุมเพื่อติดตามระบบการรักษาความปลอดภัย รัฐวิสาหกิจ และระบบสาธารณูปโภคในส่วนของการไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค เขต 3 (พื้นที่ภาคใต้) โดยเฉพาะในพื้นที่สามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ครั้งที่ 3 ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 โดยมี พันตำรวจเอก เดชาวุธ เจ๊ะเต๊ะ รองผู้บังคับการอำนวยการตำรวจภูธรภาค 9, ผู้ว่าการ การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค เขต 3 (ภาคใต้), ผู้อำนวยการสำนักทางหลวงที่ 18 พร้อมด้วยส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วมประชุม

        สำหรับการประชุมในครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อติดตามและบูรณาการแผนการรักษาความปลอดภัยระบบสาธารณูปโภคพื้นฐานของพี่น้องประชาชน โดยเฉพาะการไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย (กฟผ.) และการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค เขต 3 (ภาคใต้) ซึ่งครอบคลุมพื้นที่ในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้

        สาระสำคัญของการประชุมคือการวางแนวทางการป้องกันการลอบก่อเหตุที่อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านพลังงาน อาทิ สถานีไฟฟ้า เสาไฟฟ้า และระบบสายส่งไฟฟ้า โดยใช้แนวทางความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐ รัฐวิสาหกิจ และภาคประชาชน ควบคู่ไปกับการใช้เทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่

       ในโอกาสนี้ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 เน้นย้ำว่า “โครงสร้างพื้นฐานของรัฐคือสิ่งที่เราทุกคนต้องช่วยกันดูแล และต้องได้รับการคุ้มครองอย่างสูงสุด เพราะเป็นหัวใจหลักในการดำรงชีวิตของพี่น้องประชาชนในพื้นที่ ความร่วมมือจากทุกภาคส่วนจะเป็นเกราะป้องกันที่แข็งแกร่งที่สุด”

        การประชุมในครั้งนี้นับเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญในการสร้างเครือข่ายความมั่นคงที่ครอบคลุมและยั่งยืน สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นของกองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า และทุกภาคส่วนในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต รวมไปถึงความปลอดภัยของพี่น้องประชาชนในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ เพราะไฟฟ้าคือความสุขของทุกคน

🍄 Panglima Tentera Ke-4 telah mempengerusikan Mesyuarat Operasi Keselamatan Infrastruktur Perkhidmatan Awam Elektrik Kali Ke-3/2568, mengukuhkan kerjasama antara semua pihak dalam melindungi infrastruktur kritikal di wilayah Selatan Thailand.

⚡️ Pada 26 Jun 2568, jam 09.30 pagi, di Markas Tentera Ke-42, Kem Senanarong, Kampung Kohong, Daerah Hat Yai, Wilayah Songkhla, Major Jeneral Phaisan Noosang, Panglima Tentera Ke-4 / Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Tentera Ke-4, mempengerusikan mesyuarat untuk memantau sistem keselamatan untuk Perkhidmatan Awam Elektrik dan infrastruktur elektrik negara, terutamanya di tiga wilayah sempadan Selatan Thailand. Mesyuarat kali ini dihadiri oleh Kolonel Detchawut Jae-Ta, Timbalan Pengarah Jabatan Pengurusan Polis Wilayah 9, Ketua Eksekutif Perkhidmatan Elektrik Wilayah 3 (Selatan), Pengarah Jabatan Kerja Raya Negeri 18 serta pihak yang berkaitan.

🍁 Mesyuarat kali ini bertujuan untuk memantau dan menyelaraskan pelan keselamatan untuk infrastruktur asas rakyat, khususnya Perusahaan Elektrik Negara Thailand (EGAT) dan Perkhidmatan Elektrik Wilayah 3 (Selatan), yang meliputi tiga wilayah sempadan di Selatan.

☘️ Intipati mesyuarat adalah merancang langkah-langkah pencegahan terhadap kemungkinan ancaman yang boleh mengganggu infrastruktur tenaga seperti stesen elektrik, tiang elektrik, dan sistem penghantaran elektrik, dengan menggunakan kerjasama antara kerajaan, syarikat perkhidmatan awam, dan masyarakat, di samping penggunaan teknologi moden.

🌍 Pada kesempatan ini, Panglima Tentera Ke-4 menegaskan bahawa “Infrastruktur kerajaan adalah perkara yang perlu kita semua jaga dan mesti dilindungi sepenuhnya kerana ia adalah nadi utama dalam kehidupan rakyat di kawasan ini. Kerjasama dari semua pihak akan menjadi benteng yang paling kukuh.”

⚡️ On June 26, 2025, at 09:30 AM, at the 42nd Army Area, Senanarong Camp, Kohhong Subdistrict, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province, Lieutenant General Phisan Noosang, Commander of the 4th Army Area / Director of Internal Security Operations for the 4th Army Area, chaired the meeting to follow up on the security systems for state enterprises and public utilities, particularly the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) and Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) Zone 3 (Southern region), with a focus on the three Southern border provinces. The meeting was attended by Colonel Detchawut Jae-Ta, Deputy Commander of Police Operations for Region 9, the Governor of PEA Zone 3 (Southern), Director of Highway Bureau 18, and other relevant stakeholders.

🍁 The purpose of this meeting was to monitor and integrate plans for the security of the country’s infrastructure, particularly EGAT and PEA Zone 3 (Southern), covering the areas of the three Southern border provinces.

☘️ The main focus of the meeting was to establish preventive measures against possible threats that could affect energy infrastructure, such as power stations, electricity poles, and transmission lines. This involved a collaborative approach between the government, state enterprises, and the community, along with the use of modern technology.

🌍 On this occasion, the Commander of the 4th Army Area emphasized, “State infrastructure is something we all must take care of and protect to the highest level because it is the core of the people’s daily lives in the area. Cooperation from all sectors will be the strongest shield.”

💫 This meeting marked another important step in building a comprehensive and sustainable security network, reflecting the commitment of the Internal Security Operations Command for the 4th Army Area Front and all sectors in improving the quality of life and ensuring the safety of the people in the Southern Border Provinces, because electricity is the happiness of all.
