แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ย้ำผู้ก่อเหตุรุนแรงสร้างสถานการณ์ทำลายเมืองท่องเที่ยวสำคัญ  กำชับเจ้าหน้าที่คุมเข้มพื้นที่ จชต. เน้นเมืองเศรษฐกิจ ขอความร่วมมือสอดส่องแจ้งเบาะแสหากพบสิ่งผิดปกติ

        วันนี้ (26 มิถุนายน 2568) เวลา 19.15 น. ที่ค่ายเสนาณรงค์ ตำบลคอหงส์ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา พลโท ไพศาล  หนูสังข์ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 เปิดเผยถึงกรณีที่ตำรวจ เข้าจับกุมตัว นายสุไลมาน และนายมูหามะ สองผู้ต้องหาพร้อมวัตถุระเบิด ภายในรถยนต์ส่วนบุคคล พื้นที่สถานีตำรวจภูธรภูธรเมืองพังงา เมื่อ 24 มิถุนายน 2568 ที่ผ่านมา จนนำมาสู่การสอบปากคำ และตรวจสอบหลักฐานกล้องวงจรปิด  ยืนยันผู้ก่อเหตุมีความเชื่อมโยงเป็นเครือข่ายเดียวกันที่เคลื่อนไหวในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนใต้ พร้อมกล่าวขอบคุณพี่น้องประชาชนที่แจ้งเบาะแสต่อเจ้าหน้าที่จนนำมาสู่การจับกุมผู้ก่อเหตุ และมีความสงสัยเกี่ยวข้องกับสถานการณ์ในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ล่าสุดวันนี้ ( 26 มิถุนายน 2568 ) เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจภูธรภาค 9  ร่วมกับ เจ้าหน้าที่ของ กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า นำกำลังขยายผลตรวจค้นพื้นที่จังหวัดปัตตานี 4 จุด เข้าจับกุมผู้ร่วมขบวนการขนวัตถุระเบิด ป่วน จังหวัดภูเก็ต กระบี่ และพังงา ได้เพิ่มอีก 3 คน จากการสอบปากคำผู้ก่อเหตุรับสารภาพได้รับ สั่งการจากแกนนำกลุ่มขบวนการหวังสร้างสถานการณ์ ลดทอนความเชื่อมั่นต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ในพื้นที่เมืองเศรษฐกิจทะเลอันดามัน คือ จังหวัดพังงา ภูเก็ต กระบี่  ส่วนวัตถุระเบิดที่ตรวจพบนั้นไม่ใช่ระเบิดทำลาย หรือระเบิดสังหารแต่อย่างใด เป็นเพียงระเบิดสร้างสถานการณ์ให้เกิดความหวาดกลัว ต่อประชาชนหรือนักท่องเที่ยวเท่านั้น  ชื่นชมการทำงานมีความพร้อมปฏิบัติอยู่เสมอของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจภูธรภาค 8 และ 9 ที่บูรณาการอย่างประสานสอดคล้องใกล้ชิด ร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในจังหวัดพังงา ภูเก็ต กระบี่ ร่วมกันทำงานต่างๆได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ  ยืนยัน ทุกภาคส่วน ยกระดับ มาตรการดูแลรักษาความปลอดภัยพื้นที่เข้มงวด ควบคู่กับการเฝ้าระวังกลุ่มผู้ก่อเหตุรุนแรงจากพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ที่อาจจะไปก่อเหตุ สร้างสถานการณ์นอกพื้นที่ซ้ำมากขึ้น สิ่งสำคัญคือเครือข่ายภาคประชาชนต้องร่วมกันเฝ้าระวังมากยิ่งขึ้น หากพบบุคคลต้องสงสัย แจ้งเบาะแสแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ทันที

💂💂 Panglima Tentera Ke-4 menegaskan bahawa individu yang terlibat dalam keganasan yang mencipta situasi untuk merosakkan bandar pelancongan utama diminta supaya pihak berkuasa mengawal ketat kawasan di selatan Thai. Penekanan diberikan pada bandar ekonomi. Beliau juga meminta kerjasama orang ramai untuk melaporkan sebarang maklumat sekiranya terdapat perkara yang mencurigakan.

🗣 Hari ini (26 Jun 2568), pada jam 7.15 malam di Kem Senanarong, Kampung Koh Hong, Daerah Hat Yai, Provinsi Songkhla, Leftenan Jeneral Phayathorn Noosang, Panglima Tentera Ke-4 / Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah Ke-4, mengumumkan berkenaan kes penangkapan Encik Sulaiman dan Encik Muhama, dua suspek yang ditemui dengan bahan letupan di dalam kenderaan peribadi di kawasan Balai Polis Pusat Phang Nga pada 24 Jun 2568 yang lalu. Penangkapan ini membawa kepada soal siasat dan pemeriksaan bukti dari rakaman CCTV yang mengesahkan bahawa suspek terlibat dalam rangkaian yang bergerak aktif di kawasan sempadan selatan. Panglima Tentera Ke-4 turut mengucapkan terima kasih kepada rakyat yang memberikan maklumat kepada pihak berkuasa yang akhirnya membawa kepada penangkapan suspek dan menunjukkan hubungan dengan situasi di kawasan sempadan selatan.

Pada hari ini (26 Jun 2568), pasukan polis dari Wilayah Polis Ke-9 bersama pegawai dari Pusat Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah Ke-4 telah mengembangkan siasatan dan menyerbu 4 lokasi di wilayah Pattani. Mereka berjaya menangkap 3 lagi individu yang terlibat dalam penyeludupan bahan letupan yang menyebabkan gangguan di Phuket, Krabi, dan Phang Nga. Hasil soal siasat, suspek mengakui menerima arahan dari pemimpin kumpulan untuk mencipta situasi yang dapat merendahkan kepercayaan rakyat terhadap pihak berkuasa di bandar ekonomi Laut Andaman iaitu Phang Nga, Phuket dan Krabi. Bahan letupan yang ditemui bukanlah untuk tujuan merosakkan atau membunuh, tetapi hanya bertujuan untuk menimbulkan ketakutan kepada orang ramai atau pelancong.

Kami menghargai kerja keras dan kesiapsiagaan pasukan polis dari Wilayah Polis Ke-8 dan Ke-9 yang bekerjasama dengan pihak berkuasa di wilayah Phang Nga, Phuket dan Krabi dalam melaksanakan tugas mereka dengan berkesan. Semua pihak telah meningkatkan langkah-langkah keselamatan di kawasan tersebut serta terus memantau aktiviti kumpulan keganasan yang mungkin mencetuskan situasi di luar kawasan. Yang penting, jaringan masyarakat perlu bekerjasama untuk lebih berhati-hati. Sekiranya ada individu yang mencurigakan, segera laporkan kepada pihak berkuasa.

🗣 Today (June 26, 2025) at 7:15 PM, at Senanarong Camp, Koh Hong Subdistrict, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province, Lieutenant General Phayathorn Noosang, Commander of the 4th Army Area / Director of Internal Security Operations for Area 4, revealed the case in which police arrested Mr. Sulaiman and Mr. Muhama, two suspects with explosive devices inside their private vehicle, at the Phang Nga Provincial Police Station on June 24, 2025. This led to an interrogation and review of CCTV evidence, confirming that the perpetrators were part of the same network operating in the southern border provinces. The Commander also thanked the public for providing tips that led to the arrest and expressed concerns about possible links to the situation in the southern border provinces.

Today (June 26, 2025), police from the 9th Provincial Police Bureau, in collaboration with the Internal Security Operations Command of Area 4, expanded their investigation and conducted searches at 4 locations in Pattani province. They arrested 3 more individuals involved in the explosives smuggling operation, which caused disruptions in Phuket, Krabi, and Phang Nga. During interrogation, the suspects confessed that they had been ordered by leaders of the movement to create situations that would undermine public trust in authorities in the Andaman Sea economic cities—Phang Nga, Phuket, and Krabi. The explosive devices found were not meant for destruction or assassination but were intended to create fear among the public or tourists.

We commend the constant readiness and effective work of the police from the 8th and 9th Provincial Police Bureaus, who have been working closely and efficiently with officers from the Internal Security Operations Command in Phang Nga, Phuket, and Krabi. All parties have heightened their security measures and are working in tandem with efforts to monitor violent groups from the southern border provinces that might try to create incidents outside of the area. The key is that the public network must work together to monitor activities more closely. If any suspicious individuals are found, they should immediately report them to authorities.
