แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ลงพื้นที่ตรวจสอบเหตุลอบวางระเบิดและกราดยิงในพื้นที่ จ.นราธิวาส เด็กและประชาชนบาดเจ็บหลายราย

          วันที่ 21 เมษายน 2568 — พลโท ไพศาล หนูสังข์ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4/ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ลงพื้นที่ตรวจสอบเหตุความไม่สงบในจังหวัดนราธิวาส หลังเกิดเหตุลอบวางระเบิดบริเวณสถานีตำรวจภูธรโคกเคียน และเหตุกราดยิงในพื้นที่บ้านฆอเลาะทูวอ อำเภอแว้ง ส่งผลให้เด็กและประชาชนได้รับบาดเจ็บรวมหลายราย

           เหตุการณ์แรกเกิดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 20 เมษายน 2568 เวลาประมาณ 18.45 น. คนร้ายลอบวางระเบิดบริเวณริมกำแพงหลังแฟลตตำรวจ สภ.โคกเคียน อ.เมืองนราธิวาส แรงระเบิดส่งผลให้เด็กและเจ้าหน้าที่ได้รับบาดเจ็บ 10 ราย รวมถึงเด็กนักเรียนอายุระหว่าง 3-13 ปี ซึ่งเป็นบุตรหลานของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ ขณะกำลังเดินทางไปเรียนอัลกุรอ่าน เจ้าหน้าที่ได้เร่งช่วยเหลือผู้บาดเจ็บส่งโรงพยาบาลนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ และโรงพยาบาลกัลยาณิวัฒนาการุณย์

          จากการสอบสวนเบื้องต้น ทราบว่า คนร้ายใช้รถจักรยานยนต์พ่วงข้างประกอบระเบิดแสวงเครื่องมาวางไว้บริเวณหลังรั้วแฟลต และหลบหนีไปก่อนก่อเหตุโดยมีการบันทึกภาพจากกล้องวงจรปิดไว้เป็นหลักฐาน ซึ่งเจ้าหน้าที่อยู่ระหว่างการสืบสวนสอบสวนและรวบรวมพยานหลักฐานทางนิติวิทยาศาสตร์อย่างเร่งด่วน

          นอกจากนี้ ในพื้นที่อำเภอแว้ง จังหวัดนราธิวาส ยังเกิดเหตุคนร้ายใช้อาวุธปืนไม่ทราบชนิดกราดยิงใส่ประชาชนที่กำลังนั่งรับประทานอาหารหน้าบ้านเลขที่ 229/11 บ้านฆอเลาะทูวอ หมู่ที่ 7 ต.แว้ง ส่งผลให้มีผู้ได้รับบาดเจ็บ 7 ราย ถูกนำตัวส่งโรงพยาบาลแว้งและโรงพยาบาลสุไหงโก-ลก เพื่อรับการรักษา

          ด้านภรรยาของ ดาบตำรวจ อนุชา ศรีสุวรรณ์ หนึ่งในผู้ได้รับบาดเจ็บจากเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าว เปิดเผยด้วยน้ำเสียงสั่นเครือว่า “เมื่อทราบข่าวว่าสามีของตนได้รับบาดเจ็บจากเหตุการณ์คนร้ายกราดยิง ตนตกใจและแอบกลัวว่าสามีจะเกิดอันตราย ตนและลูกจึงได้รีบเดินทางมายังโรงพยาบาลสุไหงโก-ลก เพื่อติดตามอาการของสามี และเมื่อทราบว่าอาการของสามีได้พ้นขีดอันตรายก็รู้สึกโล่งใจ พร้อมทั้งแสดงความหวังว่าเหตุการณ์รุนแรงในพื้นที่ชายแดนใต้จะยุติลงเสียที โดยอยากให้ทุกฝ่ายหันหน้าเข้าหากัน พูดคุยปรองดองกัน หยุดความรุนแรง เพราะแม้ว่าเราจะมีวิถีชีวิตหรือความเชื่อที่ต่างกัน แต่เราสามารถอยู่ร่วมกันได้ เพราะเราก็คือคนไทยด้วยกัน อยากให้รักกัน เหมือนที่เคยเป็นมาในอดีต”

          อย่างไรก็ตาม เหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นครั้งนี้ นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งความรุนแรงที่สร้างความหวาดกลัวและส่งผลกระทบต่อความรู้สึกของประชาชนในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ด้าน แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 จึงได้กำชับและเน้นย้ำให้ทุกหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเร่งยกระดับมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยให้เข้มงวดและรัดกุมยิ่งขึ้น พร้อมบูรณาการการทำงานร่วมกันอย่างใกล้ชิด เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดเหตุซ้ำอีก ขณะเดียวกัน เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องอยู่ระหว่างเร่งรวบรวมพยานหลักฐาน เพื่อติดตามจับกุมผู้ก่อเหตุ มาดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมายโดยเร็วที่สุด

 21 April 2025 — Leftenan Jeneral Paisan Nusang, Panglima Tentera Wilayah Ke-4 / Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah Ke-4, telah turun padang ke Narathiwat untuk menyiasat insiden keganasan selepas kejadian letupan bom berhampiran Balai Polis Kok Khian dan kejadian tembakan rambang di Kampung Kolotuwa, Daerah Waeng, yang mengakibatkan beberapa orang awam termasuk kanak-kanak cedera.

 Kejadian pertama berlaku pada 20 April 2025, kira-kira jam 6.45 petang, apabila penjenayah meletakkan bom berhampiran tembok belakang kuarters polis di Balai Polis Kok Khian, Daerah Mueang, Narathiwat. Letupan menyebabkan 10 orang cedera, termasuk kanak-kanak berusia antara 3 hingga 13 tahun yang merupakan anak-anak pegawai polis yang sedang dalam perjalanan ke kelas mengaji al-Quran. Mangsa telah dibawa ke Hospital Narathiwat Ratchanakarin dan Hospital Kalayaniwattana Karun untuk menerima rawatan.

 Siasatan awal mendapati penjenayah menggunakan motosikal roda tiga yang dipasang bom buatan sendiri dan meletakkannya di belakang pagar kuarters sebelum melarikan diri. Rakaman CCTV di kawasan kejadian sedang dianalisis dan pihak berkuasa kini giat mengumpul bukti forensik.

 Dalam kejadian berasingan di Daerah Waeng, Narathiwat, penjenayah bersenjata yang tidak dikenali melepaskan tembakan ke arah sekumpulan orang awam yang sedang makan di hadapan rumah No. 229/11, Kampung Kolotuwa, Mukim Waeng. Serangan ini menyebabkan 7 orang cedera dan telah dihantar ke Hospital Waeng dan Hospital Su-ngai Kolok untuk rawatan lanjut.

 Isteri kepada Sarjan Anucha Srisuwan, salah seorang mangsa yang cedera dalam kejadian tersebut, berkata dengan suara yang sebak:

“Apabila mendapat berita suami saya cedera akibat kejadian tembakan, saya sangat terkejut dan takut akan keselamatannya. Saya dan anak segera ke Hospital Su-ngai Kolok untuk mengetahui keadaannya. Apabila doktor beritahu keadaannya stabil dan selamat, saya berasa sangat lega. Saya berharap keganasan di wilayah selatan ini akan berakhir. Kita semua, walaupun berbeza cara hidup dan kepercayaan, boleh hidup bersama dengan aman kerana kita semua rakyat Thailand. Saya ingin melihat kita semua saling menyayangi seperti dahulu.”

 Walau bagaimanapun, kejadian ini telah mencetuskan ketakutan dan memberi kesan besar terhadap perasaan rakyat di wilayah selatan. Panglima Tentera Wilayah Ke-4 telah mengarahkan semua agensi keselamatan meningkatkan kawalan keselamatan dan bekerjasama secara menyeluruh untuk mencegah kejadian seperti ini berulang. Pihak berkuasa kini sedang giat mengumpul bukti dan memburu penjenayah untuk dibawa ke muka pengadilan secepat mungkin.

 Panglima Tentera Wilayah Ke-4 turut merayu kerjasama rakyat agar menjadi mata dan telinga pihak keselamatan.  4th Army Region Commander Visits Narathiwat to Investigate Bombing and Shooting Incidents — Several Children and Civilians Injured

 April 21, 2025 — Lieutenant General Paisan Nusang, Commander of the 4th Army Region and Director of Internal Security Operations Region 4, visited Narathiwat Province to inspect the scenes of recent unrest, including a bombing near Kok Khian Police Station and a mass shooting in the Kolotuwa Village area of Waeng District, which resulted in multiple injuries among children and local residents.

 The first incident occurred on April 20, 2025, at around 6:45 PM, when a bomb was planted along the wall behind a police apartment complex at Kok Khian Police Station in Mueang Narathiwat District. The explosion injured 10 people, including police officers and children aged 3 to 13 — the children of officers who were on their way to Quranic studies. Emergency responders rushed the injured to Narathiwat Ratchanakarin Hospital and Kalayaniwattana Karun Hospital for treatment.

 Preliminary investigations revealed that the perpetrators used a sidecar motorcycle loaded with an improvised explosive device (IED), placed it behind the police flats, and fled the scene before the explosion. CCTV footage captured the incident, and authorities are now urgently gathering forensic evidence to identify and apprehend the suspects.

 In a separate incident in Waeng District, Narathiwat, unknown gunmen opened fire on civilians who were dining outside their home at 229/11, Kolotuwa Village, Moo 7, Waeng Subdistrict. Seven people were injured and transported to Waeng Hospital and Su-ngai Kolok Hospital for medical attention.

 The wife of Police Sergeant Anucha Srisuwan, one of the injured victims, spoke with a trembling voice:

“When I heard the news that my husband had been injured in the shooting, I was shocked and afraid for his life. My child and I immediately traveled to Su-ngai Kolok Hospital to check on him. Once I learned that he was out of danger, I felt relieved. I truly hope that the violence in the southern border region will finally come to an end. I want everyone to come together, communicate, and reconcile. Even though we may have different ways of life and beliefs, we can coexist peacefully. We are all Thai people — I want us to love one another like we used to.”

 This incident marks yet another act of violence that has instilled fear and deeply affected the local community in the southern border provinces. In response, the 4th Army Region Commander has ordered all relevant agencies to urgently tighten security measures and enhance coordination among units to prevent future attacks. Authorities are currently expediting the collection of evidence to bring the perpetrators to justice as quickly as possible.

 The 4th Army Region Commander is also calling for public cooperation.
