แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 เน้นทหาร ดึงศักยภาพสร้างความรู้เสริมกำลังให้ อส.จชต. ดูแลบ้านเกิด กำชับกำลังพลปรับเปลี่ยนแผนเผชิญเหตุ สร้างพื้นที่ปลอดเหตุ ประชาชนปลอดภัย ครอบคลุมในทุกมิติ          

          วันนี้  20 มีนาคม 2568  เวลา 09.20 น. ที่ว่าการอำเภอเจาะไอร้อง ตำบลจวบ อำเภอเจาะไอร้อง จังหวัดนราธิวาส พลโท ไพศาล  หนูสังข์ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 พร้อมคณะผู้บังคับบัญชา ลงพื้นที่ติดตามสถานการณ์ภาพรวมในพื้นที่ โดยมีผู้บังคับบัญชา พร้อมคณะฝ่ายอำนวยการของ กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า นายอำเภอ / ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ปฏิบัติการอำเภอ ปลัดอำเภอ หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วมรายงานสถานการณ์ และประชุมตามแผนนโยบาย

          โอกาสนี้ พลโท ไพศาล  หนูสังข์ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ระบุถึงการลงพื้นที่ครั้งนี้ เพื่อเยี่ยมให้กำลังใจพร้อมติดตามสถานการณ์รับฟังแนวความคิดในการแก้ไขปัญหาในพื้นที่ให้เกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์สูงสุด รวมทั้งรับฟังปัญหา ข้อขัดข้องและข้อเสนอแนะจากหน่วยในพื้นที่อำเภอเจาะไอร้อง เพื่อผลักดัน ขับเคลื่อนการแก้ไขปัญหาระดับนโยบายให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ในปัจจุบันและอนาคต พร้อมย้ำว่าหน่วยเฉพาะกิจในพื้นที่ โดยเฉพาะหน่วยเฉพาะกิจสันติสุข ต้องเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งเป็นพี่เลี้ยงเสริมทักษะการดูพิทักษ์กำลังพล ควบคู่กับการดูแลประชาชนให้ปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สินให้มีประสิทธิภาพรับมือทันท่วงทีในทุกสถานการณ์ รวมทั้งกล่าวชื่นชมการปฏิบัติงานของทุกภาคส่วนในภาพรวมถึงความร่วมมืออย่างดียิ่ง โดยขับเคลื่อนงานการแก้ไขปัญหาตามยุทธศาสตร์ชาติด้านความมั่นคงได้อย่างเรียบร้อยต่อเนื่อง ทั้งนี้ได้เน้นย้ำถึงเรื่องการบังคับใช้กฎหมายกับผู้ที่กระทำความผิด เป็นสิ่งที่เจ้าหน้าที่ไม่สามารถละเว้นการปฏิบัติได้ แต่ต้องดำเนินการอย่างถูกต้องตามขั้นตอนและไม่ละเมิดสิทธิมนุษยชนเด็ดขาด หลังพบสถานการณ์ภาพรวมว่าผู้ก่อเหตุรุนแรงยังคงพยายายามสร้างสถานการณ์ก่อเหตุทุกรูปแบบ เพื่อแสดงศักยภาพและความมีตัวตนของกลุ่มขบวนการ โดยมีเป้าหมายหลักเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายความมั่นคง และกลุ่มเปราะบาง

          อย่างไรก็ตาม กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า ยังคงมุ่งมั่นบูรณาการในการทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งพลเรือน ตำรวจ ทหาร ผู้นำศาสนา ผู้นำชุมชน และประชาชนในพื้นที่ส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติซึ่งกันและกัน เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาในพื้นที่ ร่วมนำพาความสุข สันติสุข สู่พี่น้องชายแดนใต้อย่างยั่งยืน

Panglima Angkatan Tentera Ke-4 memberi penekanan kepada tentera untuk menggerakkan potensi dalam membina pengetahuan dan memperkukuh kekuatan Anggota Sukarela (AS) di wilayah Selatan untuk menjaga kampung halaman. Beliau juga memberi arahan agar anggota tentera menyesuaikan pelan tindakan bagi menghadapi situasi kecemasan, serta mewujudkan kawasan yang bebas daripada kejadian kekerasan dan memastikan keselamatan rakyat dalam semua aspek.  Hari ini (20 Mac 2025) pada jam 09:20 pagi, di Pejabat Daerah Joh I Rong, Kampung Juab, Daerah Joh I Rong, Negeri Narathiwat, Panglima Angkatan Tentera Ke-4, Jeneral Phisarn Nusing, bersama dengan para pegawai kanan, meninjau keadaan keseluruhan di lapangan. Beliau diiringi oleh pegawai kanan dan ahli jawatankuasa dari Kawasan Keselamatan Dalam Negeri (KDN) Wilayah 4, bersama dengan Pegawai Daerah, Pengarah Pusat Operasi Daerah, Ketua Pentadbir Daerah dan pegawai yang terlibat dalam laporan situasi dan mesyuarat pelaksanaan dasar.  Dalam lawatan ini, Panglima Angkatan Tentera Ke-4, Jeneral Phisarn Nusing, menyatakan bahawa lawatan kali ini bertujuan untuk memberi sokongan moral, serta meninjau situasi dan mendengar idea-idea dalam menangani masalah di kawasan ini bagi mencapai hasil yang terbaik. Beliau juga ingin mendengar masalah, halangan dan cadangan daripada unit-unit tempatan di daerah Joh I Rong untuk mendorong dan mempercepatkan penyelesaian masalah di peringkat dasar yang sesuai dengan keadaan semasa dan akan datang. Beliau juga menekankan bahawa unit-unit khas di kawasan ini, terutama Unit Khas Santi Suk, harus memperkukuhkan keupayaan mereka dalam melatih anggota tentera untuk menjaga keselamatan rakyat dan memastikan bahawa mereka sentiasa siap menghadapi apa jua situasi dengan efektif. Jeneral Phisarn turut memuji kerjasama yang sangat baik antara semua pihak dalam usaha menangani masalah keselamatan mengikut strategi keselamatan negara.  Walau bagaimanapun, Kawasan Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4 masih bertekad untuk terus bekerjasama dengan semua agensi yang terlibat, termasuk pasukan keselamatan, pemimpin agama, pemimpin masyarakat, dan rakyat tempatan untuk mempromosikan tindakan bersama dalam menyelesaikan masalah di kawasan ini. Tujuannya adalah untuk membawa kedamaian dan kesejahteraan yang berterusan kepada rakyat di sempadan Selatan.

The Commander of the 4th Army Region emphasizes the importance of enhancing the soldiers’ potential by increasing knowledge and strengthening the volunteer forces (Civil Defense Volunteers) in the Southern Border Provinces to take care of their homeland. He also instructed the troops to adjust their plans for emergency situations, create incident-free zones, and ensure the safety of the people in all aspects.  Today (March 20, 2025) at 9:20 AM, at the District Office of Joh I Rong, Juab Subdistrict, Joh I Rong District, Narathiwat Province, General Phisarn Nusing, Commander of the 4th Army Region and Director of Internal Security Operations in the 4th Region, along with his team of commanders, visited the area to assess the overall situation. They were accompanied by the commanders and staff members of the Internal Security Operations Command Region 4 Forward Command, the District Chief, the Director of the District Operations Center, the District Secretary, heads of government departments, and relevant officials to report on the situation and hold a meeting in line with the policy plan.  On this occasion, General Phisarn Nusing emphasized that the purpose of his visit was to offer moral support, follow up on the situation, and listen to ideas on solving problems in the area to achieve the highest possible results. He also aimed to hear about challenges, obstacles, and recommendations from units in the Joh I Rong area, in order to push forward the resolution of problems at the policy level that aligns with the current and future situation. Additionally, he stressed that the special units in the area, especially the Peacekeeping Unit, must strengthen their capacity to mentor and enhance skills for protecting personnel while ensuring the safety of the public and their property, handling situations effectively in a timely manner. He also commended the work and cooperation of all sectors involved in the overall effort, noting that the ongoing work in resolving security issues in accordance with the national security strategy was proceeding smoothly. He further emphasized that law enforcement against those who commit crimes must not be overlooked by authorities but should be carried out correctly, following procedures, and without violating human rights. He acknowledged that violent offenders continue to attempt to create disturbances in various forms to showcase their strength and existence, with the main target being security officers and vulnerable groups.  Nonetheless, the Internal Security Operations Command Region 4 Forward Command remains committed to working together with relevant agencies, including civilians, police, military, religious leaders, community leaders, and the public, to promote collaborative actions to resolve issues in the area.
