การประชุมคณะกรรมการอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ครั้งที่ 1/2568

          วันที่ 21 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 เวลา 13.30 น. พลโท ไพศาล  หนูสังข์ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 เป็นประธานเปิดการประชุมคณะกรรมการอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ครั้งที่ 1 ประจำปี 2568  ณ  ห้องประชุม กองบัญชาการกองทัพภาคที่ 4 ค่ายวชิราวุธ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช เพื่อติดตามสถานการณ์ด้านความมั่นคง สรุปผลการดำเนินงานในปีที่ผ่านมา และกำหนดแนวทางขับเคลื่อนแผนงานของกองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ในปี 2568 โดยมี เลขาธิการกองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4, ฝ่ายเสนาธิการ กองทัพภาคที่ 4, หน่วยขึ้นตรงกองทัพภาคที่ 4, ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัด ในพื้นที่ภาคใต้, ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในจังหวัด 14 จังหวัด, ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ส่งเสริมการควบคุมไฟป่าภาคใต้ (นครศรีธรรมราช), ผู้อำนวยการสถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์แห่งประเทศไทย จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช, สำนักงานสรรพสามิตพื้นที่สตูล และส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วมประชุมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง

          โดยในที่ประชุม ได้มีการรายงานสถานการณ์ด้านการข่าว แผนการขับเคลื่อนงานของ กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ประจำปี2568 แนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาภัยพิบัติ การป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติด รวมถึงการเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือในการต่อต้านการกระทำผิดกฎหมายในพื้นที่ นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการหารือถึงแนวทางการนำเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่มาใช้ในการรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อยและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่

          ด้าน แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ได้กล่าวเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการบูรณาการความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงาน และการปรับแผนการปฏิบัติงานให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน โดยเน้นย้ำให้ทุกภาคส่วนทำงานร่วมกันอย่างเป็นระบบ ใช้ข้อมูลข่าวสารที่ถูกต้องและทันสมัยในการวางแผนปฏิบัติการ ตลอดจนพัฒนากลไกในการแก้ไขปัญหาเชิงรุก เพื่อให้เกิดความมั่นคงและความปลอดภัยแก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ภาคใต้ สร้างสังคมที่สงบสุขและเอื้อต่อการพัฒนาพื้นที่อย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป

 Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4 Kali Ke-1/2568

 Pada 21 Februari 2567, jam 13.30, Leftenan Jeneral Phisarn Noosang, Panglima Wilayah 4 / Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4, telah mempengerusikan mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4 Kali Ke-1 bagi Tahun 2568 di Bilik Mesyuarat Markas Tentera Wilayah 4 Kem Wachirawut, Daerah Muang, Negeri Nakhon Si Thammarat. Mesyuarat bertujuan untuk memantau situasi keselamatan, merumuskan hasil pelaksanaan tahun lalu, dan menetapkan arah tuju pelaksanaan rancangan oleh Jawatankuasa Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4 bagi tahun 2568. Hadir sama adalah Setiausaha Jawatankuasa Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4, pihak staf Tentera Wilayah 4, unit-unit di bawah Tentera Wilayah 4, Gabenor Negeri di wilayah selatan, Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri bagi 14 negeri, Pengarah Pusat Kawalan Kebakaran Wilayah Selatan (Nakhon Si Thammarat), Pengarah Stesen Radio Televisyen Thailand Negeri Nakhon Si Thammarat, Pejabat Cukai Negeri Satun, dan pihak yang berkaitan.

 Dalam mesyuarat tersebut, laporan situasi perisikan dan rancangan pelaksanaan Jawatankuasa Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4 bagi tahun 2568 telah dibentangkan. Terdapat juga perbincangan tentang strategi untuk menangani bencana, pencegahan dan penguatkuasaan dadah, serta memperkukuh kerjasama untuk menentang jenayah di kawasan tersebut. Selain itu, terdapat juga perbincangan tentang penggunaan teknologi moden dalam mengekalkan keamanan dan meningkatkan keberkesanan operasi pihak berkuasa.

 Panglima Wilayah 4 / Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4 menekankan pentingnya kerjasama bersepadu antara agensi-agensi dan penyelarasan pelan tindakan mengikut situasi semasa. Beliau menekankan agar semua pihak bekerjasama secara sistematik, menggunakan maklumat yang tepat dan terkini dalam merancang operasi, serta membangunkan mekanisme untuk menyelesaikan masalah secara proaktif bagi memastikan keselamatan dan keamanan rakyat di wilayah selatan. Ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan masyarakat yang aman dan kondusif untuk pembangunan kawasan yang berterusan.

 Meeting of the Regional Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC) Area 4 Committee, Session 1/2568

 On February 21, 2567, at 13:30, Lieutenant General Phisarn Noosang, Commander of Area 4 / Director of Internal Security Operations Area 4, presided over the opening of the first meeting of the Regional Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC) Area 4 Committee for the year 2568 at the meeting room of the Regional Military Command, Wachirawut Camp, Muang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The meeting aimed to monitor security situations, summarize the achievements of the previous year, and set the direction for the implementation of plans by the Internal Security Operations Command Area 4 in 2568. Attendees included the Secretary-General of the ISOC Area 4, staff officers from the 4th Army Region, subordinate units of the 4th Army Region, Governors from the southern provinces, Directors of Internal Security in 14 provinces, Director of the Southern Fire Prevention Center (Nakhon Si Thammarat), Director of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunication Station in Nakhon Si Thammarat, the Satun Excise Office, and other relevant officials.

 During the meeting, reports on the intelligence situation, plans for the implementation of ISOC Area 4 activities for 2568, disaster management strategies, drug prevention and suppression, as well as collaboration in combating illegal activities in the region were discussed. Additionally, there was a discussion on incorporating modern technology to maintain public order and enhance the efficiency of officials’ work.

 The Commander of Area 4 / Director of Internal Security Operations Area 4 emphasized the importance of integrated cooperation among agencies and adjusting operational plans to align with current situations. He stressed that all sectors must work together systematically, use accurate and up-to-date information for operational planning, and develop proactive problem-solving mechanisms to ensure security and safety for the people in the southern region. The goal is to build a peaceful society conducive to sustainable regional development.
