พิธีเปิดโครงการเฉลิมพระเกียรติฯ เนื่องในวันคล้ายวันพระราชสมภพ สมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ประจำปี 2568

          เมื่อวันที่ 30 เมษายน 2568 เวลา 09.00 น. ที่ ห้องภรณ์นิเวศน์ โรงแรมยะลาแกรนด์พาเลซ ตำบลสะเตง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดยะลา พันเอก ปองเชษฐ์  พูนช่วย ผู้บังคับการกรมทหารปืนใหญ่ที่ 5 / ผู้อำนวยการสำนักมวลชนและกิจการพิเศษ กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด “โครงการเฉลิมพระเกียรติ สมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี เนื่องในโอกาสวันคล้ายวันพระราชสมภพ 2 เมษายน 2568” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นโดยสำนักงานองค์กรทำดี มีอาชีพ จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยมี ผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ อาทิ ผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยชุมชนยะลา สำนักงานพัฒนาชุมชนจังหวัดยะลา สำนักงานพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์จังหวัดยะลา ผู้แทนหน่วยเฉพาะกิจยะลา รวมถึงประธานมูลนิธิสตรี และประชาชนกลุ่มเปราะบางจากพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง

          โครงการดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเฉลิมพระเกียรติและน้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณของสมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า ฯ ที่ทรงเป็นแบบอย่างในการพัฒนาและยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนอย่างทั่วถึงและยั่งยืน ทั้งยังเป็นการแสดงพลังความร่วมมือของภาครัฐและเครือข่ายภาคประชาชนในการดูแลผู้เปราะบางให้ได้รับโอกาสที่เหมาะสมในสังคม

          ภายในงาน มีพิธีมอบข้าวสารตรา “ทำดี มีอาชีพ” ให้แก่ประชาชนกลุ่มเปราะบาง จำนวน 100 ครัวเรือน โดยข้าวสารที่มอบให้ในครั้งนี้เป็นข้าวสายพันธุ์ซีบูกันตัง ซึ่งปลูกโดยเกษตรกรในพื้นที่และผ่านการแปรรูปโดยโรงสีชุมชนของเครือข่าย “ทำดี มีอาชีพ” ซึ่งนอกจากจะเป็นการช่วยเหลือประชาชนแล้ว ยังถือเป็นการส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจชุมชนในพื้นที่ และสะท้อน Soft Power ด้านการเกษตรและเศรษฐกิจฐานรากได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

 Majlis Pembukaan Projek Penghormatan Diraja Sempena Hari Keputeraan KDYTM Seri Paduka Baginda Raja Puteri Maha Chakri Sirindhorn bagi Tahun 2568

 Pada 30 April 2568 jam 09.00 pagi, bertempat di Bilik Phorn Niwet, Hotel Yala Grand Palace, Mukim Sateng, Daerah Bandar, Wilayah Yala — Kolonel Pongchet Poonchuay, Komander Rejimen Artileri ke-5 / Pengarah Bahagian Masyarakat dan Hal Ehwal Khas, Komando Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4 Bahagian Hadapan, telah merasmikan pembukaan “Projek Penghormatan Diraja kepada KDYTM Seri Paduka Baginda Raja Puteri Maha Chakri Sirindhorn sempena Hari Keputeraan Baginda pada 2 April 2568.”

Acara ini dianjurkan oleh Pejabat Organisasi “Tam Dee Mee Achiap” di Wilayah Sempadan Selatan dengan penyertaan wakil-wakil agensi kerajaan seperti Pengarah Kolej Komuniti Yala, Pejabat Pembangunan Masyarakat Yala, Pejabat Pembangunan Sosial dan Keselamatan Manusia Yala, wakil dari Pasukan Khas Yala, serta Pengerusi Yayasan Wanita dan penduduk daripada golongan rentan dari kawasan sempadan selatan yang turut serta dalam program ini.

 Tujuan projek ini adalah untuk memberi penghormatan dan mengenang jasa kebesaran KDYTM Seri Paduka Baginda yang menjadi contoh dalam pembangunan dan peningkatan kualiti hidup rakyat secara menyeluruh dan mampan. Ia juga menjadi simbol kerjasama antara agensi kerajaan dan rangkaian masyarakat dalam menjaga kebajikan golongan rentan agar mereka mendapat peluang yang sesuai dalam masyarakat.

 Dalam majlis ini, sebanyak 100 keluarga daripada golongan rentan telah menerima sumbangan beras berjenama “Tam Dee Mee Achiap”. Beras ini adalah daripada jenis “Sibukantang”, ditanam oleh petani tempatan dan diproses oleh kilang komuniti dalam rangkaian “Tam Dee Mee Achiap”. Usaha ini bukan sahaja membantu rakyat, tetapi juga menggalakkan perusahaan komuniti tempatan serta mencerminkan kuasa lembut (Soft Power) dalam bidang pertanian dan ekonomi asas secara konkrit.

 Opening Ceremony of the Royal Tribute Project in Celebration of the Birthday Anniversary of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn for the Year 2025

 On April 30, 2025, at 9:00 AM, at the Phorn Niwet Room, Yala Grand Palace Hotel, Sateng Subdistrict, Mueang District, Yala Province, Colonel Pongchet Poonchuay, Commander of the 5th Artillery Regiment and Director of the Public Affairs and Special Activities Bureau, Internal Security Operations Command Region 4 Front, presided over the opening ceremony of the “Royal Tribute Project in Celebration of the Birthday Anniversary of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn on April 2, 2025.”

The event was organized by the “Tam Dee Mee Achiap” Organization Office in the Southern Border Provinces, with participation from representatives of various government agencies, such as the Director of Yala Community College, Yala Provincial Community Development Office, Yala Provincial Office of Social Development and Human Security, Yala Task Force representatives, the Chairperson of the Women’s Foundation, and vulnerable groups from the southern border provinces who joined the activities in unison.

 The objective of the project is to honor and commemorate the gracious kindness of Her Royal Highness, who serves as a model in the development and sustainable enhancement of the people’s quality of life. It also aims to showcase the collaborative efforts of government sectors and civil society networks in supporting vulnerable groups to ensure they have access to appropriate opportunities in society.

 As part of the event, “Tam Dee Mee Achiap” branded rice was distributed to 100 vulnerable households. The rice, of the Sibukantang variety, was cultivated by local farmers and processed by the community rice mills within the “Tam Dee Mee Achiap” network. This initiative not only provides direct aid to the people but also promotes local community enterprises and concretely reflects the soft power of agriculture and grassroots economy.
