มทภ.4 ให้การต้อนรับและให้สัมภาษณ์ต่อคณะสื่อมวลชนมาเลเซีย ด้าน “นโยบายการแก้ไขปัญหาความมั่นคง” พร้อมสร้างความเชื่อมั่นนำพาสันติสุขสู่พื้นที่

วันนี้ (6 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ) เวลา 12.30 น. ที่ ห้องรับรอง กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า ค่ายสิรินธร ตำบลเขาตูม อำเภอยะรัง จังหวัดปัตตานี พลโท นรธิป  โพยนอก แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ได้ให้การต้อนรับคณะสื่อมวลชนจากประเทศมาเลเซีย ประกอบด้วย Mr.Zharif TV.3 , Ms.Shawaliah วารสารข่าวมาเลเซีย , Mr.Muhammad สำนักข่าวอูตูซัน มาเลเซีย พร้อมให้สัมภาษณ์ถึง นโยบายด้านความมั่นคงต่อการแก้ปัญหาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อนำเสนอสร้างความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องไปยังประชาชนทั้งในและต่างประเทศและมุสลิมทั่วโลกได้เข้าใจถึงมุมมองต่อการแก้ไขปัญหาของ กองทัพภาคที่ 4 และกองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนให้เกิดสันติสุขชายแดนใต้

          พลโท นรธิป  โพยนอก แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ได้ให้สัมภาษณ์ต่อสื่อมวลชนมาเลเซียว่า ปัญหาในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้มีความซับซ้อน จำเป็นต้องสร้างความไว้วางใจและความเข้าใจต้องใช้เวลา อย่างไรก็ตาม รัฐบาลไทยและกองทัพบก โดยเฉพาะกองทัพภาคที่ 4 ยังคงมุ่งมั่นต่อแนวทางการพูดคุย การปรองดอง และการดูแลความเป็นอยู่ของประชาชนทุกคนในพื้นที่ชายแดนภาคใต้ เราเชื่อมั่นว่าแม้สันติภาพจะต้องใช้เวลา แต่ด้วยความพยายามอย่างต่อเนื่อง ผ่านการพัฒนา ความเข้าใจ และความยุติธรรม สันติสุขจะเกิดขึ้นได้อย่างยั่งยืน

          ทั้งนี้ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ยังกล่าวอีกว่า โดยเป้าหมายในการแก้ไขปัญหาในพื้นที่นั้น ได้กำหนดเป็นระยะสั้นคือสร้างพื้นที่ให้เกิดความปลอดภัยต่อพี่น้องประชาชนทั้ง 3 จังหวัดและ 4 อำเภอของจังหวัดสงขลา ให้มีความมั่นใจกับภาครัฐว่า สามารถดูแลพี่น้องประชาชนทุกคนได้ ในส่วนของระยะยาวคือ ต้องทำพื้นที่ชายแดน ให้สามารถอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างสงบสุขทั้งไทยพุทธ ไทยมุสลิม รวมถึงเสริมสร้างอาชีพที่มั่นคง ตลอดจนการขจัดปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในปัจจุบัน “ปัญหายาเสพติด” เพื่อไม่ให้สิ่งเหล่านี้เกิดขึ้นในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ด้วยการบูรณาการร่วมกับฝ่ายความมั่นคง 3 ฝ่าย ทั้งทหาร ตำรวจ และฝ่ายปกครอง

          ในส่วนของเหตุการณ์ความรุนแรงและคดีความมั่นคงที่เกิดขึ้น แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ย้ำว่า จำเป็นที่เจ้าหน้าที่ต้องดูแลความปลอดภัยพื้นที่เป็นหลัก รวมถึงการซิลชายแดน เพื่อสกัดกั้นทั้งสิ่งผิดกฎหมาย ตลอดจนผู้ก่อเหตุความรุนแรงที่อาจจะเข้ามาสร้างสถานการณ์ได้ และเมื่อพบผู้กระทำผิดจำเป็นที่จะต้องดำเนินการตามกฎหมายเป็นหลัก ด้วยความโปร่งใส เพื่อให้จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้เป็นพื้นที่ปลอดภัยและสันติสุขอย่างยั่งยืน

Hari ini (6 November 2025), jam 12.30 tengah hari, di Bilik Tetamu Markas Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4 (Depan), Kem Sirindhorn, Kampung Khaotum, Daerah Yarang, Wilayah Pattani,

Lt. Gen. Narathip Phoyanok, Panglima Wilayah Ke-4 / Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4, telah menyambut kunjungan rombongan media dari Malaysia, antaranya Encik Zharif (TV3), Cik Shawaliah (wartawan Malaysia), dan Encik Muhammad (Utusan Malaysia).

Beliau juga memberi temubual khas mengenai dasar dan pendekatan kerajaan Thailand terhadap isu keselamatan di wilayah sempadan Selatan, dengan tujuan untuk memberi penjelasan yang tepat kepada rakyat di dalam dan luar negara, termasuk umat Islam seluruh dunia, supaya memahami cara dan niat sebenar pihak Tentera Wilayah Ke-4 dan Markas Keselamatan Wilayah 4 (Depan) dalam usaha mencapai keamanan di Selatan Thai.

Lt. Gen. Narathip Phoyanok berkata kepada media Malaysia bahawa,

“Masalah di wilayah Selatan ini agak rumit. Kita perlu bina kepercayaan dan kefahaman, dan perkara itu perlukan masa.”

Namun begitu, Kerajaan Thailand dan Tentera Darat, khususnya Tentera Wilayah Ke-4, tetap komited kepada jalan perdamaian, perbincangan, dan penjagaan kebajikan rakyat.

Beliau menambah,

“Kami yakin bahawa walaupun keamanan memerlukan masa, dengan usaha berterusan melalui pembangunan, kefahaman, dan keadilan — keamanan yang berkekalan pasti akan tercapai.”

Panglima Wilayah Ke-4 turut menjelaskan bahawa,

Matlamat jangka pendek ialah memastikan keselamatan dan ketenangan untuk rakyat di tiga wilayah Selatan dan empat daerah di Songkhla, supaya rakyat percaya bahawa kerajaan mampu menjaga semua orang tanpa mengira agama.

Matlamat jangka panjang ialah menjadikan kawasan sempadan ini tempat hidup bersama secara aman antara orang Thai Buddha dan Thai Muslim, sambil membantu membina pekerjaan yang stabil, serta menumpaskan masalah dadah dan jenayah yang masih berlaku.

Usaha ini dilakukan dengan kerjasama tiga pihak keselamatan — tentera, polis, dan pihak pentadbiran (kerajaan tempatan).

Berkenaan insiden keganasan atau kes keselamatan yang masih berlaku, Panglima Wilayah Ke-4 menegaskan bahawa pasukan keselamatan mesti utamakan penjagaan keselamatan kawasan, termasuk mengawal sempadan bagi menghalang penyeludupan dan kemasukan pihak yang ingin mencetuskan kekacauan.

Sekiranya ada yang melakukan kesalahan, tindakan akan diambil mengikut undang-undang secara telus dan adil, supaya wilayah Selatan Thailand menjadi kawasan yang aman dan selamat untuk semua.

The Fourth Army Area Commander Welcomes and Gives an Interview to the Malaysian Media on the “Security Policy and Peace-Building Efforts” Toward Sustainable Stability in the Southern Border Provinces

On 6 November 2025 at 12:30 p.m., at the Reception Room of the Internal Security Operations Command Region 4 Forward (ISOC Region 4 Forward), Sirindhorn Camp, Khao Tum Sub-district, Yarang District, Pattani Province,

Lieutenant General Narathip Phoyanok, Commander of the Fourth Army Area / Director of ISOC Region 4, welcomed a delegation of journalists from Malaysia, including Mr. Zharif (TV3), Ms. Shawaliah (Malaysian News Journal), and Mr. Muhammad (Utusan Malaysia).

The Commander also gave an exclusive interview regarding Thailand’s security policies and approaches to resolving issues in the southern border provinces, with the aim of promoting accurate understanding among the public both domestically and internationally — particularly among Muslims worldwide — about the perspectives and ongoing peace efforts of the Fourth Army Area and ISOC Region 4 Forward in fostering peace and stability in the southern region.

Lieutenant General Narathip stated in the interview that the situation in the southern border provinces is complex, requiring trust-building and mutual understanding, which will take time.

Nevertheless, the Royal Thai Government and the Royal Thai Army, especially the Fourth Army Area, remain committed to dialogue, reconciliation, and improving the well-being of all residents in the southern border areas.

He emphasized,

“We believe that while peace may take time, with continuous efforts through development, understanding, and justice, sustainable peace will eventually be achieved.”

Furthermore, the Commander elaborated on the short-term and long-term objectives of addressing the situation:

In the short term, the focus is on ensuring safety and public confidence among residents across the three southern border provinces and four districts of Songkhla, assuring them that the government is capable of protecting and caring for all citizens.

In the long term, the goal is to build a peaceful and harmonious coexistence between Thai Buddhists and Thai Muslims, promote stable occupations, and eliminate ongoing challenges such as the drug problem, through an integrated approach involving three security agencies — the military, police, and civil administration.

Regarding ongoing security incidents and acts of violence, Lieutenant General Narathip reaffirmed that security personnel must prioritize public safety and border protection to prevent the infiltration of illegal items and individuals seeking to incite unrest.

He stressed that all law enforcement actions must be carried out transparently and in accordance with the law, with the ultimate goal of making the southern border provinces a safe and peaceful region for all.
