Malaysia\u2013Thailand berganding tangan untuk memperkukuh kerjasama rentas sempadan, memacu ekonomi sempadan ke arah masa depan<\/p>\n

Satu mesyuarat strategik antara Persatuan Pembangunan Komuniti Daerah Perak Tengah, Institut Pertanian dan Usahawan (IGROW), dan Pusat Pentadbiran Wilayah Sempadan Selatan Thailand (SBPAC) telah diadakan di Hotel D Seri Iskandar pada 5 November 2025. Tujuannya ialah untuk membina asas kerjasama ekonomi rentas sempadan antara Malaysia dan Thailand.<\/p>\n

Mesyuarat ini memberi tumpuan kepada usaha memperkukuh ekonomi akar umbi dan memperluas pasaran untuk usahawan mikro, kecil dan sederhana (MSMEs), khususnya dalam sektor pertanian (Agribusiness).<\/p>\n

Melalui konsep \u201cModel IGROW di Selatan Thailand \u2013 Membuka Pasaran Produk IKS (SME)\u201d, kerjasama ini akan membantu mewujudkan laluan eksport baharu antara Negeri Perak dan Wilayah Selatan Thailand.<\/p>\n

Kerjasama ini adalah sambungan daripada hubungan yang telah terjalin sejak tahun 2017, di bawah jaringan antara SBPAC, IGROW, dan Persatuan Media untuk Keamanan Selatan Thailand.<\/p>\n

Hubungan ini terus diperkukuh hingga ke peringkat dasar, dan pada tahun 2025, pihak-pihak terlibat akan menandatangani Memorandum Persefahaman (MoU) untuk melaksanakan projek secara nyata.<\/p>\n

Dalam mesyuarat itu, 7 bidang utama kerjasama turut dibincangkan, iaitu:<\/p>\n

Malaysia\u2013Thailand Strengthen Cross-Border Cooperation to Drive Border Economy Towards the Future<\/p>\n

A strategic meeting between the Perak Tengah District Community Development Association, the Institute of Growers and Entrepreneurs (IGROW), and the Southern Border Provinces Administrative Centre (SBPAC) was held at D Hotel Seri Iskandar on 5 November 2025.<\/p>\n

The meeting aimed to establish a solid foundation for cross-border economic collaboration between Malaysia and Thailand, with a focus on promoting grassroots economic development and expanding market access for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly in the agricultural sector (agribusiness).<\/p>\n

Under the concept of the \u201cIGROW Model in Southern Thailand \u2013 Expanding IKS (SME) Market Access\u201d, the initiative seeks to create new export pathways between Perak State and Southern Thailand.<\/p>\n

This collaboration builds upon the long-standing relationship that began in 2017, under the linkage between SBPAC, IGROW, and the Southern Thailand Media Association for Peace.<\/p>\n

Over the years, the partnership has been strengthened and elevated to the policy level, with plans to formalize it through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in 2025 to ensure effective implementation.<\/p>\n
