For example, the defendant’s DNA was found at only one location at the scene, and there was no additional clear evidence linking him to the alleged offense. The Court found the prosecution\u2019s evidence to be compelling, citing DNA matches found at multiple locations within the operational base and Mr. Isyazah\u2019s own confession, including his detailed demonstration of explosive device assembly that aligned with other circumstantial evidence. As a result, the Court concluded that the second defendant had indeed committed the offenses as charged.<\/p>\n
