Beliau tekankan untuk sambung usaha dan projek yang sedang jalan demi bawa keamanan dan kebaikan kepada rakyat di Wilayah Sempadan Selatan. Fokus utama adalah rakyat sebagai pusat pembangunan.<\/p>\n

Following the official handover of duties between Lt. Gen. Paisan Nusang (outgoing director) and Maj. Gen. Narathip Phoaynok (incoming director) earlier this morning, 30 September 2025,<\/p>\n

At 13:45 hrs, in Meeting Room 1 of the Internal Security Operations Command Region 4 Forward Command, Sirindhorn Camp, Khao Tum Subdistrict, Yarang District, Pattani Province, Maj. Gen. Narathip Phoaynok, Director of ISOC Region 4, presided over the policy meeting for the fiscal year 2026.<\/p>\n

The session was held to define strategic directions, ensure continuity in operations, and advance the mission of security and comprehensive development in the southern border provinces, with people at the center of development efforts.<\/p>\n

On this occasion, Maj. Gen. Narathip Phoaynok emphasized that he is committed to building upon and continuing existing projects and policy frameworks in the region, aiming to bring lasting benefits and happiness to the local population.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe key foundation and vital driving force for achieving lasting peace is unity among all sectors\u2014especially among military and police personnel operating in the area\u2014whose highest aspiration is to establish sustainable peace.
