Hari ini (30 September 2025), jam 11.00 pagi di pejabat ISOC Wilayah 4, Kem Sirindhorn, Daerah Yarang, Wilayah Pattani \u2014 Mejar Jeneral Narathip Poyanok, Panglima Wilayah 4 \/ Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4 (orang baru), menyambut kedatangan rombongan Kelab Hubungan Eksekutif Selatan Thai dari Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat, Songkhla dan Satun.<\/p>\n

Tujuan lawatan ini adalah untuk berkenalan, berbincang, berkongsi pandangan, cadangan dan suara rakyat di kawasan. Semua maklumat ini akan digunakan untuk perbaiki dan teruskan kerja-kerja di wilayah, dengan niat untuk libatkan rakyat sama-sama bawa keamanan ke Selatan Thai dalam suasana masyarakat yang berbilang budaya.<\/p>\n

Mejar Jeneral Narathip berkata, sejak kebelakangan ini masih ada kumpulan yang cuba buat kekacauan dalam pelbagai cara. Tapi pihak keselamatan di kawasan ini tetap bekerja bersama dengan semangat dan kerjasama yang kuat, ikut strategi yang diberikan oleh Raja Thai iaitu:<\/p>\n

Dalam masa yang sama, pihak keselamatan juga sedang teruskan lima dasar utama dan tingkatkan keupayaan anggota Sukarelawan Pertahanan Awam (OrSor) supaya mereka boleh berdikari.<\/p>\n

Mereka juga sedang dorong pelaksanaan inisiatif \u201cHukum Pakat Perlembagaan Kampung 9 Baik\u201d untuk selesaikan masalah dan kuatkan kampung ikut peraturan yang rakyat kampung setuju bersama, ikut cara hidup masyarakat majmuk.<\/p>\n

On 30 September 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at the Internal Security Operations Command Region 4 Front Command (ISOC 4 Front), Sirindhorn Camp, Yarang District, Pattani Province, Major General Narathip Poyanok, the newly appointed Fourth Army Area Commander \/ Director of ISOC Region 4, welcomed the Executive-Level Public Relations Development Club from the southern border provinces of Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat, Songkhla, and Satun.<\/p>\n

The visit served as an opportunity for introductions, discussions, and an exchange of ideas, feedback, and community perspectives. This information will be used to enhance ongoing efforts and promote public participation in building peace in the southern border area, within a strong and inclusive multicultural society.<\/p>\n

Major General Narathip Poyanok stated that although violent groups continue to attempt to incite unrest through various means, security agencies in the region\u2014under the integrated efforts of ISOC Region 4 Front Command\u2014have remained coordinated and united in their operations.<\/p>\n

They continue to adopt the Royal Strategy of \u201cUnderstanding, Reaching Out, Development\u201d, along with the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy and context-based development, as core principles for addressing complex issues in the region.<\/p>\n

The Commander also emphasized the continued implementation of five key strategic policies, along with efforts to strengthen the capacity of Territorial Defense Volunteers in the southern provinces, enabling them to become more self-reliant.<\/p>\n

Simultaneously, the initiative to promote the \u201cVillage Constitutional Agreement for the 9 Virtues\u201d is being driven forward as a locally tailored solution to community challenges. This initiative is built upon rules and agreements formed through local participation, reflecting the community\u2019s way of life within a multicultural context.<\/p>\n
