\u00a0Pada 4 Ogos 2568, di Sekolah Sangkom Islam Witthaya, Mukim Samnak Tiaw, Daerah Sadao, Wilayah Songkhla \u2013 Lt. Jen. Paisan Nusang, Panglima Wilayah Ke-4 \/ Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Wilayah 4 telah merasmikan program Karnival Ilmu Buka Dunia Pendidikan Siri ke-18 Tahun 2568 di bawah aktiviti utama “Kem Adventure Antarabangsa 2025” \u2013 satu program latihan belia untuk bangunkan potensi kepimpinan, belajar budaya tempatan, dan bina kesedaran sebagai warganegara dunia.<\/p>\n

Program ini berlangsung dari 4 \u2013 6 Ogos 2568, dengan penyertaan belia pengakap dari 3 buah negara:<\/p>\n

Thailand: wakil dari 7 sekolah dalam kawasan<\/p>\n

Sepanjang program, para belia akan sertai aktiviti yang bina kemahiran kepimpinan, belajar silang budaya, aktiviti alam sekitar, dan kebudayaan setiap negara \u2013 untuk pupuk semangat jadi warganegara global dan bina persefahaman antara satu sama lain. Program ini disokong oleh kerajaan, sektor swasta, dan jaringan pendidikan tempatan \u2013 satu usaha sama yang tunjuk kekuatan belia di sempadan selatan yang sedia jadi contoh belia ASEAN masa depan.<\/p>\n

Panglima Wilayah Ke-4 berkata, program ini adalah platform penting untuk bangunkan belia di peringkat rantau agar ada pandangan yang luas, faham kepelbagaian budaya, ada kemahiran hidup dan kepimpinan sesuai dengan zaman sekarang. \u00a0On August 4, 2025, at Sangkom Islam Wittaya School, Samnak Taeo Subdistrict, Sadao District, Songkhla Province, Lieutenant General Paisan Nusang, Commander of the Fourth Army Region and Director of Internal Security Operations Region 4, presided over the opening ceremony of the 18th Academic Expo: “Opening the World of Education”, under the flagship activity “International Adventure Camp 2025”. This initiative aims to cultivate leadership potential among youth, foster understanding of local cultures, and promote the development of global citizenship.<\/p>\n

The event, held from August 4 to 6, 2025, brings together scout youth from three countries:<\/p>\n
