The event was attended by commanding officers, parents, and relatives of the new recruits, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere filled with smiles and reassurance.<\/p>\n

\u00a0The Commander of the 15th Infantry Division stated that today, all parents are invited to celebrate and witness their children\u2019s successful completion of the Army\u2019s basic training program. They were also welcomed to visit the military units, which helps strengthen the bond between the military and families. This also serves as public outreach to encourage voluntary enlistment. The Commander assured that all levels of military leaders care for the young recruits like family.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Activities included a certificate presentation ceremony for four outstanding recruits in physical fitness tests and three in live-fire shooting performance. Attendees also watched a video introducing the units and footage from the 1\/68 batch of new recruit training. Highlights included performances by recruits such as:<\/p>\n

\u00a0On this occasion, Private Thanthong Atjanarong from Batch 1\/68 shared that if he could go back to the first day of training, many recruits had mixed emotions \u2014 excitement, nervousness, and difficulty adjusting to the new lifestyle. But today, all of that has been replaced with pride and strength gained from training. Over the two-month training period, they gained more than just discipline. They learned unexpected life lessons \u2014 physical strength, endurance, patience, unity, and a stronger, braver heart. Although short, the experience brought about great transformation. It may not have been a glamorous journey \u2014 with mud, sweat, and tears \u2014 but it molded them into better individuals and forged strong friendships.<\/p>\n

\u00a0A representative of the parents thanked the training units and all commanding officers, saying that all parents are proud that their sons are serving the nation and fulfilling the role of a true man. They were moved to witness their sons\u2019 transformation into disciplined, strong, patient, and responsible young men. They believe that after completing their service, their sons will be good people and valued members of society. Special thanks were also extended to all the instructors and mentors who cared for their sons like their own.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Parents and relatives were also invited to taste food prepared by the unit, interact with commanders and personnel at all levels, observe the living conditions, and learn about the training process and vocational training programs offered after discharge.<\/p>\n
