Pada 16 Jun 2025, sekitar jam 08.00 pagi, satu kejadian menyayat hati telah berlaku apabila seorang penjenayah yang menyamar sebagai wanita telah melepaskan tembakan ke atas dua wanita di rumah bernombor 55\/3, Kampung 5, Mukim Paku, Daerah Thung Yang Daeng, Wilayah Pattani. Kejadian ini mengakibatkan kematian Cik Nureesan Doloh, 30 tahun, seorang ibu tunggal dan tonggak keluarga, di tempat kejadian. Seorang lagi mangsa, Cik Azura Haji Puteh, 25 tahun, telah mengalami kecederaan.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Kejadian ini telah mengejutkan masyarakat setempat, terutamanya apabila diketahui bahawa mangsa tidak mempunyai sebarang kaitan dengan konflik yang berlaku. Mereka hanyalah wanita biasa yang menjalani kehidupan sederhana, menjaga anak-anak dan keluarga, serta hanya mengharapkan keselamatan. Dalam kejadian ini, kumpulan BRN turut cuba memutarbelitkan fakta di media sosial dengan menuduh pihak berkuasa sebagai dalang kejadian. Strategi seperti ini bukanlah sesuatu yang baharu di wilayah selatan Thai. Penyebaran berita palsu merupakan salah satu taktik untuk memecahbelahkan dan merosakkan kepercayaan rakyat terhadap kerajaan, agar kumpulan BRN boleh menyusup masuk dan menguasai penduduk setempat.<\/p>\n

Di sebalik kehilangan dan percubaan untuk memesongkan fakta, masyarakat di kawasan ini bersama dengan pihak berkuasa, masyarakat sivil, dan juga golongan belia telah bersatu menunjukkan pendirian menolak keganasan yang dilakukan oleh BRN. Kehilangan ini bukan sekadar satu nyawa, tetapi merupakan satu cerminan bahawa sudah tiba masanya kita semua bangkit bersama-sama menolak kekerasan BRN agar kita dapat kembali hidup dalam keamanan tanpa ketakutan terhadap ancaman dari gerakan BRN yang penuh dengan kekejaman dan penindasan terhadap rakyat selama ini. Kerana kuasa rakyat yang tidak bersalah adalah kuasa yang paling besar.<\/p>\n
