Pada 9 Jun 2025 jam 11.00 pagi, Leftenan Jeneral Paisan Nusang, Panglima Tentera Wilayah Ke-4 \/ Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4 telah turun padang untuk menziarahi operasi Pasukan Khas Narathiwat bagi meninjau kemajuan pelaksanaan pelan tindakan proaktif dalam semua aspek keselamatan dan ketenteraman di wilayah sempadan selatan Thailand.<\/p>\n

Panglima Wilayah Ke-4 telah mendengar laporan ringkas berkenaan pencapaian pasukan dalam menangani isu keselamatan, penguatkuasaan undang-undang serta kawalan kawasan berisiko. Beliau menekankan dasar penting kepada semua anggota di setiap peringkat agar bertugas dengan ketegasan, kesungguhan dan berterusan, terutamanya dalam menggubal langkah-langkah keselamatan yang perlu sentiasa dikaji dan diperingatkan.<\/p>\n

Leftenan Jeneral Paisan Nusang turut menegaskan pentingnya setiap tindakan dilakukan dalam kerangka undang-undang yang telus, adil, bersih serta berdasarkan prinsip kemanusiaan. Beliau juga mengarahkan semua agensi berganding bahu dalam mencegah dan mengekang kejadian keganasan yang boleh menyebabkan kehilangan nyawa dan harta benda, terutama di kawasan komuniti berisiko. Pelan tindak balas perlu jelas dan berkesan.<\/p>\n

Fourth Army Region Commander Visits Narathiwat Task Force \u2013 Pushes Forward Proactive Operational Plan, Emphasizes Strict Implementation by All Units<\/p>\n

On June 9, 2025, at 11:00 AM, Lieutenant General Paisan Nusang, Commander of the Fourth Army Region \/ Director of Internal Security Operations Region 4, conducted an official visit to inspect the operations of the Narathiwat Task Force. The visit aimed to follow up on the progress of the proactive operational plan across all dimensions of security and safety in Thailand\u2019s southern border provinces.<\/p>\n

During the visit, the Commander received a briefing on the task force\u2019s performance, including efforts in addressing security-related cases, enforcing the law, and managing high-risk areas. He emphasized the key policy directives to all personnel at every level: to carry out their duties with strength, seriousness, and continuity. He particularly stressed the importance of regularly reviewing and reinforcing security measures in the area.<\/p>\n

Lieutenant General Paisan Nusang also highlighted the importance of operating within a transparent, clean, and just legal framework, guided by humanitarian principles. He instructed all agencies to work together to prevent and suppress any violent incidents that could result in loss of life or property, especially in vulnerable community areas. There must be a clear and effective response plan in place.<\/p>\n
