Program ini berlangsung dari 3 hingga 6 Jun 2025 di Hotel Haad Kaew Resort, Daerah Singhanakhon, Wilayah Songkhla, bagi menggerakkan penyelesaian isu di wilayah tersebut secara lebih berkesan menurut dasar kerajaan.<\/p>\n

Kolonel Jesada Piyasuwan, Timbalan Pengarah Bahagian Dasar dan Perancangan Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4, menyatakan bahawa hasil bengkel ini membolehkan peserta membawa pulang ilmu dan pandangan untuk menilai semula dan mempertingkat pelaksanaan tugas di unit masing-masing. Ini sejajar dengan kerangka penyelesaian masalah wilayah sempadan selatan yang bertujuan untuk membawa keamanan. Para peserta menunjukkan komitmen dan kesungguhan dalam berkongsi pengalaman, manakala pihak perancang akan menggunakan maklumat daripada bengkel ini untuk membangunkan dan memperkemaskan pelan strategik dengan lebih efektif.<\/p>\n

Dalam kesempatan ini, Leftenan Jeneral Paisan Nusang turut menekankan penerapan konsep ADM (Army Design Methodology) yang merupakan gabungan pemikiran kreatif dan kritikal serta pendekatan penyertaan semua pihak. Kaedah ini sesuai untuk merancang penyelesaian isu di Wilayah Selatan dengan menukar ketetapan kepada amalan sebenar yang melibatkan kerjasama antara orang awam, pihak pentadbiran dan tentera dalam menganalisis, menilai dan menyemak semula masalah dan cara penyelesaiannya. Today (June 6, 2025) at 11:30 a.m., Lieutenant General Paisan Nusang, Commander of the 4th Army Region and Director of the Internal Security Operations Command Region 4 (ISOC Region 4), together with his senior officers, held a workshop to draft the 2025 Peacebuilding Plan for the Southern Border Provinces. The workshop took place from June 3 to 6, 2025, at Haad Kaew Resort Hotel, Singhanakhon District, Songkhla Province. The aim was to drive forward more effective and comprehensive solutions to the issues in the southern provinces, in line with the government\u2019s key policies. Representatives from the ISOC Region 4 Forward Command also participated in the workshop.<\/p>\n

Colonel Jesada Piyasuwan, Deputy Director of the Policy and Planning Division at ISOC Region 4 Forward Command, stated that the results of the workshop will enable participants to reflect on and practically improve operations within their respective units, in alignment with the strategic framework for resolving issues in the southern border provinces. Participants showed great dedication in sharing experiences, and the Policy and Planning Division will use the insights gathered to further develop and refine the strategic plan, making it more robust and effective.<\/p>\n

On this occasion, Lieutenant General Paisan Nusang spoke about the application of the Army Design Methodology (ADM)\u2014a combination of participatory processes, creative thinking, and critical thinking. This approach is especially suited for designing solutions to the complex issues in the southern region. The goal is to transform policies into actionable practices by involving civilians, administrative officials, and the military in joint analysis, critique, and review of problems and their solutions. He reiterated that a good leader must know how to delegate, build cooperation, and earn mutual trust to achieve the shared goal: \u201cCreate understanding, unite to solve problems, and bring peace.\u201d<\/p>\n

ISOC Region 4 Forward Command urges the public to use discretion and carefully consider the facts behind various incidents to avoid falling victim to malicious groups seeking to divide multicultural society.
