\u00a0Pada kesempatan ini, Mejar Jeneral Chalermchai Sutthinuan menyatakan bahawa pertemuan ini penting untuk membina persefahaman bersama mengenai ancaman dunia masa kini yang memberi kesan kepada konflik yang melanda seluruh dunia. Ia juga merupakan ruang untuk pertukaran ilmu dan cadangan berkenaan pendekatan penyelesaian masalah di wilayah, mengikut arahan daripada Leftenan Jeneral Paisan Nusang, Panglima Wilayah 4 \/ Pengarah Pejabat Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4, iaitu membina persefahaman, bersatu menyelesaikan masalah dan membawa keamanan.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Sementara itu, Yang Dipertua Majlis Wilayah Yala menyatakan bahawa kunjungan ini bertujuan untuk mengadakan perbincangan bersama mengenai hala tuju pembangunan wilayah secara bersama, terutama berkaitan masalah kesihatan dan perubahan iklim yang perlu ditangani bersama. Mereka juga ingin memahami dasar Tentera Wilayah 4 dengan lebih lanjut.<\/p>\n

Majlis Wilayah Yala telah sekian lama melaksanakan tugas mengikut peraturan serta menggunakan bajet yang sejajar dengan dasar Tentera Wilayah 4, khusus dalam bidang pembangunan pendidikan untuk kanak-kanak dan belia kurang bernasib baik, serta memelihara masyarakat berbudaya. Mereka juga menggerakkan sistem pendidikan Tadika Islam dari peringkat daerah ke peringkat wilayah.
