Panglima Tentera Wilayah Ke-4 menyampaikan dasar latihan rekrut tentera baharu tahun 2568 (2025), Penggal Pertama, selaras dengan dasar dari pihak atasan \u2013 membentuk individu berdisiplin dan memperkukuh keselamatan negara.<\/p>\n

Hari ini (29 April 2025), jam 09.00 pagi, di Kelab Ruenruedee, Kem Tentera Wachirawut, Daerah Mueang, Wilayah Nakhon Si Thammarat, Leftenan Jeneral Paisan Nusang, Panglima Tentera Wilayah Ke-4, mengetuai majlis penyampaian dasar latihan tentera baharu bagi tahun 2568, Penggal Pertama. Tujuan majlis ini adalah untuk memastikan unit-unit latihan memahami dan mematuhi garis panduan serta kurikulum latihan yang telah ditetapkan, seiring dengan arahan dari pihak atasan. Usaha ini bertujuan untuk membentuk sikap positif, pemikiran moden, mendisiplinkan anggota tentera baharu, dan mengukuhkan keselamatan negara tanpa sebarang kerugian atau kecederaan. Yang paling penting, ia membina rasa bangga dalam diri tentera muda serta keluarga mereka.<\/p>\n

Panglima Tentera Wilayah Ke-4 menyatakan, “Menurut dasar Tentera Darat, kita mesti memahami persekitaran dan pemikiran masyarakat masa kini dalam konteks latihan tentera baharu. Kita perlu mengubah pemikiran rekrut dari seorang awam kepada individu yang berdisiplin, berkemahiran ketenteraan, dan bangga menjadi sebahagian daripada tentera. Mereka harus tahu apa yang menanti mereka, dan ini adalah cabaran bukan sahaja untuk jurulatih tetapi juga kepada semua peringkat pegawai. Semua perlu berpegang kepada peraturan, arahan, disiplin dan undang-undang dengan tegas. Yang paling penting, kita mesti memberi perhatian kepada keadaan mental, fizikal dan aspek lain \u2013 dan menyampaikan latihan dengan mesra dan berkesan agar ia menjadi kenangan manis sepanjang tempoh latihan. Selepas menerima dasar ini, semua unit perlu bersedia dan merancang latihan dengan teratur bagi menyambut kedatangan rekrut baharu, membina keyakinan dalam kalangan rekrut dan keluarga mereka bahawa mereka berada di tangan yang selamat. Selain itu, kita juga perlu galakkan dan kenal pasti bakat masing-masing untuk membolehkan mereka menjana pendapatan melalui kerjaya tambahan selepas tamat perkhidmatan.”<\/p>\n

Today (April 29, 2025), at 9:00 AM, at Ruenruedee Club, 41st Military Circle, Wachirawut Camp, Mueang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province \u2013 Lieutenant General Paisan Nusang, Commander of the Fourth Army Region, presided over the ceremony to deliver the training policy for new soldiers, 2025, First Batch. The goal is to ensure all new recruit training units clearly understand and adhere to regulations and training procedures that align with the directives of higher command, fostering order, positive attitudes, and modern thinking. The mission is to cultivate disciplined individuals and strengthen national security unconditionally, without loss or injury, and\u2014most importantly\u2014to instill a sense of pride in the new soldiers and their families.<\/p>\n

The Fourth Army Region Commander stated:<\/p>\n

“According to the Royal Thai Army\u2019s policy, we must understand the current social environment and mindset of today\u2019s youth when it comes to military training. It is essential to shift the thinking of young civilians into becoming disciplined individuals with military capability, and to instill a sense of pride in joining the armed forces. They should understand what kind of treatment and support they will receive. This is undoubtedly a challenge for both the trainers and commanding officers at every level. Strict adherence to rules, orders, discipline, and regulations is a must. Equally important is the attention to recruits’ mental and physical conditions and other contributing factors, which must be conveyed warmly and impressively, so that the experience becomes a memorable one throughout their training journey.”<\/p>\n
