Polis Wanita Praphin Malichu, Timbalan Pegawai Bahagian Pencegahan Jenayah, Kompeni Polis Sempadan ke-44, yang juga merupakan Pengarah Pusat Pembelajaran Polis Sempadan Ban Phakdi dan perintis projek pertanian integrasi di pusat tersebut.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Pusat ini menjalankan aktiviti pertanian dan penternakan secara menyeluruh dengan sistem pengurusan yang terancang. Permulaan projek ini adalah hasil kerjasama dengan sektor swasta, khususnya syarikat Charoen Pokphand (CP), yang menyumbangkan anak ayam dan makanan ayam pada harga kos kepada 12 sekolah di bawah Polis Sempadan di wilayah Yala.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Selain penternakan, pusat ini turut menekankan pengurusan kewangan yang telus melalui penyediaan akaun hasil dan belanja yang diselia oleh pejabat koperasi wilayah, bagi menjamin kelestarian projek.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Hasil daripada usaha bersepadu ini, Pusat Pembelajaran Ban Phakdi kini menjadi sumber bekalan makanan yang selamat \u2013 termasuk telur ayam, sayur-sayuran tanpa racun dan ikan \u2013 untuk menyokong program makanan tengah hari pelajar. Produk juga dijual pada harga rendah kepada komuniti setempat, membantu mengurangkan kos sara hidup serta menjana pendapatan berterusan untuk menampung kos pembelian induk ayam untuk generasi seterusnya. Ini menjadi model kelestarian dan berdikari bagi pembangunan masyarakat.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0On April 17, 2024, at 1:00 PM, Lieutenant Colonel Isarapong Bunma, Commander of the 1st Infantry Battalion, 152nd Infantry Regiment (R.152 Bn.1), along with Colonel (Female) Noppas Choochan, Advisor to Working Group Committee 1, Mr. Thanongkit Chotimanee, Manager of Ban Thanto Model Farm, personnel from R.152 Bn.1, and staff from the New Theory Agriculture Center (R.152 Bn.1), conducted a study visit to the Border Patrol Police Learning Center at Ban Phakdi, Village No. 5, Khuean Bang Lang Sub-district, Bannang Sata District, Yala Province.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0The center operates a comprehensive agricultural and livestock system with a clearly structured management plan. The initiative began through public-private collaboration, notably with Charoen Pokphand Group (CP), which supplies quality poultry breeds and feed at cost price to 12 Border Patrol Police schools across Yala Province.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0In addition to livestock raising, the center emphasizes systematic financial management, with income and expenditure tracking overseen by the Provincial Cooperative Office. This ensures transparency and sustainability in all activities.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Thanks to the concerted efforts of all stakeholders, the Ban Phakdi Learning Center has become a reliable source of safe and healthy food\u2014eggs, chemical-free vegetables, and fish\u2014that consistently supports student lunch programs. The produce is also sold at affordable prices to nearby communities, helping reduce living costs while generating revenue that is reinvested into the program. Notably, proceeds from egg sales are saved and used to purchase breeder hens for future production, making this a model of self-reliance and sustainable community development.<\/p>\n
