Bahagian Pembangunan Strategik, Pusat Pengurusan Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4 Semenanjung Selatan mengadakan seminar latihan untuk penyediaan pelan serangan dengan menggunakan kaedah pelan ADM bagi meningkatkan pemahaman rakyat, baik di kawasan sempadan selatan Thailand mahupun di luar kawasan tersebut.<\/p>\n

Pada 13 Mac 2568 (13:00 waktu tempatan), Briged Jeneral Woradet Decharaksa, Timbalan Pengarah Pusat Pengurusan Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4 Semenanjung Selatan merasmikan latihan proses penyediaan pelan bersama berdasarkan Pelan Penyelarasan Masalah Wilayah Sempadan Selatan (ADM) (antara pelan penyelarasan memacu pembangunan wilayah sempadan selatan dan pelan pembangunan wilayah serta kumpulan wilayah secara integrasi (ONE PLAN)). Bahagian Pembangunan Strategik Pusat Pengurusan Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4 Semenanjung Selatan telah menyediakan proses (ADM) yang menghasilkan 11 laluan pelaksanaan dengan 257 aktiviti. Latihan penyediaan pelan bersama berdasarkan Pelan Penyelarasan Masalah Wilayah Sempadan Selatan (ADM) bertujuan untuk memastikan pihak berkepentingan atau tuan rumah bagi 11 laluan pelaksanaan memahami objektif, syarat-syarat, kaedah serta menyelaraskan aktiviti dengan unit khas wilayah, unit khas tentera laut dan Pusat Pengurusan Keselamatan Dalam Negeri bagi wilayah Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat dan Songkhla untuk memacu dan menyelaraskan pelan pembangunan wilayah dan kumpulan wilayah secara integrasi (ONE PLAN) dengan 8 pelan tindakan supaya diselaraskan dan sehaluan. Semua pihak yang terlibat dan bertanggungjawab terhadap laluan pelaksanaan harus bersama-sama menganalisis aktiviti dan mengelompokkan aktiviti tersebut. The Strategic Development Division of the Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC) Region 4 Forward held a workshop seminar to create a proactive plan using the ADM (Active Defense Method) planning approach to enhance public understanding both within and outside the Southern Border Provinces (SBP).<\/p>\n

On March 13, 2025, at 13:00, Major General Woradet Decharaksa, Deputy Director of ISOC Region 4 Forward, presided over the opening of a training session on the joint planning process under the Integrated Southern Border Provinces Problem Solving Plan (ADM) (between the integration plan for resolving issues in the Southern Border Provinces and the Integrated Provincial and Provincial Cluster Development Plan (ONE PLAN)). The Strategic Development Division of ISOC Region 4 Forward has developed a process (ADM) which resulted in 11 operational lines with 257 activities. The operational framework includes three levels: 1. The local level in the Southern Border Provinces 2. Provincial level 3. District level.<\/p>\n

The purpose of the training to develop a joint plan under the Integrated Southern Border Provinces Problem Solving Plan (ADM) is to ensure that all relevant stakeholders or operational line leaders understand the objectives, conditions, methods, and coordinate activities with the Special Task Units at the provincial level, the Navy SEAL Task Units, and the Internal Security Operations Command in Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat, and Songkhla provinces. This aims to drive and integrate the provincial and cluster development plans (ONE PLAN) with 8 related action plans in a coordinated and unified direction. All relevant units and operational line leaders are required to analyze their activities and group them together. Representatives from the National Security Council, the Department of Public Relations, the Southern Border Provinces Administration Center, the Department of Social Development and Human Security, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Education, the Southern Border Provinces Education Center, and agencies responsible for the operational lines of each province, including units directly under ISOC Region 4 Forward, participated in the seminar. The seminar was held from March 11-14, 2025, at the BP Samila Beach Hotel in Muang District, Songkhla.<\/p>\n
