Fokus latihan adalah untuk membangunkan guru dan kakitangan pendidikan secara sistematik supaya mereka dapat menggunakan teknik pengajaran antarabangsa untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran anak-anak di kawasan tersebut dengan lebih berkesan. Selain itu, pegawai dari Unit Hubungan Selatan 112, Unit Kawalan Hubungan Selatan, Unit Khas Santi Suk, turut menyediakan fasilitator untuk mengadakan aktiviti rekreasi dan memberi maklumat tentang aplikasi media pembelajaran yang memfokuskan kepada pemupukan kesedaran di kalangan belia dan pelajar mengenai kepentingan negara, agama, institusi diraja, dan kehidupan dalam masyarakat multikultural melalui pengajaran guru di dalam kelas. Teachers participating in the training will learn about approaches to developing protective measures for at-risk behaviors in early childhood, techniques for organizing learning spaces, various games, and activities that promote honesty and integrity. The training aims to elevate early childhood educators, both from public and private sectors, in Pattani Province, with 200 teachers enrolled voluntarily through an online registration system. The focus is on developing teachers and educational staff in a systematic way so they can apply universal teaching techniques to improve the learning experience for students in the region effectively. Additionally, staff from the Southern Relations Task Force 112 and the Southern Relations Control Unit of the Santi Suk Special Task Unit also provided facilitators to conduct recreational activities and share knowledge about the application of learning media. These efforts focus on instilling awareness among youth and students about the importance of the nation, religion, the monarchy, and living in a multicultural society through classroom teaching. This will contribute to the strength and stability of Pattani Province in alignment with government policies under the Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC) 4, with all sectors working together to implement the key policies of the Commander of the 4th Army Region \/ Director of Internal Security Operations Command in the Southern Border.
