Nakeet, A. Khok Pho, P. Pattani, yang mengandungi intipati bahawa “Pada hari pertama penguatkuasaan undang-undang, pegawai memberitahu bahawa kumpulan penjenayah telah membaling bom ke arah pegawai tetapi sebenarnya pegawai telah terpijak bom, menyebabkan dua pegawai terkorban dan empat cedera parah. Kemudian, seorang lagi yang cedera parah meninggal dunia, menjadikan jumlah kematian kepada tiga orang.” Namun, fakta sebenar kejadian tersebut adalah hanya seorang pegawai yang terkorban dan dua pegawai cedera. Selain itu, kandungan yang disiarkan oleh Tuan Abdul Afir Seng turut mengandungi unsur hasutan untuk memecahbelahkan dan membenci pegawai kerajaan dengan cara merujuk kepada pegawai sebagai “pegawai Siam” dan merujuk kepada kumpulan penjenayah sebagai “pasukan bersenjata”, yang boleh menyebabkan kekeliruan dan pemahaman salah terhadap pegawai dan menggalakkan kebencian terhadap mereka. Tindakan ini bertentangan dengan ketenteraman awam, moral dan keselamatan negara.<\/p>\n
